The Influence of Video Modeling on Mother's Ability in Readiness to Implement Toilet Training in Toddler Age
Toddler age (1-3 years) is a golden age because children in At this age, growth and development are very rapid. One of the tasks of toddler development is toilet training (Khaironi, 2018). Exercise CHAPTER or BAK in children really needs preparation for the mother, both physically, psychologically, and intellectually. Quantitative research with a quasi experimental approach with control group design. Research design pre-test and post-test control group design. The sampling technique was in the form of purposive sampling involving 100 respondents. The results of data analysis using the Wilcoxone test obtained a p-value of 0.000 (p <0.05) in the variables of knowledge, attitudes, mother's actions, and child's abilities. Before and after the intervention was given to the experimental group using video modeling. These results indicate that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected so that it can be interpreted that there is an effect of giving video modeling on the knowledge, attitudes, actions of the mother, and the ability of the child in the readiness of the mother to carry out toilet training at toddler age. The results of statistical tests in the control group showed a value of 0.002 (p <0.05) on the knowledge variable, which means the value of toilet training ability in the control group there was an increase before and after it was given intervention. Then on the variables attitude, mother's actions, and children's abilities obtained by 0.001 (p <0.05) which means there was an increase before and after the intervention was given to the control group using the booklet
Identification of Factors And Recommendations for Improving Passenger Terminal Service Performance at Banyuwangi Airport
The performance of passenger terminal services at Banyuwangi Airport is a critical determinant of the user experience in air transportation services, directly impacting passenger satisfaction and the airport's reputation. This research aims to evaluate the quality of services provided, identify key factors influencing service performance, and propose actionable recommendations for improvement. Using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, the study reveals that waiting room facilities, information services, and check-in process efficiency are the most significant elements requiring attention. Additionally, while passengers express high satisfaction with basic facilities such as hygiene and toilets, areas such as the circulation space and baggage services exhibit shortcomings that hinder operational efficiency and user comfort. To address these issues, several recommendations are proposed, including redesigning the circulation area to enhance passenger flow, optimizing baggage handling processes to improve speed and reliability, and introducing additional amenities such as more seating areas, improved signage, and dedicated zones for special needs passengers. These findings offer a strategic framework for Banyuwangi Airport managers to prioritize and implement targeted improvements, ultimately enhancing the overall passenger experience and supporting the airport's role as a gateway to East Java's tourist destinations
Land Procurement for Public Utility Development in Mimika District, Papua Based on Law Number 2 of 2012 Regarding Land Procurement for Public Interest in The Autonomy Era
The development of Papua must also be considered in developing Indonesia because it is a unity in the Bhineka Tunggal Ika series. So equality and justice in striving for the welfare of the people are also important for the people of Indonesia. Pancasila is the foundation of the Indonesian nation, which explains the five principles that have strong power in developing Indonesia towards a “Gotong Royong” society. The fifth precept of justice for all Indonesian people wants to show that this idea is Soekarno's idea of how the people enjoy the justice and welfare that is felt for the community both in the formal and non-formal fields which also leads to " cooperation". Then implement it in the Jokowi era which is to build and develop marginalized areas, from Sabang to Marouke, especially in marginalized and neglected areas. Land acquisition for development is the most complicated, namely if an agreement is not reached between the landowner and the constructing party, while the construction must be carried out. One solution that the government can choose is to complete development in a way that is acceptable to society. If all means cannot be implemented and development is urgently needed and the land cannot be moved, its location can be revoked as a final way, which must be regulated in law. Another most complicated problem is that in line with population growth and increasing dynamics of community aspirations, demands for development in the public interest are increasingly becoming. However, activities to meet these demands are faced with the increasingly limited availability of land and an underdeveloped land market. This has led to an uncontrolled increase in land prices, especially in urban areas. This condition also encourages land speculators to seek profit (rent-seeking) on every land transaction. The actions of land speculators often disrupt the smooth allocation of development requiring land, making it difficult to acquire land, especially for the development of public interests and creating a high-cost economy
The Influence of Professional Ethics and Emotional Intelligence Implementation on Auditor Performance
