    Esensi Ilmu Pengetahuan Perspektif Al-Qur’an: Analisis Surah al-Mujadalah Ayat 11 dan Shad Ayat 29

    Islam teaches that the acquisition of knowledge boils down to the source of knowledge, namely the Qur'an. In it there is a view of science in terms of the origin of science, the subject and object of what is studied, the epistemology of science, the urgency of science with the divine tawhid system. So with regard to that, this study aims to analyze; (1) the concept of science from the perspective of the Qur'an surah Al-Mujadalah verse 11 and Shad verse 29. The research method used is qualitative based on library studies. Data collection techniques used are documentation studies using library data derived from Tafsir, journal articles, relevant books. While the data analysis technique used with descriptive analysis, then the analysis can be studied in depth. The results of the study explain that the essence of science in the Qur'an Al-Mujadalah verse 11 and the Qur'an Shad verse 29, with regard to three things, namely (1) The Search for Knowledge, where a knowledge seeker must have manners, prioritize ethics before knowledge, be serious in the learning process, establish good relations between fellow human beings. (2) the function of science, namely dhikr or remembering, fikir or thinking, and righteous deeds, (3) the application of science in all aspects of life, which aims to be spiritual and practical in everyday life

    The Influence of Digital Literacy and Learning Media Utilization on Student Learning Motivation

    This study investigates the effect of digital literacy and learning media utilization on student learning motivation at State Junior High School 01 Tanjungbumi Bangkalan Madura. The era of globalization emphasizes the need for education that involves digital literacy and utilization of learning media to improve the quality of student learning. Learning motivation, as the key to student success, is influenced by both factors. Digital literacy affects students' access to online learning resources and plays a role in improving their learning motivation. Learning media utilization involves technology in delivering information, creating a more engaging and interactive learning experience. In this study, digital literacy and learning media utilization are identified as factors that significantly influence students' learning motivation at State Junior High School 01 Tanjungbumi Bangkalan Madura. By identifying the influence of each factor, this study provides in-depth insight into the importance of integrating digital literacy and learning media to improve students' learning motivation in the digital era. This research has implications for increasing student learning motivation

    Performances Analysis in an Islamic Boarding School: Insights From Indonesia

    Employee performance is an important factor in determining organizational success. Previous studies on employee performance are dominated by the business sector. Whereas the performance of non-business organizations such as Islamic boarding schools also requires administrators to provide high performance as business organizations. Along with modern developments, Islamic boarding schools are required to adapt to a new environment that allows pressure on the management. The demands of adaptive Islamic boarding schools also allow administrators to feel like or dislike their work. This study aims to analyze the performance in Islamic boarding schools influenced by the variables of stress and job satisfaction. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 administrators of Miftahul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Malang, Indonesia, using the census method and analyzed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that job stress had a significant effect on the performance of Miftahul Ulum Islamic boarding school administrators. However, job satisfaction has no significant effect on the performance of Miftahul Ulum Islamic boarding school administrators. The results of this study have positive implications for the leadership of Islamic boarding schools to improve performance through human resource management

    Melawan Tradisi Strategi Konvensional: Analisis Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Fikih dengan Strategi True or False

    Student learning outcomes often experience a decline, one of which is due to the lack of varied learning strategies. in this regard, this study aims to analyze the learning process carried out by the teacher and also student participation in the application of true or false learning strategies in Jurisprudence subjects in class VIII C MTs. Negeri 2 Labuhanbatu Utara. The research method used is Classroom action research consisting of two cycles. The main data source is the fiqh teacher in class VIII C MTs. Negeri 2 Labuhanbatu Utara and also students of class VIII C. Data collection techniques use observation sheets, tests, and documentation. The results revealed that learning fiqh using the True or False learning strategy can improve student learning outcomes. The increase in student learning can be seen from Cycle II which is the result of the application of this true or false learning strategy, which is 81.46% of the 48% percentage of the final result. So it can be said that this strategy provides an increase in student learning outcomes. This strategy is also responded well by students because it gives a pleasant impression. The implication of this research is a reference for fiqh teachers or Islamic religious education subject teachers in improving student learning outcomes

    Menyingkap Isyarat Profil Pancasila dalam Al-Qur’an dan Implikasinya Terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Siswa

    The threat of national disintegration is one of the factors in the need for a Pancasila student profile. This profile has been regulated in the Minister of Education and Culture regulation no. 22 of 2020 include: 1) having faith, piety and noble morals, 2) accepting diversity, 3) being able to work together or mutual cooperation, 4) being able to think critically, 5) being independent, and 6) having creativity. It turns out that the Al-Qur’an hints at this profile, so this study aims to analyze the profile of Pancasila students in the perspective of the Al-Qur’an and its implications for the formation of student character. The method applied in this study is a literature review and interpretation approach. Literature review is used to analyze the Pancasila profile as stated in government regulations. The interpretation approach is used to analyze the Qur'anic signs about the profile of Pancasila. The results of the study explain that the Pancasila profile cues are contained in surah Ali Imran verse 102, al-Qolan verse 4, Ali Imran 190-191, al-Maidah verse 2, al-Hujurat verse 13, ar-Ra'd verse 11. These Pancasila profile signals have implications for strengthening character, especially for Islamic educational institutions

