    The Influence of Brand Trust and Religiosity on The Mudharabah Deposit Product Selection Decision

    The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of brand trust and religiosity on the decision to choose mudharabah deposit products in Islamic Commercial Banks. Population and sample are 100 respondents selected by accidental sampling in order to obtain research data through filling out a questionnaire. The results showed that partially or simultaneously the two independent variables consisting of brand trust and religiosity have a positive and significant effect on the decision to choose mudharabah deposit products in Islamic Commercial Banks

    The Implementation of Restaurant Tax in Tomohon

    Tomohon is one of the tourist city destinations in North Sulawesi Province has a high potential to be developed. Restaurant Tax is a tax whose existence is essential as a source of Original Local Government Revenue (PAD). The restaurant tax revenue target consistently increases every year, and the realization of restaurant tax revenue has not fully met the set target. The difference between the realization of restaurant tax revenues and the target of restaurant tax revenues indicates that the potential has not been optimally explored. This study aimed to analyze the implementation and potential contribution of the Restaurant Tax in Tomohon. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method and implementation analysis. The analysis results show that the potential value of Restaurant Tax is substantial compared to the realization of Restaurant Tax receipts. This difference shows that the actual potential is also immense. However, the local government has not explored it optimally. The implementation of the Restaurant Tax shows that the collection and management of the Restaurant Tax in Tomohon have not gone well. The analysis results show that the restaurant tax potential affects Tomohon's PAD

    Research on the Model, Evolution and Development of Chinese Government Guidance Fund

    As a "government + market" policy tool, government guidance funds mainly use financial leverage to lead market-based funds to achieve the policy goals of promoting local economic growth and cultivating key industries. The government guidance fund of in China started around 2002, entered a period of rapid growth in 2015, and entered the stage of stock optimization in 2017; the fund management model has shown a positive trend of large-scale and standardized development. The study aims to find out the model, evolution and development of Chinese government guidance fund. The study used qualitative methods with case study approach. The study reveal that in the future, the government guidance fund is gradually improving its system design, giving full play to its guiding attributes, supplementing the shortcomings of China’s capital market fundraising, and promoting the development of the real economy in the real industry

    Legal Analysis of Government Control Over the Company Subsidiaries in State-Owned Enterprises Holding

    State-owned enterprises (SOEs) are one of the business entities aiming to advance people’s wellbeing. Government Regulation (PP) No. 72 of 2016 concerning Procedures for Participation and Stock Capital Administration in State-Owned Enterprises and Limited Companies states that SOEs which are used as capital participation of other SOEs become subsidiaries of these other SOEs. It is considered to undermine the function of the The House of Representatives and make the state seem to have lost control of the former SOEs. The PP was tested materially because it was considered not in accordance with Law no. 19 of 2003 concerning SOEs. Based on the judicial review, the Supreme Court (MA) rejected the lawsuit. However , the Supreme Court’s consideration stated that SOEs which are SOEs subsidiaries remain state-owned and are inversely proportional to the Constitutional Court decision No.01/PHPU- PRES/XVII/2019 dated June 24, 2019, which in its consideration stated that SOEs must be considered the composition of its state-owned shares. The status of SOEs that has changed to become a SOEs subsidiary is no longer categorized as SOEs but becomes Limited Companies with special rights with a special assignment from the Government because it has series A shares (merah putih shares). The status of the State’s Wealth of the former SOEs becomes the assets of the former SOEs but still within the scope of State Finance

    Using Offensive Words as Unethical Advertising in Viral Marketing at Angkringan West Semarang

    Communication strategy is the main factor for doing marketing. Likewise, what was conducted by Angkringan West in order to increase the number of followers and customers in its culinary business, a communication strategy was chosen using offensive words which were considered controversial. The purpose of this study was to analyze the marketing communication strategy concept of the owner of Angkringan West interested in using offensive words in conducting marketing communications, to analyze the considerations and the expected impact of using offensive words as unethical advertising on Angkringan West. This research was conducted using a type of qualitative research. As for the results of the study, it was found that 1) the consideration of using offensive words was adapted to use the language of social communication, namely the Semarangan language which flows spontaneously; 2) choosing the strategy of using offensive words is not to cause discomfort, impolite or unethical in trading, but the acceptance of offensive words depends on the demographics of the audience and the willingness to join the Angkringan West community. Conclusion: offensive words are an appropriate marketing strategy to use with certain marketing targets

