Decision Support System for Determining Problematic Students Using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) Method
In the world of primary and secondary education in Indonesia, educational guidance and counseling services aim to help students become individuals who can overcome problems well. In general, teenage students cannot be separated from the problems they face, especially during the transition period because these problems can disrupt students' learning activities. Teacher Counseling Guidance (BK) or counselor is a teacher who is obliged to provide direction and guidance to students. One of the problems faced by schools is that it is difficult to determine quickly and precisely which students really need to be given direction and guidance immediately. In this research, a decision support system was created using the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method for problematic students who needed counseling services. ANP is a decision-making method that has many or multiple criteria and methods. The result of this research is a decision support system that can determine problematic students so that this system can help schools, especially guidance and counseling teachers/counselors, take the right approach to problematic students

Cost Analysis of The Construction Project for the Malaka Regency Office Building Using the Critical Path Method (CPM)
Efficient construction project management is crucial to ensure quality and timely completion within budget constraints, especially for large-scale infrastructure projects. This study examines the application of the Critical Path Method (CPM) in accelerating the construction schedule of the Malaka Regency Regent's Office. The project faced various challenges, including frequent delays caused by design changes, unpredictable weather conditions, labor shortages, and inadequate material or equipment supply. These challenges often disrupted the progress and efficiency of the project, necessitating an effective solution to mitigate potential time and cost overruns. To address these issues and align project progress with the original plan, CPM was utilized to identify critical paths, eliminate lag times, and optimize the overall project schedule. Using CPM analysis and Microsoft Project 2019 software, the project's original duration of 180 calendar days was successfully reduced to 100 calendar days. This acceleration was achieved by streamlining interdependencies between critical activities and optimizing work schedules without increasing project costs. The findings highlight the significant role of CPM in achieving time savings while maintaining the planned budget of IDR 94.59 billion. Moreover, this study demonstrates that proper scheduling, coupled with optimization techniques, can significantly enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of construction projects. These results underscore CPM's potential as a valuable tool for project managers to ensure timely completion without compromising quality or incurring additional costs. This research contributes to the growing body of knowledge in construction project management and offers practical insights for managing similar projects in the futur

Relationship between the effectiveness of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) policies with the occurrence of corruption cases in the State-Owned Enterprises environment
In the economic system, the role of State-Owned Enterprises is as an implementer of public services, distribution of resources that control the lives of many people, as pioneers/pioneers in the business sector that are not yet desirable by the private sector and as a source of state revenue. This role can be realized if the State-Owned Enterprise in its objectives can implement the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) well. But in reality, it is often difficult to face challenges faced by State-Owned Enterprises managers in implementing good governance. The intervention of State-Owned Enterprises business management with a political-bureaucratic approach that is no different from other government agencies. And at worst there are still a series of corruption cases carried out by the leadership of State-Owned Enterprises to seek personal gain. This is certainly a contradiction with State-Owned Enterprise's governance which is always published. Existing GCG implementation policies are deemed ineffective because they are not adhered to. This illustrates that business governance in ` State-Owned Enterprises itself has not been going well. Improvement in the application of good corporate governance (GCG) must be carried out immediately and the improvement of the GCG ecosystem of the State-Owned Enterprise itself must receive the attention of the government. Synergy is needed with the government's commitment to forcing State-Owned Enterprises to implement GCG in a transparent and accountable manner, with a high level of professionalism and effectiveness.
