RETRACTED: Effect Of Age, Gender, And Tax Rates On Tax Compliance (Case Study At Kpp Pratama Jakarta Tanah Abang Dua)
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of age, gender, and tax rates on tax compliance with income level as a moderating variable at KPP Pratama Jakarta Tanah Abang Dua. This study uses a quantitative approach with an emphasis on testing theory by measuring numbers and conducting data analysis. The measurement model or outer model used in this study is the convergent validity test, discriminant validity test, and reliability test. Tax compliance has a major impact on state revenues. This situation is in accordance with the compliance level data obtained from the Jakarta Tanah Abang Dua KPP Pratama, namely during 2017 to 2021 where the realization of Tax Compliance is still unstable from the Tax Compliance target. The results of this study indicate that Age and Tax Rates have a significant effect on Tax Compliance and Income Levels can moderate significantly, so the older a person is and one's belief in the currently set tax rate, the higher the level of Tax Compliance. While gender has a negative effect on tax compliance and income levels cannot be significantly moderated, the increase in tax compliance is not based on a person's gender
RETRACTED : The Influence of Service Quality, Brand Image and Customer Relationship Management on Indomaret Customer Loyalty Padurenan Village, East Bekasi
This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality, brand image and customer relationship management to customer loyalty. This research is conducted by using the primary data of multiple linear equations of customer loyalty is LP = 3.346 + 0.338 KP + 0.298 BI + 0.222 CRM. Testing statistical model of F customer loyalty test obtained with Fcount of 32,271 with value of sig 0,000 which mean value of service quality, brand image and customer relationship management have positive and significant influence to customer loyalty. Test T customer loyalty obtained service quality of 3,337 with value of sig 0,001 <0,05, brand image equal to 3,363 with value of sig 0,001 <0,05, and customer relationship management equal to 2,802 with value of sig 0,006 <0,05 meaning service quality, Brand image and customer relationship management have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. The value of determination coefficient (R2) customer loyalty equal to 0,502 or 50,2% improvement of customer loyalty variable can be explained by service quality variable, brand image and customer relationship management the rest 49,8% explained other variable not enter into this research

This research was aimed for knowing: (1) the influence of brand image towards buying decision of brand Yamaha Mio Motorcycle, (2) the influence of celebrity endorser towards buying decision of brand Yamaha Mio Motorcycle, (3) the influence of price perception towards buying decision of brand Yamaha Mio Motorcycle and (4) the influence of brand image, celebrity endorser and price perception towards buying decision of brand Yamaha Mio Motorcycle. This research used quantitative approach by applying survey method. This research used purposive sampling or took the samples based on specific characteristics. The samples of this research were 100 buyers of Yamaha Mio Motorcycle Branch Tanah Kusir Jakarta. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. Yamaha is expected to keep attention to the level of consumer confidence in selebiriti as representative of Yamaha Mio. To increase consumer confidence for example by increasing the use of celebrities who have credibility and high popularity and favored by many consumers, so that later will form a good image in the minds of consumers of the product and make purchasing decisions
RETRACTED : The Effect of Financial Compensation, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on The Performance of Permanent Employees of PT Outsource Indonesia
This research aims to analyze how much influence Financial Compensation, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on employee performance. In this research using primary data obtained from questionnaires to 116 employees as respondents in companies jabbek. This research uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis methods. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression correlation analysis, test instruments, test the feasibility of the model, and the t test. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, which is generated from the results of the regression equation model in the Coefficients Y table = 5.653 + 0.508 + 0.082+ 0.234. In the model feasibility test results obtained significant value of 0,000 which means the model is said to be significant and the model is said to be feasible to use in this study. On the results of the t-test hypotheses obtained sig value on the variable Financial Compensation of 0,000, the sig value on the Work Motivation variable is 0.046, and the sig value in the Work Discipline is 0,000. Then it can be concluded that the partial meaning of the three variables has a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable of employee performance

