The Influence of Human Rights on Death Penalty Sentences in Abolitionist versus Retentionist Perspectives
The influence of Human Rights on the death penalty provides a wide space for pro and contra ideologies, therefore the provisions of the death penalty in Indonesia also need to be updated to adjust to these developments, especially in adjusting the moral and cultural values adopted by the Indonesian people. This study aims to determine the policy of formulating the death penalty in Indonesian criminal legislation today, and to analyze the ideal legal formulation policy that is aspired to. This study produces the fact that the law in Indonesia currently does not regulate the death penalty that provides a sense of acceptance by the community, so that there is still conflict between groups who want to abolish the death penalty and groups who want to continue to apply the death penalty. The death penalty is needed as an evaluative process for prisoners in serving their sentences and respect for human rights in accordance with national and international insights
Implementation of Work Motivation in Improving Employee Performance at RCM Motor Workshops
RCM motor repair company is one of the companies engaged in the service sector. This business activity depends on human resources, with quality human resources of course being the mainstay in the RCM motorbike repair shop, therefore the company will be able to achieve its target goals quickly and precisely. This study aims to test and find out: The effectiveness of work motivation in improving employee performance at the RCM Motor Workshop. In their activities, employees always prioritize maximum results so as to create customer satisfaction. The leader also always advises and directs all employees to always make their work a comfortable place. Based on the goals to be achieved, humans are motivated by the needs they have and that can be their motivation to produce creativity and employee abilities that can grow from the will and motivation that employees aim for. The results of the study show that work motivation has high willpower so as to create increased employee performance, it also makes employees have good performance
Analyze The Causes of The Russian-Ukraine War with Waltz's Three Images (Individual, Domestic Politics, International System)
No one is calling the Russia-Ukraine conflict is considered the commencement of World War III right now. But all analyzes see it as Europe's biggest conflict since World War II as the war dragged on and it assumed a different character as well. The opening weeks of Russia's invasion of Ukraine were a war of military strategy. On the other hand, the Ukrainian troops-built resistance was necessary to stop the enemy's advance. In military strategy, a well-trained and efficient army is necessary to conduct war properly. Over the past six years, with the help of Western allies, Ukraine has been able to build a military capable of such a war. As part of such a war, where resistance is needed (such as in Kyiv), the Ukrainian military has done so. Again, the army has withdrawn from where it is necessary to retreat (Donetsk and Luhansk). The Russian - Ukraine war can be considered a multi-dimensional disaster, which is likely to get much worse in the foreseeable future because while a war is successful, little attention is paid to its causes, but when the outcome is disastrous, understanding how it happened becomes paramount. All in all, this study intends to provide an overview of the Russia-Ukraine war and its causes with Waltz's three Images as Individual, Domestic Politics, and international systems as well. In addition to this, it also has attempted to understand the long-term effect(s) on world politics as well.
 
The Influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation an Innovation Capability by Absorptive and Networking Capability: A Case Study of Tempe Chips SMES in Malang
This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial orientation, absorptive capability, and networking capability on innovation capability; examine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on innovation capability mediated by absorptive capability and networking capability. The sample in this study was 89 owners of SME owners of tempeh chips in the Sanan Industrial Center of Malang. Data analysis using Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results show that entrepreneurial orientation has a direct positive effect on innovation capability; entrepreneurial orientation does not affect absorptive capability; entrepreneurial orientation has a direct positive effect on networking capability; absorptive capability has a direct positive relationship to innovation capability; networking capability has a direct positive impact on innovation capability; entrepreneurial orientation does not affect innovation capability through absorptive capability; entrepreneurial orientation has a positive effect on innovation capability through networking capability
The Effect of Dividend Policy, Financial Performance and Environmental Performance on Investor Reactions
Investors pay attention to the future business prospects of the investments they choose, although in investing the conditions of the investments they choose cannot be known with certainty. Investor's reaction is the response of the investor itself to the information provided by the company and can be positive or negative. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Dividend Policy, Financial Performance and Environmental Performance on Investor Reaction in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 Period and rarely discussed investor reaction. The method used in this research is to use panel data regression processing. The Findings of the analysis after going through the Chow test and the Haussman test show that the coefficient factors namely the Dividend Policy (, Financial Performance () and Environmental Performance ( have a significant influence on the Investor Reaction in the manufacturing company group. This research discussing more intense to the effect of Dividend Policy, Financial Performance and Environmental Performance on Investor Reaction in 24 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and participating in the PROPER program implementation for 5 years. The following conclusions were obtained: Dividend Policy, Financial Performance, Environmental Performance included in this research model have a positive effect on Investor Reactions proxied with Abnormal Returns. Managerial implication that can be made into future policies are regulations requiring companies to be more active in expressing environmental responsibility
