The Effect of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Stock Prices with Return on Equity as an Intervening Variable in Food and Beverage Companies
This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on stock prices with ROE as an intervening variable . This research is a quantitative research. The population of food and beverage companies is 23 companies using purposive sampling technique, so samples that meet the criteria for analysis are 13 companies. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, the cc›efficient of determination, the F test, and the T test. The results showed that the Current Ratio had a positive and significant effect on ROE and stock prices. DER has a positive and significant effect on ROE but has a significant negative effect on stock prices and ROE has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. CR and DER have an indirect effect on stock prices through ROE
The Effect of Company Growth, Current Ratio and Leverage Ratio of Dividend Policy in Trade, Services, and Companies Investment That is on The IDX
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Company Growth, Current Ratio and Leverage Ratio on Dividend Policy in Trade, Services and Investment Companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The independent variables used in this study are, Company Growth, Current Ratio and Debt Equity Ratio while the dependent variable is dividend policy. The sampling method used was purposive sampling technique. The number of samples obtained was 15 companies. The data used in this research is secondary data. Analysis techniques The analysis model uses multiple linear regression equations. The results show that partially the leverage ratio has a negative effect on dividend policy. The results of this study indicate simultaneously, Company Growth, Current Ratio and Debt Equity Ratio significantly influence dividend policy with a significance level of 0,000. Adjusted Square value shows the results of 12.7% of the dividend policy influenced while the remaining 87.3% is influenced by other variables outside this study
The Effect of Rates and Service Quality Towards The Customer Satisfaction of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Banjarmasin Branch
This study aims to analyze the effect of rates (X1), interactions quality (X2), physical environment quality (X3), and outcomes quality (X4) as partially independent variables on the customer satisfaction (Y) as the dependent variable on users of ship guidance services at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Banjarmasin Branch. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 115 respondents. The samples were determined based on the total sampling technique. There were 115 respondents chosen as the samples. The research site was at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Banjarmasin Branch. The unit of analysis was all customers at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) Banjarmasin Branch. Measurement of variables was conducted using the Likert scale technique with a scale of weights from 1 to 5. These were meant to analyze the effect of variable rates (X1), quality of interactions (X2), quality of physical environment (X3), and quality of results (X4) on customer satisfaction (Y) using techniques multiple linear regression statistics. The results showed that the variable rates (X1), interactions quality (X2), physical environment quality (X3), and outcomes quality (X4) has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction partially on PT. Indonesian Port III, Banjarmasin Branch. and outcomes quality (X4) partially had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Redesigning an Organization of a Construction Company
The early years of company X were successful, and the company was able to grow into the successful enterprise that it is today. On the other hand, as the company grows, the challenges it faces become more complex, which has led to inefficient operations for the company. The problems stem from company X ineffective business organization as well as its inability to adapt to changing times and circumstances. The problems are showing up in their financial performance, which has shown a drop in revenue, which has stopped the company from growing. Internal observation will be used in this study to help figure out what the real problems are and what company X should do next. The 7S McKinsey model will be used to figure out what needs to be changed in terms of reorganization. We will look at the organization's strategy, structure, system, style, people, skills, and shared values. Seven company X employees were interviewed, and after the interview results are coded it was shown that their desire for the 7S is not align with the company's current state, which shows that the company needs to change. Lewin's Three Stages of Change model is used to redesign organizations once the change that was wanted has taken place. It will be used to figure out what steps company X should take to change their organization in a way that will work, starting with unfreezing, then making changes, and ending with freezing the transformation of the organizatio
The Effect of Internal Auditor's Competence and Internal Control Effectiveness on Financial Statements Quality
This study aims to analyze the effect of the influence of internal auditor competence and the effectiveness of internal control on the quality of financial statements with professional scepticism as a moderating variable. The population in this study were 32 respondents at the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The sampling technique in this study is a saturated sample technique. The sample in this study was 32 respondents based on the Functional Position of Auditor and Supervision for the Implementation of Government Affairs (JFT) at the Inspectorate Office of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The results of this study indicate that the competence of internal auditors and the effectiveness of internal control have a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial reports. This study proves that professional scepticism moderates the effect of internal auditor competence and the effectiveness of internal control on the quality of financial reports. Therefore, for further researchers to be able to conduct an ethnographic study
The Influence of Organizational Culture on Turnover through The Quality of Work Life
