Crystallization of Santri's Religious Attitudes through the Pesantren Cultural Process
Each pesantren culture has a unique variation in shaping the religious attitudes of students, this problem was initially caused by the weakness of the pesantren culture which caused the moral decadence of students, so that the process of pesantren culture had to be strengthened. This type of research uses qualitative field research with descriptive methods and data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of this study explain the cultural process of the modern Al-Aqsho Islamic boarding school, Sumedang Regency, consisting of religious socialization, modernity, moderation, adaptation emphasizing modern life systems, habituation which is applied more to the habituation of the grantor system and enculturation showing modern pesantren culture. Meanwhile, the cultural process of Al-Ittifaq Islamic Boarding School in Bandung Regency consists of religious socialization, entrepreneurship, and society, adaptation emphasizing the adaptation of religious experiences, adaptation highlighting the social life system of the community, adaptation to the entrepreneurial work environment, habituation applied to the religious system, community and entrepreneurship and enculturation shown religious agribusiness pesantren culture
Local Wisdom Using Onjhem to Catch Indian Scad (Decapterus Russelli) in Pasongsongan Waters (Sumenep-Madura Regency) and Surrounding Areas
Onjhem is a fishing tool that has long been used by Pasongsongan fishermen to catch fish. The Onjhem function (read: onjem) is generally referred to by another name, namely rumpon (Indonesian)/ FADs (Fish Aggregating Device) to collect fish in a selected fishing area. Local wisdom has been maintained until now in the use of onjhems, namely by only choosing one of a number of onjhems placed in the sea. How the local wisdom with the preservation of Indian scad fish resources in the waters of Pasongsongan and its surroundings is the goal of this research. The method used for data analysis from 2015 to 2021, namely quantitative descriptive with an approach to technical, biological, and level of utilization aspects. The results showed that local wisdom in the use of Indian scad fishing aids in the form of onjhem can maintain the sustainability of the potential of these fish resources
Discovery Learning Model to Improve Collaborative Pancasila Student Profiles and Mathematics Learning Outcomes
This action research aims to improve the profile of collaborative Pancasila students and mathematics learning outcomes in class VIII students at Public Junior High School 5 Sanggau. This action research is a single class research. The implementation time starts from October 23 to November 8, 2021 which is divided into 4 meetings (pretest, treatment 1, treatment 2, posttest). The design used in this research is The One-Group Pretest-Posttes Design. This design was used in group research, namely class VIIIA which was given treatment in the form of applying the Discovery Learning of two-variable linear equation (PLDV) material. Based on the results of the analysis of the observation sheet, an increase of 25% was obtained where at the first 2 treatment meetings, 65% of students actively collaborated while in the treatment , 90% of students actively collaborated. Student learning outcomes showed an increase of 50%, where the results of the pretest showed 42.85% and the post was 92.85%. In addition, the results of data processing on the normality test showed that the pretest 0.197 > 0.05 meaning the data was normally distributed, the data homogeneity test showed sig 0.108 > 0.05 meaning the data was homogeneous and the T test showed a significance = 0.00 so it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted. means that there is an increase in the value of the pretest with the posttest
Islamic Legal Thought Implementation in Indonesia
Islamic law is a system of law derived from the Qur'an and hadith, which subsequently evolved from legal philosophy. The result of legal thought is the production of legal documents based on the requirements of the community. In Indonesia, Islamic law grows and evolves in the form of four products of legal thought: fiqh, ulama fatwas, court rulings (jurisprudence), and laws. In Indonesia, the four products of legal thinking serve as rules for Muslims in national, state, and social life. This study sought to identify the outcomes of Islamic legal thinking in Indonesia. The technique employed is qualitative. According to the findings of this study, Islamic legal thought in Indonesia is comprised of the products of fiqh thought, fatwa thought, court decision thinking (jurisprudence), and legal thought. This product of Islamic legal philosophy touches on the order of Islamic society and, despite being independent of sharia law, can serve as a firm legal foundation
EFL Learners’ Cultural Perspectives towards Online Learning through Flipped Classrooms in Indonesia for Facing 4.0 Industry Era
The current study was aimed to investigate the cultural perspectives on online learning through the flipped learning activity to face the 4.0 industry era in Indonesia. Online learning has been a trend in education as the development of education in the world refers to the current situations due to the development of technology. The important thing needed to be considered is concerned with the strategy of providing the learning time allocation and using technology. The best alternative strategy to support online learning is conducting the flipped learning activity. However, it is not an easy matter since some cultural aspects in Indonesia can be great obstacles. That's why it is crucial to recognize the problems and find the solutions referring to the existing cultural dimensions. The results revealed that the way how the learners studied English through the online learning activities was mostly influenced by the cultural dimensions such as getting passive in the class, focusing on getting good grades, expecting the teachers’ dominations in the class, and getting fond of being given playful learning activities. Regarding this, some solutive efforts were also done by the teachers in the form of flipped learning activities leading the acts of building the classroom interactions through questioning and giving various tasks targetting to improve the generic capabilities. Hence, it is recommended that both the EFL teachers and learners can overcome the problems related to the existence and influence of the cultural dimensions by implementing the flipped learning activities to support the online learning activities conducted for reaching better academic achievements through the developments of their generic capabilities to face the 4.0 industry era
