A Study on The Hidden Exploitation of Labor Process: The Case of Chinese Female Take-Away Riders
While creating more employment opportunities for Chinese women, algorithm-centered platform technologies have further exposed Chinese female take-out riders to hidden surplus value and gender labor exploitation. By examining the labor process, labor reproduction, and surplus value production process, this paper reveals that women face value extraction outside of the childcare and family spheres; at the same time, the platform technology controlled by the logic of capital further intensifies the exploitation of women's living space and social reproduction spheres; in addition, this technology-driven labor group also breeds hidden gender violence and other current situations. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of products in furniture manufacturing companies, in fact, there are always defective products in the production process in the field. In order to achieve a quality final result, continuous planning and control must be carried out using the Quality Control Circle method. The sample taken in this study is the monthly report data available at PT Hema Medhajaya for the 2017-2019 period with a total sample size of 36. The statistical method used is multiple linear regression with calculations through SPSS version 25. The results of this study show that Production Quality Planning has a coefficient value. ? regression of -0.189 with a tcount of -23.988 and a significance level of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that production quality planning has a negative and significant effect on the final product. And quality control has a positive and significant effect on the final product result marked with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 and a regression coefficient value ?2 of 2.493. the results of the simultaneous significance test (Test F) in this study. The results obtained are in the form of Fcount of 323,988 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the variables of the Effect of Quality Planning and Quality Control together have a significant effect on the Final Production Result at the Furniture company at PT Hema Medhajaya
Designing Risk Management Ramework on Fundamental, Technical Variables of Normal Period and Crisis With Stock Return
In the past two years, the global and Indonesian economies have been severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, leading to below-target and negative growth rates worldwide. Indonesia declared the pandemic in March 2020, resulting in disruptions and lower-than-expected economic growth, with the first quarter of 2020 recording 2.97% growth compared to a consensus of 3.5-4.0%. Key sectors like manufacturing, retail, construction, and mining contracted, while household consumption dropped to 2.84% from 5.01% the previous year. This summary presents inflation and economic growth data in Indonesia as of October 2020 from the Central Statistics Agency. The research outcomes serve as reference material for government policy-making during crises, offer insights to infrastructure issuers in the capital market, assist investors in stock transactions and projections, and provide general knowledge about Indonesia's capital market
Analysis Of The Implementation Of Road Safety On The Jombang-Kertosono Arterial Road Section
According to data from the Jombang Regency Traffic Traffic Unit of December 2022, there were 114 cases of traffic accidents on the Jombang-Kertosono arterial road. Thus, an analysis of road safety is needed on this road section. The author analyzes the application of road safety using the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method, the EAN (Equivalent Accident Number) method, and geometric calculations of roads in accident-prone areas. Based on the analysis of the application of road safety using the IPA method, it is known that the main priority attributes in driving safety are traffic signs and road markings as well as sharp turns which are quite dangerous for motorists. Based on the analysis of accident-prone areas using the EAN method, it is known that STA 01+00 – 02+00 has the highest EAN score of 249 accidents. Based on the road geometric review, it is known that the stopping sight distance of STA 01+00 – 02+00 is 46.78 m which when compared to the standard stopping sight distance is not sufficient and is considered less safe. The value of the side freedom area according to the calculation analysis is 5.4 m which is greater than the available E value, which is 4 m, so it is considered less safe. There are 2 suggested bends using the Spiral-Circle-Spiral type and 2 Spiral-Spiral type bends where each of these bends requires widening the average road pavement width of 1 meter to reduce the risk of traffic accidents on bends due to adequate road width
