    Acceptance Mechanism of Unspecified Time Workers at PT. Surya Agro Persada based on Applicable Law

    If the worker has undergone a Certain Time Work Agreement (PKWT) 2 times and an extension of 1 time, on the basis of the evaluation of the worker who is assessed by his supervisor or the head of the department to be eligible, it can be proposed to become an Indefinite Time Work Agreement or in other terms, namely Permanent Workers.  In this study, the author uses a type of research, namely empirical juridical, namely by collecting primary and secondary data in the library then continued with field research (field rescarch) to collect primary data directly from the community.  The results of  this study concluded that the  Indefinite Time Worker Acceptance Mechanism Applicants who apply for leadership positions can directly at PT. Surya Agro Persada which directly becomes PKWTT and Selection decision The decision by the direct supervisor or by the Human Resources Department on the decision to accept workers marks the end of the selection process. Decisions are usually submitted by phone, the company's official website or by e-mail. After the decision is received, the prospective workforce will be accepted as workers. The employment agreement is regulated in Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning employment. Article 1 number 14 work agreement as an agreement between labor workers and employers or employers who have work conditions, rights, and obligations of the parties. Indefinite Time Work Agreement (PKWTT) is an agreement between workers and employers, where the period is not specified either in the agreement, law or custom, or occurs legally due to the employer's violation of legal provisions

    Phenomenological Study: Construction of Cultural Meaning in Madurese Coffee Traders

    Informal economy in the sector of street vendors or street vendors nowadays has become the job many choose to reap the coffers of profits. One of the many choices is trading coffee. The profits obtained can make or build economic independence for business actors or actors. This study discusses the cultural meaning of wandering among Madurese coffee traders to know the reasons behind the wandering of Madurese coffee traders. From another point of view, trading coffee for Madurese coffee traders is not only done to fulfill their daily needs, but there is a cultural construction behind their efforts to orient themselves towards other individuals. Because of its continuity, social relations bind and certainly contribute to the success of its business. Social relations, in this case, are the actor's involvement with the Madurese culture of migrating and orientation in efforts to fulfill the needs of his family's life. The method used in this research is qualitative. This research was conducted employing observation and interviews from sources related to the meaning of wandering among Madura coffee traders. This research describes the description of an actor who is required to face a new social reality to change his destiny, as well as the condition of the Madurese land, which requires most of its people to migrate. The theory in analyzing this research is Maximilian Weber's theory of social action theory. This theory is used in analyzing the rational actions of actors through the construction of their ethnic culture

    The current era of the industrial revolution 4.0, has a very varied influence on various fields, one of which is the industrial sector, with the growing automation of machines and robots, coupled with intense job competition, every worker must prepare for the possibilities that will occur. in the future, humans must begin to be aware of the rapid development of current technology, and see several possibilities that will occur, later robots may affect human employment, starting from job competition, to jobs being taken over by robots, this is will cause anxiety for workers or actors in the industrial sector. Competition in the world of work today does not only involve humans but is a result of current technological developments, resulting in robots being involved and starting to enter the scope of human work competition. With the emergence of this phenomenon, humans are required to improve their skills and abilities to be able to keep up with the robots when there is competition later. The method used in this study included multiple linear regression methods with a sample of 50 informants using the formula Slovin’s study aims to find out whether these possibilities will occur in the future, and then whether there is an influence from robots and job competition on the future of workers. The results obtained from this study indicate that the influence of robots and job competition has a positive and significant impact on the future of workers and to compensate for robots so that they do not dominate human jobs, these workers should continue to improve their skills, knowledge, and skills

    This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, brand image and celebrity endorser on purchasing decisions for Sunsilk shampoo in the Pasar Minggu area, South Jakarta. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with the population in this research being Indomaret consumers who use Sunsilk shampoo at Indomaret in the Pasar Minggu area, South Jakarta. There are 4 (four) variables examined in this research, namely Product Quality (X1), Brand Image (X2), and Celebrity Endorser (X3) as independent variables, and Purchase Decision (Y) as the dependent variable. The sample used in this research was 100 respondents. This research data uses primary data by distributing questionnaires using the multiple linear regression method which is processed using SPSS 17.0 software. Research results based on multiple linear regression analysis show that Product Quality (X1), Brand Image (X2) and Celebrity Endorser (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y)