Company Loyalty Analysis at PT Legalitas Mudah Indonesia
The sustainability of the company is the goal of every company. To achieve this sustainability, several aspects need to be considered. The synergy between the company's image, customer trust, and reputation in the company can affect customer satisfaction and loyalty. The main objectives of this study are to 1) determine the effect of corporate image on customer satisfaction; 2) determine the effect of customer trust on customer satisfaction; 3) determine the influence of the company's reputation on customer satisfaction, and 4) know the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. This study uses a quantitative method. This research was conducted at PT. Legalitas Mudah Indonesia. The research sample is a customer of PT. Legalitas Mudah Indonesia amounted to 100 respondents. The instrument used in this research is a questionnaire. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation, interviews, documentation, distribution of questionnaires, and library searches. The results showed that the company's image has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. These results are evidenced by the value of t-count 2.742 > t-table 1.986. Customer trust has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. These results are evidenced by the value of t-count 3.153 > t-table 1.986. Company reputation has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. These results are evidenced by the value of t-count 2.322 > t-table 1.986. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. These results are evidenced by the value of t-count 3.035 > t-table 1.986

Company value is essential to know because it reflects growth and performance. The object of this research is pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2015-2019. because the 2015-2035 National Industrial Development Master Plan states the pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical ingredients industry is one of the mainstay manufacturing sectors that get development priority because it plays a significant role as the main driver of the national economy. This quantitative research is included in associative research to obtain information about the influence or relationship between two or more variables. Socio-Cultural Context, Environment and Conservation of Vernacular Architecture Lamin Pamung Tawai
Lamin Pamung Tawai is the vernacular house of the Dayak Kenyah tribe living on Samarinda City's outskirts. Along with the development of times and the flow of globalization, local or regional culture is displaced. This research was conducted so that there is documentation of Lamin Pamung Tawai. In addition, raising the values ??of local wisdom contained in the construction of this vernacular house can be a lesson for academics, architects, government, and society, especially in tropical mountainous areas with unique climates, where the climate is cold but in a tropical area. This study also aims to enrich the knowledge of the archipelago vernacular houses, which the nation's ancestors wisely designed. Samarinda City is one of the big cities in East Kalimantan. So, this study is expected to be able to provide input for the construction of buildings in Samarinda City. Critical Discourse Analysis Studies in Customary Law Text of the Bima Land: Norman Fairclough Model
Ancient manuscripts are one of the historical relics that must be preserved in existence. Along with the development of science, the field of critical discourse analysis is increasingly in demand. But unfortunately, ancient manuscripts are still rarely studied with this field of imu. Therefore, this studyaims to present a critical discourse analysis on ancient manuscripts, namely the Bima Land Customary Law (HATB) manuscript belonging to the Bima (Mbojo) regional community in the province of West Nusa Tenggara. The presentation was delivered descriptively with Norman Fairclough's Model Critical Discourse Analysis Method. The research data is in the form of quotations of verses in the HATB manuscript. Data is collected by Listening Methods and Document Analysis Techniques. At the data analysis stage, the Norman Fairclough Model Critical Discourse Analysis is used by putting into practice all elements of its structure. In addition, data analysis activities utilize interactive analysis according to Miles and Huberman. Next, the data is presented by formal and informal methods. Based on the data analysis, it was shown that Fairclough divided the discourse analysis into three dimensions, namely text, discourse practice, and sociocultural practice. In the text of the Customary Law of Bima Land, these three things are integrated and sustainable. The manuscript was made by the people, because of the people, and in the interest of the people. The verses in the HATB text are representations of the relationship between man and God, man with man with other beings, and man with himself
The Impact of Employer Branding Towards Intention to Apply on Novo Club Community Batch 1 with Corporate Reputation as Mediation Variable
This study aims to examine the effect of employer branding on the intention to apply by mediating variable corporate reputation in Novo Club Community Members Batch 1. The data in this study were tested using the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) method by sampling using purposive sampling techniques to 157 respondents who were active members of Novo Club Batch 1. The data in this study was obtained through questionnaires that were distributed using the help of google forms and processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The result of this study is that employer branding through corporate reputation has no positive and significant effect on the intention to apply with T-statistical values of 1,485<1.96 and P-values of 0.138>0.05. Therefore, ParagonCorp needs to carry out a new strategy that is more targeted and measurable to improve the company's good reputation