    The millennial era requires the younger generation to have skills such as self-confidence, sociability, openness to change, and creativity. Generations that do not have these skills will gradually be eroded and ostracized. Islamic boarding schools as Islamic educational institutions are expected to be able to produce graduates who are experts in the field of religion as well as skilled and creative in entrepreneurship. In this regard, this study aims to analyze the optimization of edupreneurship carried out by Islamic boarding schools in producing competitive and independent santripreneurs. This research was conducted at the Padangsidimpuan Islamic boarding school. The research method used is qualitative based on descriptive studies. The data sources in this study were the heads of Islamic boarding schools, extracurricular teachers, and students. Data collection uses observation and interviews. The results showed that optimization was carried out in several ways, namely integrated edupreneurship in all subjects, integrated in the form of extracurricular activities, self-development programs, integrated into teaching materials, through Islamic boarding school culture, integration through local content

    Penerapan Metode Giving Question and Getting Answer untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam

    Mistakes in choosing learning methods have an impact on learning outcomes. So in that case the teacher must be able to determine the appropriate learning method. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in the Islamic Religious Education subject by applying the Giving Question and Getting Answer learning method. The focus of this research is on two things, namely improving post-action learning outcomes and student learning activities. This research was conducted on class XI students of Madrasah Aliyah, Laboratory of UIN Sumatra Utara Medan. This study used the Classroom Action Research method, which was carried out in three cycles. Collecting data using observation, tests, and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the learning outcomes of students in cycle I got an average score of 76.34 in the calculation of 27 people who had completed and 3 people who had not completed the KKM score that had been determined, cycle II with an average score of 86.66 in the calculation of 28 people has been completed and 2 people have not completed the specified KKM value, cycle III with an average value of 95.12 in the calculation of 29 people has been completed and 1 person has not completed the specified KKM value. This research succeeded in proving the allegation that the giving question and getting answar methods can help improve learning outcomes

    This study aims to identify and analyze the strategies applied by guidance and counseling teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Laboratory of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra in fostering students' honest and responsible character. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach, based on phenomenological studies. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research sample included guidance and counseling teachers, students, and other support staff involved in the guidance and counseling process in schools. The results of the study show that students in class XI at the school already have a fairly high level of honest characteristics. The strategy used in forming honest and responsible characters is integrating values ​​and ethics in each subject, internalizing positive values ​​in students, providing habituation and training, and setting an example. In forming honest and responsible characters, the teacher applies three main stages, namely moral knowing (instilling moral knowledge), moral feeling (instilling a sense of love and being happy to do what is good and right), and moral action (carrying out moral actions that are supported by understanding and former love, which later becomes a habit

    Management of Islamic educational institutions has an important role in shaping the quality of education in line with Islamic principles. The management model of Islamic educational institutions can become the essence and complexity of the management of Islamic educational institutions, illustrating how elements of professionalism, religious values, and dimensions of leadership combine to create a holistic educational environment. In this regard, this study aims to analyze the model and implementation of the management of Islamic educational institutions in madrasas. This research was conducted at MTs. Pendidikan Agama Islam. the research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of research at MTs. Pendidikan Agama Islam namely, the management of Islamic educational institutions demands more than conventional managerial skills. In addition to competence in planning, organizing, supervising and controlling, religious aspects play a central role in decision making and carrying out administrative tasks. The concept of sacred intention is the main driving force, inspiring action with the aim of carrying out education as a religious deed that follows the teachings of Islam.     Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Evaluasi Pembelajaran Berbasis Transdisipliner

    Learning success is one of the factors determined by teaching materials, but teaching materials compiled by lecturers are often not in accordance with university policies. In this regard, this study aims to produce learning evaluation teaching materials based on transdisciplinary. The focus of the study is on three things, namely feasibility, practicality, and effectiveness of transdisciplinary based learning evaluation courses. The research method uses research and development with reference to the theory of the Gall, Gall and Borg model which recommends the model developed by Dick, Carey and Carey. The results showed: (1) the transdisciplinary based learning evaluation course was developed starting from needs analysis, design, trial and revision. The developed learning is equipped with lecturer manuals, student manuals, and teaching books, (2) transdisciplinary based evaluation learning has been validated for its feasibility by learning design experts and material experts, with the results showing the learning product is feasible to use, (3) transdisciplinary based evaluation learning developed, has a practicality level with a score of 3.28 in the practical category, (4) transdisciplinary based evaluation learning is proven to be effective in improving student learning outcomes, with an N-Gain Score of 0.38 in the medium effectiveness category