is study aims to determine the effect of professional ethics and emotional intelligence on the performance of auditors at the District Inspectorate Office Dompu. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a descriptive and associative approach using primary data. Statistical analysis used in this research is validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing using t-test and f test and coefficient of determination analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The study results reveal: 1) professional ethics and emotional intelligence have a simultaneous effect on auditor performance. The Fable value of 3.24 is more minor than the Fount of 39.810, with a significant value less than 0.05, which is 0.000. 2) professional ethics and emotional intelligence significantly affect auditor performance with the result that the t value on professional ethics is 3.513, which means that the t count is more significant than the t table of 1.68595 and has a significant level of 0.05. This shows that the professional ethics variable positively affects auditor performance. The t value of emotional intelligence is 4.285, with a significance value of 0.032. In other words, the emotional intelligence variable positively affects auditor performance. So that future researchers can add or respond to other variables besides professional ethics and emotional intelligence on auditor performance to realize even better research
Modernization of Ecology for Handling Abrasion in Riau Province
Abrasion on the coast of Riau Province is becoming a serious problem that has not found an effective solution. The development of breakwaters and mangrove rehabilitation has not provided maximum benefits for the environment and society. The research was conducted in Mekong Village, West Tebingtinggi District, Meranti Islands Regency. The purpose of the study looked at how the model handled abrasion in the study area. Using a qualitative approach conducted interviews with the public, stakeholders and experts in the field of environment. Our results found there is a paradigm of handling abrasion that is wrong by making walls using both organic and plastic waste. This method has not shown effective results in withstanding ocean waves and preventing abrasion. However, in terms of environmental models handling abrasion with garbage deposits actually pollute the environment. To handle abrasion well we argue more modern ways are needed or apply the concept of ecological modernization. The concept integrates modern science and technology from industrial societies to repair damaged or threatened environments. Ecological modernization as well as being a sustainable development effort in the field of environment, especially coastal. The application of ecological modernization is challenged including the orientation of thinking that has not been in favor of modern concepts, softfkill limitations, capital, and stakeholder support. This portrait shows the need for stakeholder intervention and cohesiveness in supporting and implementing ecological modernization in handling abrasion to be more effective and efficien

The Effect of Economic Determinants on Capital Structure with Market Conditions as a Control Variable (Case Study of IDX-Listed LQ 45 Manufacturing Company in 2015-2019)
This study was conducted to examine the effect of economic determinants on Capital Structure as measured by Profitability, Company Size, Company Growth, Asset Structure, Liquidity, Effective Tax Rate, Business Risk in LQ 45 Manufacturing Companies Listed on the IDX in the 2015 – 2019 Period. Used in this study was obtained from the Annual Report published to the public, either through the Indonesia Stock Exchange or the company's website. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with a total sample of 135 samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Previously, the data has been tested with classical assumption testing, including descriptive analysis, chow test, Hausman test, LM test, data normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and autocorrelation. During the observation period, it was shown that the research data were normally distributed. Based on the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, and autocorrelation test, no variables deviated from the classical assumptions. This shows that the available data has met the requirements using the multiple linear regression equation models. This study indicates that the variables of Company Size, Company Growth, Effective Tax Rate, and Business Risk do not show a significant effect on capital structure. Profitability, Asset Structure, and Liquidity variables significantly affect capital structure
Relationship Between Social Responsibility and Financial Performance: Evidence from Indonesia
This empirical theoretical study investigates the two-way relationship between corporate social responsibility and financial performance in Indonesian businesses. The theoretical underpinning for the conceptual model is based on agency, stewardship, resource reliance, and stakeholder theory. The social behavior index is made up of four components: participation in global reporting initiatives, inclusion of Green Index firms, good compliance, Corporate Governance Recommendations, and signatories to the Global Compact. The study's findings reveal a positive relationship in both directions: social benefits and positive feedback that social policies increase financial resources. Increased financial success, on the other hand, boosts the social and economic benefits of enacting rules that encourage board-level components to seriously consider spending more money. As a result, this research motivates social behavior members to contribute globally to the betterment of societ