    The Influence of Service Quality and Perception of Service Price on Patient Satisfaction in The Inpatition Room of Hermina Hospital Palembang

    This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of service quality and perceived service prices on patient satisfaction in the inpatient room at Hermina Hospital, Palembang. The population in this study were inpatients at the Hermina Palembang Hospital for the period March 2022 to March 2023, totaling 10,670 patients. Based on sample calculations, the sample that will be used in this research is 122 respondents who are inpatients at Hermina Palembang Hospital who were treated without payment using National Health Insurance in the period March 2022 to March 2023 who were informed by telephone, WhatsApp or direct visit. by distributing questionnaires via Google Form using purposive sampling techniques. The results of multiple linear analysis show that service quality and perceived service price have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. It is hoped that the results of this research will enable Hermina Palembang Hospital to evaluate the barriers to not being able to provide patient payment services more quickly regarding service quality. Price perception, it is hoped that an evaluation can be carried out based on the price offered. Management needs to do research in determining prices with existing hospital competitors, especially in the Palembang area

    The Role of Employee Engagement in Mediating Perceived Organizational Support for Millennial Employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior

    The era of globalization is a time when competition becomes increasingly tight, employees are required to be able to show extra work behavior that can exceed the expectations of the organization (extra role behavior). The existence of high initiative from employees is able to improve the effectiveness of an organization, while employees who have good organizational support will also form positive behavior as a form of reciprocal support to the organization. Through employee engagement is expected to strengthen the behavior of the organization's citizenship. In Indonesia is currently entering the era of demographic bonuses, the condition makes this research interesting to do in millennials. The purpose of this study is to test the influence of employee engagement in mediating perceived organizational support to the organizational citizenship behavior of 83 millennial employees of PT Tatalogam Lestari. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) analysis techniques using SmartPLS were used in this study. The results of the analysis stated that there is an influence perceived organizational support, employee engagement and organizational citizenship behavior. Employee engagement is also proven to mediate the influence of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior. This study found that the higher the perception of organizational support in employees, the higher the sense of attachment of employees with the organization, so as to encourage the occurrence of organizational citizenship behavior in employees

    The Effect of Online Learning on Mathematics Value of Seventh Class Students in Bulu China Swadaya SMPS

    This study aims to determine (1) learning outcomes in mathematics, (2) the effect of WhatsApp media on students' mathematics learning outcomes. This research is quasi-experimental. The population in this study were students of class VII SMP, totaling 36 students. In this study, the sample used was total sampling in which all populations were sampled in this study. The design used in this study was the pre-test post-test control group design. The research instrument was a learning outcome test and a learning difficulty questionnaire. To test the hypothesis using a paired sample t-test. The results of this study indicate that the post-test mean score that has been tested in the experimental class is 83.50. This means that the learning outcomes in the experimental class are seen by using the paired sample t-test of 0.006 <0.05, which means that there is a significant effect between the average value before treatment (pre-test) and the average value after treatment (post-test)

    Ethical Sensitivity and Moral Considerations of Accounting Students Based on Accounting Ethics Education

    The purpose of this study was to examine the differences in ethical sensitivity and moral considerations of students based on semester and gender. The population of this study was Accounting Students at the University of Muhammadiyah Bengkulu. Sampling using the purposive sampling method to obtain as many as 87 respondents. The method of data collection is the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis, data quality test, and hypothesis testing. The result of this research is that there is no difference between the ability of students who have received accounting ethics education in identifying ethical dilemmas compared to the ability of students who have not received accounting ethics education. The ability of female students who have received accounting ethics education is higher in identifying ethical dilemmas than the ability of male students. The ability of students who have received accounting ethics education is higher in making moral judgments than the ability of students who have not received accounting ethics education. There is no difference between the ability of female students who have received accounting ethics education better in making moral judgments than the ability of male students

    Role of Knowledge Management on the Influence of Total Quality Management on Organizational Performance

    The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of Total Quality Management on Organizational Performance mediated by Knowledge Management. This study used primary data in the form of a questionnaire to test hypotheses and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The sample of this study amounted to 103 SMEs in Bengkulu City. The data analysis technique used WarpPLS version 6.0 software. The results showed that Total Quality Management had an effect on organizational performance and knowledge management did not mediate the effect of TQM on organizational performance