    This research aims to analyze the influence of democratic leadership style, work discipline, intrinsic motivation and physical work environment on the employees’ performance of PT. Straw Plus East Jakarta. This research data uses primary data in the form of a questionnaire to 100 respondents using the multiple linear regression method which was processed using SPSS 17.0 software. From data that has met the validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test. the variables are democratic leadership style, work discipline, intrinsic motivation and physical work environment on employee performance. From the model feasibility test, it shows that the four independent variables studied are proven to have a positive and real effect on the dependent variable together. Through testing the coefficient of determination (R2), it can be seen that democratic leadership style, work discipline, intrinsic motivation and physical work environment, each have an influence on employee performance, namely 93.9%, meaning that 93.9% of the dependent variable of employee performance can be explained by the independent variables are democratic leadership style, work discipline, intrinsic motivation and physical work environment. Meanwhile, the remaining 6.1% is explained by other variables that were not included in this research

    This study aimed to analyze the effects of job stress work conflict and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Pelindo II-IPC Jakarta in 2016. The results of research using primary data in the form of a questionnaire to 100 respondents in PT. Pelindo II-IPC Jakarta in 2016 showed that there is influence between Conflict Work, Work Stress and Work Discipline on employee performance PT. Pelindo II-IPC Jakarta. This is evidenced by F count larger than F table and t greater than t table. The results of calculations based on t test obtained t for Conflict Work (X1) of 10.386 and thitung for Work Stress (X2) is 5,918 bigger than t table 1.660, meaning that the work conflict and work stress and significant positive effect on employee performance of PT Pelindo II. While thitung for Work Discipline (X3) of 1.178 is smaller than 1,660, which means ttabel Discipline had no effect on employee performance of PT Pelindo II. While the regression model as follows Y = 0,571X1 + 0,383X2 + 0,080X3 This suggests that the three independent variables X1, X2, and X3 affect the Y

    This research was conducted to analyze the influence of price perception, service quality, and to perception to customer satisfaction of Bluebird taxi service user. Indicators used for price perception include perception of quality, perception of cost, perception of price difference, and reference price. Indicators used for service quality include tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. Indicators used promotions include promotional frequency, promotional quality, promotion quantity, promotion time, suitability of promotional goals. While the indicators used for customer satisfaction, always buy products/ service, will recommend to others, fulfillment of customer expectations after buying products/ services. The sample in this research are 100 people. The sampling technique in the research of collecting the sample method randomly using questionnaire. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis method through perception level and inferential method using IBM SPSS  17 program. Linear regression equation that answer the influence of price, service quality, and promotion to customer satisfaction is Y = 1.622 + 195 X1 + 0.405 X2 + 0.251 X3. The results showed that the perception of price, service quality, and promotion directly have a positive and real effect on customer satisfaction

    Researchers want to re-evaluate data on different units and also the Covid-19 pandemic which has caused several sectors to experience a significant increase in the company's profits. To analyze the effect of tax planning, deferred tax expense, and company size on earnings management. In the basic perspective to understand the concept of earnings management, the organization has several agreements, for example an employment contract between the organization and its directors and an advance agreement between the organization and its bank. Where between the head and management need to expand the utility of each with the data they have. However, again Management has more data than heads, causing data to be unbalanced. In this study using purposive sampling technique, the number of sample data used in this study were 24 companies from the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the goods and consumption sub-sector. does not affect earnings management, Deferred tax burden has an effect on earnings management. With the conclusion that the greater the profit earned, the greater the tax to be imposed on the company, and vice versa. So the company should continue to do tax planning as an effort to minimize the company's taxable profit, because this is legal in the eyes of the State

    This research aims to analyze the influence of Digital Leadership, Innovative Culture, Digital Innovation, and Innovation Performance on PT employees. Bank Central Asia Tbk in Central Jakarta and the relationship between these variables. This research method uses correlation research with cross-sectional data, involving 8 branch offices of PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk in Central Jakarta. The variables studied include Digital Leadership, Innovative Culture, Digital Innovation, and Innovation Performance. The results of the analysis show that Digital Leadership and Innovative Culture have a positive effect on Digital Innovation, which in turn has a positive effect on Innovation Performance. However, Digital Leadership does not have a significant direct influence on Innovation Performance. These results show the importance of applying Digital Leadership principles and an innovative culture in supporting the effective adoption of digital technology, which ultimately improves the company's innovative performance
