    Strategy Management of Dakwah Education in the Era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0

    challenges to the da'wah movement and da'wah education in the very complex industrial 4.0 era, including; Da'wah runs very normatively, does not pay attention to the actual situations that exist in society, da'wah runs stagnant and is unable to answer real problems in society, and there is still a lack of application of da'wah strategies, including da'wah that involves a da'wah organization. Therefore, there is a need for strategic management of da'wah and da'wah education, so that the existence of da'wah is not displaced in this 4.0 industrial era. The purpose of this research in general is to obtain an overview, describe, and reveal this research. The focus of the specific objectives is to obtain an overview of 1) environmental analysis, 2) strategy formulation, 3) strategy implementation, 4) evaluation and control, and 5) supporting and inhibiting factors of this research. The research procedure uses qualitative methods, through the process: 1) Observation; 2) Interview; 3) Documentation. Which was developed through the triangulation process, processed using descriptive logic analysis. The findings of this study include 1) environmental analysis carried out in two stages, namely: internal environmental analysis which includes components of strengths and weaknesses that are owned and faced, and external environmental analysis with two main components, namely opportunities and challenges/threats, 2) strategy formulation is carried out systematically. systematic with elements consisting of vision, mission, goals, policies, and main strategies in the application of this research. 3) strategy implementation is the process of realizing a strategy formulation which includes programs, budgets, and procedures, 4) evaluation and control of the program implementation of this research is a control measure from the start of the program being compiled, then implemented and the program ends, and 5) human resources (HR) is a factor supporting the implementation of this research and the mindset of the management who still doesn't understand is the obstacle

    Analysis of The Effect of Employee Placement and Environment on Performance through Motivation

    This study aims to describe the placement of employees, work environment, motivation and performance as well as analyzing its influence on the Civil Servants of Balai Besar Pemerintahan Desa in Malang. The study was conducted by using descriptive analysis and path analysis with a significance level (?) 0.05. Samples taken were civil servants at the Balai Besar Pemerintahan Desa in Malang with a total of 31 people. The results showed that the placement of employees and the work environment had a positive and significant effect on motivation indicated by coefficients of 0.518 and 0.756 and sig 0.005 and 0.010. Employee placement and work environment had a positive and significant effect on performance with coefficients of 0.735 and 0.764 and sig values ??of 0.000 and 0.001. Motivation had a positive and significant effect on performance with a coefficient of 0.989 and sig 0,000. Motivation had not been able to mediate the effect of employee placement and work environment on performance.     This research was conducted at PT. Sumber Batu which is engaged in contracting. Activities carried out by the company, one of which is the purchase of spare parts on credit. The implementation of the accounting system for purchasing spare parts on credit has not yet fully carried out activities in accordance with internal controls. Data collection was carried out using interview and observation techniques. The analysis conducted was a qualitative descriptive analysis by analyzing and designing Flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD), and Normalization.     The Effect of Pre Order Online Sales to Company Profits on PT. Aventama Hervent Solusindo Bandung

    This research aims to find out how online pre order sales and profit earning on PT Aventama, also how big is the effect of pre order online sales towards the profit on PT Aventama, and to get to know about what are the efforts that could be able to do for increase the company profits through online pre order sales. Theory that supports in this research was revealed by Oki Pamungkas, 2018 who said that online sales is  conducting sales activities from looking for potential buyers to offering products or goods by utilizing the internet network that is supported by a set of electronic devices as a link to the internet network, while Toto Prihadi 2012 said that profit is a measure of company's performance obtained from the results of reduction results of sales minus production costs. From conducted research, it can be obtained of the results of online pre order sales and company profits on PT Aventama, it's obtained results of 77.2% for online pre order sales and 35.7% for the profits and are categorized well. Then the correlation test is used for find out about the effect of online pre order sales with the results obtained at 84%, this value can be interpreted that the effect of online pre order sales to profits is very strong, while the other 16% is effected by other factors that it’s not examined by the author. Based on a simple linear regression analysis obtained Y '= 3.307 + 0.420X it means every online pre order sale is improved, it will be followed by an improve in company profit of 0.420 at a constant 3.037. With this research, it's expected that there will be a change in the company's profit through increasing online pre-order sales by creating advertisements, providing more complete ready stock products, and adding new suppliers so that the ordering process of products is faster to consumer

    Implementation of the Islamic Economics in the Traditional Market of Brebes Regency

