Get PDFOne form of Data Mining application to analyze Market Basket Analysis. Market Basket Analysis helps identify buying patterns formed from concurrent transactions. One of the problems with Market Basket Analysis is that customer needs vary according to season and time of day, especially during this covid-19 season. For this purpose, by using the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) Approach that is connected to Market Basket Analysis, it can analyze and compare purchasing patterns and can identify rules that were formed before and after covid-19; several rule changes were found due to changes in people's behavior patterns

Get PDFThe study of the court verdict number 158/Pdt.G/2020/PN Sby, is a unlawful tort act of Indonesian Civil Law, between Budi Siad as the claimant, and a major mining coroporation owned by the Indonesian Government, ANTAM Ltd, and also with it, are some other individuals who are responsible in the tort. In this court verdict study, the author would like to examine, on what are the constituent of unlawful tort, have the defendant do. Lest we forget also that in a verdict study the author would also like to find out upon what are the factors used bby the judge in judging and considering the verdict of the case. The case itself occurred due to incongruity found between the amount of goods purchased by the claimant and the price paid, the incongurity found resulted in the loss received by the claimant. The purpose of this research specifically is to reinforce the theories used by the court in order to issues the verdict on the defendants. This research also use d normative jurdicial approach and use library study techniques of which the sources came from secondary sources such as books, journals, papers, or newspapers. In which the research method used normative-empirical method. From the said research, the author has found that the unlawful tort act that have been commited by the defendants are fullfield in most elements, and in terms of the second problems formulated in this article the author finds out that the legal findings methode the judge used are juridicialm philosopical, and sociological bases
Sustainability of Community-Based Drinking Water Service System in Sukadana Village and Ababi Village, Karangasem Regency
Get PDFWater is one of the basic needs that must be met by all human beings. In fulfilling this, the government's participation plays a very important role, limited fund management is a scourge that is feared by the government so that the coverage of community-based drinking water services with independent management from the community is the first step in overcoming the current achievement of access to drinking water. However, in its development the SPAM system built has experienced different developments. This study aims to determine the sustainability of community-based drinking water service systems by looking at the supporting factors for the sustainability of community-based drinking water services. This study uses a qualitative method which uses a case study method. The research design used a holistic multi-case study using two research villages, namely Sukadana Village and Ababi Village. From the research results it can be seen that community-based drinking water supply has different levels of sustainability. Villages that have a level of sustainability from several aspects such as social, economic, institutional aspects make it possible to have more excellent service continuity compared to villages that only have one important aspect. This is because each aspect has a relationship between one another. The sustainability of community-based drinking water services is strongly influenced by social, human and institutional capital. Community trust in managers, commitments and rules that have been agreed upon are one of the things that support the sustainability of community-based drinking water services
Mapping of Educational Resources of Central Jakarta Junior High School
Get PDFThe problem of this research is that there are still many teachers who are not yet professional because teachers are the spearhead of a nation's progress. The purpose of this research is to find out the level of education, status, certification, and age of junior high school teachers in Central Jakarta. The population in this study were all teachers in Central Jakarta. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of documentation and questionnaires. In order to get an accurate assessment, the assessment of the results of the questionnaire is carried out with a descriptive quantitative assessment. The results of the study showed that there were still 194 high school level teachers, 633 auxiliary and honorary teachers, and 816 who had not been certified, and there was still a lack of young teachers. Based on the results of this study, it is suggested that public schools in Central Jakarta need to increase the level, status, and certification of teachers, and that there needs to be age consideration in accepting teachers
Improve the Ability to Solve Mathematical Problems through Creative Problem-Solving Models
Get PDFThe results showed that there was an increase in the ability to solve mathematical problems in fifth grade students at SDN No. 64/I Muara Bulian through the application of the creative problem-solving model, which is seen in the results of observations of the activities of teachers and students in the first cycle of the first meeting with a percentage of 71,42% learning implementation and the first cycle of the second meeting with a learning implementation percentage of 92.85%. Cycle II meetings I and II got a percentage of 100% implementation of learning. The results of the ability to solve mathematical problems in the first meeting, the percentage of classical completeness was 45,45% the first cycle of the second meeting, the percentage of classical completeness was 59,09%, the second cycle, the fi r st meeting, the percentage of classical completeness was 72,72%, and the second cycle, the second meeting, the percentage classical completeness of 85.71%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the application of the creative problem-solving model can improve the ability to solve mathematical problems in fifth grade students at SDN No. 64/I Muara Bulian

Road Damage Analysis on Brigjend Katamso Road-Berbek Road- Wadung Asri Road With SDI Method
Get PDFJalan merupakan komponen yang berperan dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat dan populasi penduduk yang mengakibatkan peningkatan volume lalu lintas sehingga dapat mengakibatkan penurunan kualitas jalan dan mempengaruhi keamanan, kenyamanan dan kelancaran lalu lintas. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisa kerusakan jalan pada ruas Jalan Brigjend Katamso – Jalan Raya Berbek – Jalan Raya Wadung Asri (STA. 0+000 – 5+000) yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Sidoarjo.
Analisis kerusakan jalan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode SDI. Metode SDI merupakan metode yang menghasilkan nilai SDI untuk menentukan kondisi jalan dan bentuk pemeliharaan yang diperlukan. Nilai SDI diperoleh dari besar persentase luas retak, lebar retak, jumlah lubang per 100 m, dan kedalaman bekas roda atau alur.
Dari penelitian ini didapat jenis kerusakan jalan yang terjadi pada ruas Jalan Brigjend Katamso – Jalan Raya Berbek – Jalan Raya Wadung Asri (STA 0+000 – 5+000) yaitu 0,49% lubang, 3,73% bekas roda (alur), 87,62% retak, 2,31% bleeding, 3,42% pengelupasan butir, 2,07% tambalan, dan 0,35% jembul. Penilaian kondisi jalan dengan menggunakan metode SDI menunjukkan 98% dalam kondisi baik dan 2% dalam kondisi rusak ringan. Penanganan yang harus segera dilakukan pada ruas Jalan Brigjend Katamso – Jalan Raya Berbek – Jalan Raya Wadung Asri (STA 0+000 – 5+000) adalah laburan aspal, sealing, penambalan lubang, overlay, dan pemarkaan ulang

The surge in commercial court lawsuits and other economic repercussions led to the bankruptcy and PKPU moratorium, which is not the proper solution. If unsure, the moratorium can be reviewed. The moratorium on bankruptcy and PKPU cases is not an effective solution because bankruptcy institutions and PKPU were born from Law Number 37 of 2004, so the idea of a moratorium must go through a legislative process to be in sync with that law, which is difficult and takes a long time. The Role of Religiosity on Investment Intention of Muslim Students in Sharia Bank
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to examine how religiosity influences the intention to save Muslim students in Islamic banks. The research was conducted with a research population of students in Yogyakarta from several public and private universities. The sampling technique used accidental sampling and obtained 30 respondents. This study uses a data analysis method in the form of simple linear regression. The results of the study stated that there was no effect of student religiosity on interest in investing in Islamic banks. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) = 0.017. This means that the variable interest in saving moeslim's students in Islamic banks is influenced by religiosity only by 1.7% while the remaining 98.3% is influenced by other variables not examined
