Muhammad Irpan (201223025). Development of Learning Media Using Genially to Increase Student Interest in Learning at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Kuningan in Basic Graphic Design Subjects. The background to this thesis is that students' interest in learning at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Kuningan in the Basic Graphic Design subject is still relatively low. This is caused by learning methods that are less interesting and interactive. Genially is an online platform that allows the creation of interesting and interactive learning media. The aim of this thesis is to develop learning media using Genially to increase students' interest in learning in the Basic Graphic Design subject. The main problem in this research is "Can learning media developed using Genially increase students' interest in learning in Basic Graphic Design subjects?". This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. The development model used is the development of Borg & Gall's instructional learning media (Puslitjaknov, 2008; Utomo, 2015) which is simplified into 5 main steps, namely: analyzing the product to be developed, developing the initial product, expert validation and revision, conducting field trials small scale, large scale field trials. The learning media developed was tested on students in class X TKJ and X RPL at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Kuningan. Based on the results of this research analysis using a paired samples test with a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 <0.05, it shows that there is a significant difference between the initial variable (pretest) and the final variable (posttest), so that this Genially learning media can be used as a learning media primarily by students

This paper investigates the suitability and availability of land for development in the Eastern Development Region (WP Timur) of Bogor Regency, West Java. As part of the Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, Puncak, Cianjur (Jabodetabekpunjur) National Strategic Area, WP Timur plays a crucial role in urban development, environmental conservation, and agricultural expansion. This study utilizes Geographic Information System (GIS) tools and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) combined with Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis to assess land use suitability and resolve land availability issues. The research identifies that a significant portion of WP Timur's current land use comprises rainfed paddy fields, irrigated rice fields, and productive mixed gardens. These are essential for local agriculture but must align with the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) of Bogor Regency to support sustainable urbanization and industrial development. Analysis reveals challenges related to land conflicts and legal disputes, highlighting the need for clear land tenure and effective management strategies. By evaluating existing land use against the RTRW guidelines, the study identifies suitable and unsuitable areas for various land uses, emphasizing the importance of integrated spatial planning for balanced development. The findings provide valuable insights for policymakers and urban planners to optimize land utilization, enhance regional competitiveness, attract investments, and improve local community welfare in WP Timur. Keywords: land suitability, land availability, GIS, AHP, SWOT analysis, regional spatial planning

This study aims to identify, understand, and analyse a comparison of the legal systems of Indonesia and Singapore regarding the industrial relations dispute settlement process. Indonesia is one of the countries that adheres to the civil law legal system, while Singapore adheres to the common law legal system. There are similarities as well as differences in the legal system in the process of resolving industrial relations disputes between Indonesia and Singapore. Elements of the societal changes that have occurred have affected Malay law and legal politics because there have been changes in the social structure and political dynamics, moreover, there are many descendants of Chinese in Singapore. This study uses a normative legal method with a comparative legal approach. The results of this study show that the industrial relations settlement process in Indonesia begins with bipartite negotiations, tripartite (mediation, conciliation, arbitration), and through industrial relations courts, while in Singapore it begins with collective bargaining or negotiation (collective bargaining), tripartite (conciliation or mediation), and through an arbitration institution (the Industrial Arbitration Court). In his book, Peter de Cruz related to labor law that the main comparative objective is to discover how the legal system is with different historical and cultural backgrounds. In terms of similarities, both Indonesia and Singapore put forward an initial negotiation in the form of deliberations or negotiations, while the difference that can be analysed is that the process of resolving industrial relations disputes in Singapore is relatively faster than in Indonesia. This is also influenced by the elements of societal change that have affected Malay law and legal politics because there have been changes in political dynamics, especially with the large number of Chinese descendants in Singapore. The process of resolving industrial relations disputes, which takes a long time and is complex in nature, requires an update that aims to be more efficient and faster

The magnitude of the cause of the accident due to driver error causes the need to do an analysis related to the characteristics of the driver and the factors that most influence the cause of the accident and then the road. At this time the young driver is in generation Z who has an age between 16-21 years. Then an analysis of the characteristics of the causes of traffic accidents, especially in the "Z" generation of drivers by using the driver simulator "Teknosim" and the results of the analysis of observations through crosstab models and chi square test to the influential variable. Obtained the characteristics of the generation driver "Z" in low traffic tend to move lane under the right conditions, brake suddenly with very minimal dexterity, this causes collisions with other vehicles with a very short reaction time without agility of 0.012 minutes, and not yet can improve how to drive and can not prevent wasteful consumption of fuel even in traffic that is not dense with Asymp.Sig values. (2-sided) in the amount of 0.010 - 0.014. In heavy traffic conditions, the "Z" Generation driver has the characteristic of tapping the horn and tends to brake suddenly with a very small braking distance or too close to the vehicle in front of him and very minimal dexterity with the Asymp.Sig value. (2-sided) in the amount of 0.014 - 0.017