    The concept of Islamic Economics emphasizes that market Trading and pricing need to be regulated to uphold market balance and economic justice in view of interests of those involved in the market. This study aims to analyze the Islamic Economy’s observance in accordance with Islamic sharia in the traditional markets, the number of merchant populations used as samples was 138 people, the research method uses qualitative descriptive, data collection techniques by observation and structured interviews. The results showed that traders in the traditional market of Manis Kosambi Cikakak Village had practiced trade with Islamic Business Ethics. The Practice of Islamic Economy in the Traditional Market of Brebes Regency had been carried out by most traders almost 84.8%. The system of commerce with the islamic economy is rooted in and habutual practices with islamic business ethics, doing bussiness by selling clean products, honesty, openness, fair, and by backing out of riba, or loan shark has been accustomed by traditional merchants of Brebes Regency in Manis Kosambi market Cikakak Village of Brebes Regency Keywords: Islamic Economic Traditional Marke

    Community-based Approach to Sustain Batik Tourism Village Area in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (The Case of Giriloyo Village)

    The study aims to identify the implementation of Community-based Tourism to sustain Giriloyo Batik Tourism Village as a sustainable tourism destination. The identification analysis of the Community-based approach is based on thirteen fundamental factors of the ideal Community-based Tourism developed and adopted from related existing literature. This study is a qualitative study with an in-depth interview and a thematic analysis method.  The results of the study showed that tourism development began after Yogyakarta’s earthquake through supports from NGOs and the Government. Community-based Tourism is implemented which has the characteristics of the thirteen factors of the ideal model of Community-based Tourism I identified. However, there is a difference between the ideal and the fact. The most remarkable gap is in community participation, which in Giriloyo is limited and very active within the Batik Association led by the core members. Stakeholders’ roles are crucial in enabling tourism to flourish in Giriloyo Village. The primary stakeholders are Village Government, Local and Regional Tourism Offices Department, and NGOs. Community-based Tourism has positive impacts, mainly in terms of socio-cultural, economic, and environment. Despite the positive impacts, the community is still struggling with several issues, such as regeneration within the organization, domestic waste management, and product innovation. Concrete efforts are needed to ensure the sustainability of Giriloyo Batik Tourism Village in the long-term

    Settlement of Problematic Loans in the Unit Pengelola Kegiatan (UPK) of Pidie District did Sharia

    This research aims to determine the cause of problematic credit in UPK Pidie district and problematic credit settlement procedures in UPK Pidie District as well as the settlement of problematic credit on UPK in Pidie district according to Sharia. Results of the study showed that the main factor of the cause of problematic credit in the UPK of Pidie District is because of business and business results that do not match the expectations plus more household needs that are increasingly increasing the day, earnings that do not meet the needs. Also and credit given is not fully used for capital, there are groups using loans for household needs. The problematic credit settlement procedure for UPK Pidie District is by conducting a field review, conducting coaching many times by continuing to spur the group to pay by the next set time with restructuring efforts. The settlement of problematic credit in the UPK Pidie District is appropriate because the UPK does not attract the angling but always takes a family path with the affected group members

    This study aims to analyze the fulfillment of the special rights of female convicts in the Class II B Penitentiary of North Maluku Province and examine the obstacles and efforts faced by the North Maluku Class II B penitentiary in the process of fostering female convicts. The research method used in this study is a type of empirical legal research. Empirical legal research is to study the legal situation or facts obtained in people's lives. This type of research is often referred to as Socio Legal Research. In empirical legal research, what is initially studied is secondary data which is then followed by research on primary data in the field. The fulfillment of the special rights of female prisoners in the Class II B Penitentiary of North Maluku Province is explicitly regulated in Article 14 paragraph (1) jo Article 9 of Law Number 22 of 2022 concerning Correctional Services, it is expressly stated that the convict has the right such as to worship in accordance with his religion or beliefs, receive both spiritual and physical care, receive education and teaching, get health services and eat properly,  and filing a complaint

    The performance of PT. BPR Gunung Rizki Semarang branch office in 2017-2018 has decreased. This phenomenon was found in the object of research when the preliminary survey was conducted. The results of theoretical studies of factors that can explain performance show results that are still different. Departing from these empirical and theoretical phenomena, this study is aimed at analyzing the effect of Organizational Commitment and Personality on Performance by Mediating Job Satisfaction on employees of PT. BPR Mount Rizki Semarang. The study aims to examine the role of job satisfaction mediating organizational commitment against employee performance. The empirical model developed in this study consists of three research variables, namely organizational commitment and job satisfaction which are thought to explain performance. Research data was obtained through interviews using questionnaires to 124 employee respondents at PT. BPR Mount Rizki Semarang. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression tests. Statistical test results show that organizational commitment has no significant effect on job satisfaction. While on performance, organizational commitment has a positive effect while job satisfaction has a negative effect