This research focuses on assessing the impact of product quality, celebrity endorser, and word of mouth on the purchase decision of Garnier Sakura White Day Cream in Pejaten Village, South Jakarta. The primary data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who had used Garnier Sakura White Day Cream. The data were analyzed using the multiple linear regression method with SPSS version 22.0. The findings indicate that product quality, celebrity endorser, and word of mouth have a positive and significant influence on the purchase decision of Garnier Sakura White Day Cream in Pejaten Village, South Jakarta. This implies that consumers in this area consider these factors when making decisions about purchasing the mentioned skincare product. The study contributes valuable insights for businesses, highlighting the importance of maintaining product quality, utilizing effective celebrity endorsements, and fostering positive word of mouth to enhance consumer decision-making in the competitive skincare market
Capital Efficiency and Liquidity on the Profitability of Companies Registered in the BEI Cosmetics and Household Supplies Sub Sector
The aim of this research is to determine the effect of working capital and liquidity on the company's profitability. The method used is causal quantitative, which looks at cause and effect relationships or relationships that are influenced and influenced. Data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange with 10 populations. Sample selection used purposive sampling with a total of 30 data analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The t hypothesis test explains that working capital efficiency has an influence on profitability while liquidity has no influence on profitability. The results of the hypothesis f test explain that working capital and liquidity have a simultaneous influence on profitability if tested simultaneously. Another result is 66.7% profitability influenced by working capital and liquidity variables
Implementation of Scrum for Developing the Data Visualization Dashboard for the PLN UP3 Yogyakarta Project
In the web application development process it is necessary selecting the right method to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. During this time, project development The applications at PLN UP3 Yogyakarta were developed using the waterfall development method. Even there are some projects that are developed without using such development methods moving slowly and not well organized. Therefore, in the PLN UP3 project data visualization dashboard application development project, the scrum method was chosen. The scrum method was chosen Because flexibility, ability for rapid development, and ease of use implemented by all members team developer. The implementation of the Scrum method is carried out according to the stages, namely: setting product goals, creating a product backlog, making sprint planning, conducting sprints, producing increments, conducting sprint reviews, conducting sprint retrospectives, and conducting daily sprints. By using the scrum development method, the SIBER project at PLN can run according to the specified time, according to the timeline, as well produces all the required features.
 
The Influence of Emotional Intelligence on Student Learning Motivation
This research aims to identify the influence of emotional intelligence on the learning motivation of students in the Arabic Language Education study program at Jakarta State University. Using quantitative methods and a correlational approach, this research involved 116 respondents from two cohorts (2022 and 2023). The research results show that there is a significant positive relationship between emotional intelligence and student learning motivation. Data were analyzed using statistical techniques such as regression tests and Pearson correlation with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 24 software. The results showed that emotional intelligence contributed 31.3 % to learning motivation, while other variables also influenced students' overall learning motivation. It is hoped that this research can provide a deeper understanding of the factors that influence student learning motivation, as well as provide a basis for developing more effective educational strategies in the future

Research purposes This is : (1) Analyze influence income original (PAD) on capital expenditure in South Halmahera Regency , Central Halmahera Regency , and East Halmahera Regency ; (2) Analyzing influence of allocation funds general (DAU) for capital expenditure in South Halmahera Regency , Central Halmahera Regency , and East Halmahera Regency ; (3) Analyzing influence of allocation funds special (DAK) for capital expenditure in South Halmahera Regency , Central Halmahera Regency , and East Halmahera Regency ; (4) Analyzing The influence of profit sharing funds (DBH) on capital expenditure in South Halmahera Regency , Central Halmahera Regency , and East Halmahera Regency ; (5) Analyzing the occurrence phenomenon flypaper effect in South Halmahera Regency , Central Halmahera Regency , and East Halmahera Regency . The Relationship Between The Parenting And Life Skill Application With The Cooking Interest At Budi Mulia Dua Elementary School Of Yogyakarta
This study at Budi Mulia Dua Elementary School aims to find out (1) parenting done by parents (2) life skill application (3) children's cooking interest ( 4 ) the relationship between the parenting and the children's cooking interest (5) the reality between life skill application and the children's cooking interest at Budi Mulia Dua Elementary School (6) the reality ship between the parenting and life skill application and the children's cooking interest. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling. The sample of research is Budi Mulia Dua Elementary School's students as many as 177 people. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study use product moment correlation. The results of the study at Budi Mulia Dua Elementary School show that (1) parenting done by parents in good category with a percentage 42.3% (2) life skill application in good category with a percentage 40.6% (3) children's cooking interest in high category with a percentage 45.7% (4) the correlation between the parenting and the cooking interest is indicated by r observed = 0.917, ( 5) the correlation between life skill application and the cooking interest is indicated by r observed = 0.964, ( 6) the correlation between the parenting and life skill application with the cooking interest development is indicated used by double correlation r square = 0.923 compare r table = 0.14
