RETRACTED: The Influence Of Brand Image, Product Quality And Promotion On Product Purchasing Decisions Epson Projectors In Jakarta
No full textThis study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, product quality and promotion on the purchase decision of Epson projectors. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive with the population in this study being consumers who have purchased Epson projector products. The sampling techniques in this study are nonprobability sampling and purposive sampling The sample used in this study was 100 respondents with consumer criteria who had purchased an Epson projector. The data in this study used primary data by distributing questionnaires processed using Software Statistical Product and Service Solutions. (SPSS 23.0). The data analysis technique used is multiple liner regression analysis. The results of this study show that the variables of brand image, product quality and promotion have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The variables that have a major contribution in the purchase decision of Epson projector products are first product quality, the second brand image and the third promotion

No full textThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence between Profitability, Liquidity, Company Size, and Sales Growth on Capital Structure in public companies in the property and real estate sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011-2015. In this study, four variables were taken that allegedly affect Capital Structure, namely Profitability, Liquidity, Company Size, and Sales Growth with multiple linear regression analysis equations using the Stepwise method, classical assumption testing consisting of normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and autocorrelation tests using the Statistical Product for Social Science (SPSS) program version 22.0 for windows and Microsoft Excel 2016. The sample of companies was taken as many as 33 companies from 49 populations of property and real estate sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of this study show that partially, Liquidity, and Company Size have a significant influence on Capital Structure. Meanwhile, in terms of model feasibility there is a significant influence between Liquidity, Company Size, and Sales Growth on Capital Structure. Should be able to pay more attention to the movement or change of Capital Structure based on the variables of Profitability, Liquidity, Company Size, and Sales Growth. Symbolic Meaning of Batik In Madura Bridal Kebaya Clothes
Get PDFThis study was conducted to determine the meaning of the batik symbol on the Madurese bridal kebaya. At weddings, Madurese people wear batik and kebaya, especially for women getting married. Madurese batik motifs are classified as having the characteristics of plant (vegetal) motifs, animals and geometric shapes. The influence on the Madurese batik motifs is the mixing of Javanese-Hindu, Chinese and Dutch cultures. Chinese mythology dominates the fenghuang bird and dragon motifs believed to have philosophy in each symbol. Bright and bold colors are characteristic of Madurese batik, such as red, black, yellow and green. This research approach using literature study is done by looking for references that are relevant to the cases or problems found using the semiotic theory of Charles Sanders Peirce. By analyzing the data of this study, it was carried out by means of 5W1H, what, where, when, why, who, and how. The results of this study, a. Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the legitimacy of the appointment of the Pagu Tribe Chief based on the Customary Law of the Pagu people, as well as examine the considerations of the judges of the North Maluku High Court (PT) in deciding the case of appointing the Pagu Tribe Head of North Halmahera as an unlawful act (PMH). The research method used in this study is empirical legal research, namely research that looks at the application of laws and regulations in society. The results of this study indicate that validity of the Appointment of the Head of the Pagu Tribe based on the reason that the role of the Traditional Head in resolving land disputes in the Pagu Tribe is as a Peace Judge in customary trials and as a decision maker where the decision is binding for the parties to the dispute. Legal basis consideration of the judge of the District Court Number 13/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Tob decided the case of appointing the tribe head as the customary institutional administrator for the North Halmahera Pagu tribe was an unlawful act (PMH). Economic Development of Indigenous Papuans: A Critical Analysis to Build Independent and Dignified Traditional Villages
Get PDFProblems within indigenous peoples include issues, such as self-identity, outlook on life, rights to land, forests or natural resources (SDA), claims to traditional territories/territories, and so on. The conceptual unification of the four dominant factors is 'vulnerable' which makes it easier for the existence and roles and demands of indigenous peoples to be marginalized. Discourse on indigenous peoples has been, is temporary, and will continue to take place in Indonesia, as long as their status and rights have not been officially and fully guaranteed by law and implemented by the government, including their involvement in economic development. The results of the study indicate that the model of economic development of indigenous peoples in Papua Province can be carried out through four strategies. First, the recognition and protection of indigenous peoples' rights by the state and local governments. Recognition and protection of the rights of indigenous Papuans by the state and the Papuan Provincial Government. Second, increasing the understanding of indigenous Papuans for their economic development. Indigenous peoples through existing institutions can initiate and manage their economic development process through partnerships with government and non-governmental institutions, such as banks and other banking institutions. Third, the development of the economic capital of indigenous peoples, which consists of customs, belief systems, values, language, culture (traditional tourism, dance and carving), and traditional knowledge in the management and protection of life. The results of this study indicate thatApplication of criminal sanctions by the Panel of Judges for the criminal act of mayantara Decision Number 30/Pid.Sus/2020/PN Tte. regarding Defamation or insult on social media refers to Article 27 paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (3) of Law Number 11 of 2008 jo. Law number 19 of 2016 concerning ITE with the threat of imprisonment for 5 (five) years and 6 (six) months and a fine of Rp. 100,000,000.00 (one hundred million rupiah) if the fine cannot be paid by the Defendant, it is replaced by imprisonment for 3 (three) months. However, the Panel of Judges in its Consideration stated that the defendant alias Damrin was legally and convincingly guilty of also committing an act that had a charge that violated decency. The aim of imposing imprisonment on perpetrators of criminal defamation through electronic media is as retaliation for disgraceful acts, as a form of overcoming criminal acts to protect society and to create a deterrent effect on perpetrators. The Influence of BPJS Health Services Quality on Patient Satisfaction at Ciseeng Public Medical Centre
Get PDFBadan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) is a legal institution established with the aim of managing health insurance plans and Indonesia is a country that has developed social security programs to help people in meeting their health needs. As the organizer of National Health Insurance (JKN), hospitals and Public Health Centre play a role to help a health service to the people of Indonesia. There are various indications to assess satisfaction to determine the quality or quantity of services consisting of Reliability, Assurance, Tangibility, Empathy and Responsiveness (RATER). The standard of service quality can be seen from the level of satisfaction that arises from a patient's feelings, if the level of patient satisfaction to a medical service is thus higher also the standard value of quality hospital or Public Health Centre services. Therefore, the researchers aim to assess the impact of BPJS health service quality on the level of patient satisfaction specifically at BLUD Public Health Centre Ciseeng, Bogor Regency, West Java Province, in 2021. The design of this study is cross-sectional. With analysis using The Exact Fisher test. The results of this study obtained the number of respondents who are satisfied with reability factors is as much as 83 (89.2%), assurance is as much as 83 (89.2%), tangible factors is as much as 85 (91.4%), empathy is as much as 84 (90.3%), and responsiveness is as much as 81 (87.1%). Statistical test results obtained a value of p = 0.000, which means there is a meaningful relationship between the quality of good service and satisfaction in the service obtained by patients. The advice for Public Health Centre is to continuously improve the quality of services in various dimensions to ensure satisfaction in BPJS recipient patients
