    The practice of Occultism knows no place and time. Even though the world has undergone radical changes marked by advances in science and technology, there are still people who want to practice Occultism. Many of these occult practices are generally inherited from their ancestors and passed down from generation to generation until now. Many Christians carry out Occult actions for various reasons, such as fear of ancestral spirits, not being protected by them, or feeling that ancestral spirits do not bless them. Occult practices are actions that are far from Christian truth. The occult does exist on this earth. The purpose of this study is to analyze the current occult practice. The method used is qualitative research in the form of library research method. Therefore, a believer must be vigilant and on guard to avoid this occult practice

    Examining The Effects of Economic Growth on Unemployment in Indonesia

    This study aims to determine the effect of the variables of Economic Growth, Minimum Wage, and Human Development Index on the Unemployment Rate in Indonesia in the short and long term. This research uses quantitative research. The data used is secondary data from 2001 to 2020. The dependent variable in this study is Unemployment while the independent variables are Economic Growth, Minimum Wage, and Human Development Index. The analytical method used in this research is the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). The results showed that the variable economic growth had a positive and significant impact on the unemployment rate in the short and long term. The minimum wage variable and the human development index variable in the short and long term respectively have a negative and insignificant impact. Moreover, This research provides good and appropriate information for academics and the government to be able to reduce the problem of unemployment in Indonesia by using an economic and social approach

    The background of the research entitled "The Urgency of Public Attitudes on the Application of Online Session Rules in Criminal Cases during the Covid-19 Pandemic" is a phenomenon in society that tends to reject policies from the government, including policies related to handling Covid-19, namely large-scale social restrictions policies. . That's why this study aims to find out how the public's attitude in responding to state provisions that stipulate online criminal case trials both as the general public and defendants in criminal cases in particular. The type of research used is a sociological normative type of research, which is to examine the problem of implementing various regulations in society. The results of this study are (1). In general, the attitude of the community towards the government's policy of restricting activities in public places or facilities is that they do not comply and take them seriously. (2). The attitude of the accused towards the holding of online criminal cases shows that more people respond positively than negatively. The comparison is 8 positive response items (53.3%)

    Research on Supply Flow Performance Management in the Bajawa People's Coffee Production System was carried out in Ngada Regency, with the aim of finding out the relationship between cooperation and the performance of the Bajawa coffee supply flow, knowing the relationship between information sharing and the supply flow performance of Bajawa coffee and knowing the long-term relationship with Bajawa coffee supply flow performance. Many factors can influence the performance of supply flow management in companies, including information sharing, long term relationships, and cooperation. The method used in this research is to analyze the relationship between the dependent variable (cooperation, information sharing and long-term relationships) and the independent variable (Bajawa coffee supply flow performance). From the results of the multiple linear regression analysis carried out, it shows that: the long-term relationship variable has the greatest influence on the Bajawa coffee SCM performance variable (dependent) with a coefficient value of (0.047), then the cooperation variable with a value of ( 0.019 ), and which has a The smallest influence is the information sharing variable (0.018). This means that the three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable

    This study aims to analyze the effect of communication, work stress, and work environment on employee performance at Ichsan Medical Center Hospital, South Tangerang. The sample in this study was 120 respondents based on the Yamane formula. This study uses primary data with data collection methods through the distribution of questionnaires to 120 respondents. The data analysis technique used inferential analysis with multiple linear regression. The results obtained in this study are communication has a positive effect on employee performance, job stress has a positive effect on employee performance, and the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance. Therefore, Ichsan Medical Center Hospital South Tangerang must provide a better impact so that communication, work stress and the work environment can be maintained at a stable level

    This study aims to analyze the positive and significant effect of Training, Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The research methodology used is quantitative method and uses multiple linear regression analysis with processing using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 26 with data collection method through questionnaires to 70 employees of PT. Pegadaian. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between Training (X1) and Employee Performance (Y) of 0.515 and has an effect of 51.5%. For the influence variable between Compensation (X2) and Employee Performance (Y) of 0.180 and has an effect of 18%. The influence variable between Work Discipline (X3) and Employee Performance (Y) is 0.153 and has an effect of 15.3%. The results showed that Training, Compensation and Work Discipline had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Pegadaian

    This study aims to determine and analyze employee motivation, discipline, and work environment and its effects on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Rekayasa Aplikasi Digital. In addition, this study aims to provide information and advice to the Human Resources Management of PT. Rekayasa Aplikasi Digital. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The respondents in this study were 100 employees at PT. Rekayasa Aplikasi Digital itself. The analyses used in this study are quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. The results showed that motivation, work discipline and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is shown from the coefficients table in the regression equation model KK = 0,261 M + 0,284 DK + 0,221 LK. The results of the conclusion of the hypothesis on the t-test partially obtained a significant value on the motivation variable of 0.05, while on the work discipline variable of 0.02 and on the work environment variable of 0.017. So it can be partially concluded that the three independent variables have a significant influence on the dependent variable

Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk. The population in this study were all employees of the operating bureau of PT. Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk, amounting to 285 employees. Determination of the sample using probability sampling method with sampling techniques using simple random sampling, then the size of the sample in this study were 166 respondents. The data analysis method in this research is multiple regression with the help of SPSS version 24.00. The results in this study indicate that partially the influence between job satisfaction, motivation, work environment and training has a positive effect on employee work productivity

Each research variable, the results in some of the indicator statements declare neutral this research. PT Astra Honda Motor Sunter should be able to improve some of the indicators of compensation, leadership style and organizational culture to a better level or with a statement agree, and even strongly agree that improve the performance of PT Astra Honda Motor plant Sunter employees