Confiscation of Assets in The Corruption Crime
Corruption as an extraordinary crime so that the punishment is the Primum Remedium. Economic Analysis of Law can be used to increase the efficiency of handling corruption crimes (TPK) to provide a level of efficiency and a deterrent effect. The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the economic analysis of law in maximizing the looted assets from the crime of corruption? This research is based on judicial normative. The data were collected using the search method and literature review. Conclusion Based on the economic analysis of law, the shift in the orientation of punishment in criminal acts of corruption from corporal punishment to a combination of corporal punishment, large fines, confiscation of assets and impoverishment of perpetrators of criminal acts of corruption without diminishing the meaning of corporal punishment shows effectiveness and efficiency and will increase the deterrent effect for perpetrator
Upgrading Students’ Reading Skills through Digital Literacy Practices
Digital literacy activities in schools, particularly in classrooms, are essential for educating students for the twenty-first century. Furthermore, digital literacy is a set of skills that allow a person to use digital devices effectively in the digital era, including easily obtaining, applying, assessing, analyzing, and synthesizing data, as well as producing new information. Furthermore, reading activities are one of the effects of this technological development. The transition from printed to digital text necessitates new literacies, such as collecting and interpreting online data. Thus, proficiency in reading is required to evaluate and interpret information from digital tools. Referring to that, this study aims to determine the extent to which digital literacy can help students improve their reading skills. A content analysis method was used in this study. The Existence of Customary Land Law of the Sultanate of Ternate After the Supreme Court Decision Number 57k/PDT/2017
This study aims to analyze the existence of customary land law of the sultanate of Ternate before and after the Supreme Court Decision Number 57K/PDT/2017. Meanwhile, legal efforts to resolve customary land disputes of the Sultanate of Ternate after the enactment of Supreme Court Decision Number 57K/PDT/2017 provide benefits to the Regional Government or customary law communities. This type of research uses Empirical Juridical research, that is, this research in addition to using scientific methods also sees the reality in the field. Especially regarding the Legal Existence of Customary Land of the Sultanate of Ternate After the Supreme Court Decision Number 57k/Pdt/2017. Empirical Legal Research or field research is a method to obtain data directly from the Sultanate of Ternate as well as from the family of the Sultanate of Ternate and related Regional Governments. The results showed that the existence of customary land law of the sultanate of Ternate before and after the Supreme Court Decision Number 57K/PDT/2017. Prior to the enactment of Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Land Principal (UUPA) and the Supreme Court Decision Number 57K/PDT/2017. Permanent rights consist of; Aha Kolano (sultan's right), Aha Soa (clan right), Aha Cocatu (individual right). Meanwhile, temporary rights consist of; Tolagumi Rights (Right to Avoid Bala), Safa Rights, Ruba Banga Rights (Demolishing Forests), and Jurame Rights, or one's right to a piece of land that has been cultivated. The polemic over land ownership at the location of the Jiko Malamo beach tourist attraction, West Ternate District emerged after the Supreme Court Decision Number 57K / PDT / 2017 over the Jiko Malamo land dispute lawsuit between Hamiru Haruna (Plaintiff) and Hamzah Kalepa (Defendant) has now become state-owned land. A Systematic Literature Review in Shariah Audit
This study aims to present in detail the sharia audit research based on a systematic literature review. From 2013–2023, 40 articles were collected from the Scopus database. This research is seen from a theoretical point of view, geographical distribution, research background, and theme. The results show an increase in Islamic audit research in recent years. Compared to other Islamic countries, most of the research was conducted in specific countries, such as Malaysia. In addition, it has been found that previous studies have not known the antecedents and effects of effective Islamic auditing practices in IPIs, The focus of research on certain theories, such as agency theory, limits the way of research

The internet, as an example of rapid technological development, is a major driver of progress in various aspects of human life. Competition in the business environment is increasing along with developments in technology and knowledge, so entrepreneurs need to continue to design effective marketing strategies. One of the key aspects of marketing strategy is the ability to understand and adapt to constantly changing market trends. In the context of social media marketing, the use of Brand Ambassadors is a tactic often used by e-commerce to increase the popularity of their platforms. This research aims to evaluate the influence of EXO as a Brand Ambassador and the Scarlett brand image on consumer purchasing decisions. The research method used is quantitative with survey techniques using questionnaires. The research results show that both EXO as a Brand Ambassador and the Scarlett brand image have a significant positive influence on consumer purchasing decisions