Quality of Work Life (QWL) is an organization's effort to control behavior and maintain the work performance of its employees so that it continues to improve continuously. This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, leadership serve and personality on turnover with mediated by the quality of work life. Example 134 respondents. PT Nipindo Primatama Group North Jakarta City. Research Data were analyzed using SEM PLS analysis techniques with the help of SmartPLS program. The results of this study showed that organizational culture, leadership work positive and significant to the quality of work life, the better the organizational culture, leadership serve and personality then the better the quality of employee work life. The results also showed that the leadership serve, personality and quality of working life affect negatively on turnover, while organizational culture directly does not affect on turnover. Quality of employee work life, while a good organizational culture cannot always improve the quality of employee work life, organizational culture can degrade the high quality of employee work life
Determinants of Non-Performing Bank Loans Listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange For The 2016-2020 Period
This study aims to analyse the effect of BOPO, Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Net Interest Margin, Oil Price, inflation, and Interest Rate on Non-performing Loans (NPL) of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016-2020. The total population of banks listed on the IDX is 46 banks. In contrast, the sample in this study is part of the population, which is 32 banks. This study is quantitative, so the data analysis method used is a statistical method—the analysis of these data using Econometric Views (Eviews) software version 12.0. The results showed that BOPO has a positive and significant effect on bank NPLs, LDR has a positive but not significant effect on NPLs, CAR has a negative and significant effect on NPLs, NIM has a negative and significant effect on NPLs, Oil Price has a positive and significant effect on NPLs, inflation has a negative but not significant effect on NPLs, and Interest Rate has a positive and significant effect on NPLs. Banks must pay attention to the reference and rules of the regulator, the Financial Services Authority, as a guideline where the maximum limit for the NPL ratio is 5% so that the quality of banking credit can be maintained. Investors it is expected to be able to make considerations in investing by analyzing the company's condition through financial statements published by banks by looking at the ratio of Non-Performing Loans as a crucial consideration
English Language Learning with Flashcard Media and Educational Posters to Improve Language Education
Supporting learning media is an important role in increasing the level of English proficiency students, the teacher is responsible for implementing learning media in teaching process. One of them, in using flashcard and posters. This research is sociolinguistic research that focuses on efforts to improve education through flashcards and educational posters at SDN Haurseah 1 (one). The purpose of this study was to describe the effectiveness of language learning using flashcard media and educational posters and to find out the importance of learning English in an effort to improve language education and improvement in English vocabulary by using interactive and educative learning media. The research method used in this research is classroom action research. The results showed that the media flashcards and educational posters used as media for learning English at SDN Haurseah 1 were effective and had a significant effect on improving language education. So, it can be said that the development of learning media is an effort to improve the quality of education
Socialization of Maintaining Environmental Cleanliness in the Face of the Covid-19 Pandemic
The beginning of 2020 was an extraordinary event for the whole world. This is because almost all parts of the world are hit by the Covid-19 outbreak which causes unrest and has a big impact on every field. The COVID-19 pandemic makes people have to maintain their health by washing their hands, maintaining distance, not crowding, and maintaining cleanliness (Abidin, et al., 2021). Buhungo (2012) explained that environmental cleanliness is a condition where the environment is free from various kinds of dirt and disease that can cause losses to the community, both from activities and the environment. The condition of the COVID-19 pandemic forces every community to maintain cleanliness, both their personal hygiene and also the cleanliness of their environment. To provide assistance to the community, especially in the village of Kedisan Kintamani, the Faculty of Economics and BEM-FEB Universitas Pendidikan Nasional (UNDIKNAS) Denpasar collaborate in holding community social activities which are also under the auangan of LP2M and the Dean of FEB UNDIKNAS. The community social activities were held with the theme "Economy Social Care". This activity aims to help the community around Kedisan Kintamani village in maintaining the cleanliness of their surrounding environment.
Kondisi Pandemi covid-19 memaksa setiap kalangan masyarakat untuk tetap menjaga kebersihan, baik kebersihan dirinya dan juga kebersihan lingkungan mereka. The Effect of Intrinsic Motivation and Financial Compensation on Affective Commitment: The Mediating Role of Job Satisfaction CV. Mulya Sukanta Makmur
This study examines and analyzes the effect of intrinsic motivation and financial compensation on affective commitment: the mediating role of job satisfaction. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population studied in this study were employees of CV. Mulya Sukanta Makmur numbered 70 people. The data analysis method used in this study isStructural Equation Model (SEM) by using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant effect of intrinsic motivation on affective commitment, there is a positive and significant effect of financial compensation on affective commitment, there is a positive but not significant effect of intrinsic motivation on job satisfaction, there is a positive and significant effect of financial compensation on job satisfaction, there is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on affective commitment, job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between intrinsic motivation and affective commitment, job satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between financial compensation and affective commitmen
