Full text linkIslamic education faces many challenges in the current era of globalization. Some relate to tradition, transition and modernization, and of course Islamic education cannot avoid it. The purpose of this research is to find out how Islamic educational institutions face tradition, transition, and modernization so that their existence can still be accepted by the community and remain able to compete with non-Islamic educational institutions. The results of this study are to deal with traditions, transitions and modernization that must be carried out in Islamic education is to improve and enhance the overall education system in Islamic education institutions themselves, both in terms of the ability of teachers in the use of technology, curriculum implementation that is tailored to the needs of the community while still being emphasizing the objectives of Islamic education, carrying out various educational innovations that aim to improve student learning, so as to produce students who are smart, honest, disciplined, and remain devoted to Allah SWT
Problematika Pembelajaran Berbasis Online pada Lembaga Pendidikan Nonformal Era Pandemi Covid-19 (Studi Kasus di Madrasah Diniyah Manbaul Huda)
Full text linkImplementation of education in the Covid-19 era still has to pay attention to the needs of children, including in formal educational institutions such as madrasah diniyah. Of course the learning that is carried out is in the corridor of health protocols and the use of online or online systems. Obstacles and obstacles are certainly the minus side of online system learning. This paper seeks to examine in detail the problems of online-based learning in non-formal educational institutions. The focus of the discussion is aimed at the problematic aspects and efforts to solve them at Madrasah Diniyah Manbaul Huda. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, with interview techniques. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data reduction techniques, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that (1) the internet network, the cost of internet data packages, and the limited number of family smartphones are the problems of learning the online system at Madrasah Diniyah Manbaul Huda; (2) Some of the efforts that the teacher can make are preparing online learning, preparing a new schedule and socializing that the teaching and learning process will be through online learning
Analisis Strategi Pembelajaran Active Knowledge Sharing dan Ceramah Terhadap Hasil Belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam
Full text linkThe aims of this study are to compare learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education using active knowledge sharing learning strategies and lecture strategies. This research was conducted at MTs Bina Taruna Marelan with 60 students as the sample in this study. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with the type of experiment. The main instrument used in data collection is an objective test instrument consisting of 20 questions. The material provided is about Zakat Fitrah and Malls. The comparative analysis used is the t test statistic for two large samples which do not have a relationship with each other. The results showed that learning outcomes using active knowledge sharing learning strategies obtained an average value of 73.50 included in category B (good). While using lecture learning strategies obtained an average value of 62.83 included in category C (enough). So that the active knowledge sharing learning strategy is more effective by 16.88% of the lecture learning strategy in improving the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education grade VII students of MTs Bina Taruna Marelan
Rasulullaah Sebagai Role Model Bagi Pendidik (Kajian Terhadap Al-Qur’an Surah Al-Ahzab Ayat 21)
Full text linkMoral decadence that occurs in the modern era does not only occur in students, but also in educators. educators should be role models in morals. In Islam, there is the best model that is used as a human role model in all aspects, namely the Prophet Muhammad, in accordance with the sound verse in the QS. Al Ahzab verse 21 which if examined turns out to have implied the personality of the Prophet that can be imitated in it, then this study will focus on finding solutions by making the Prophet as a role model for educators. So the main purpose of writing this journal is to get an explanation that the Messenger of Allah is indeed a role model for educators and how the specifications of the character of the Prophet as a role model for educators who are studied based on the interpretation of QS Al-Ahzab paragraph 21. The assessment is carried out using the library research method with content analizing technique from the interpretation of Surah Al-Ahzab verse 21. This study produces an explanation of the truth of the Prophet as a role model for educators and a description of the Prophet's personality specifications as a role model for educators based on the interpretation of QS Al-Ahzab verse 21 which is a solution to the moral crisis for educators in Indonesia

Full text linkLately, there has been a lot of discussion in the world of education, with the concept of freedom of learning being coined by the minister of education and culture, Nadiem Makarim. in terms of including the concept of a free campus of learning. the concept becomes an effort in dealing with the changing times. then how is the concept of an independent campus learning in the face of the industrial revolution era 4.0. and how the concept of an independent campus that had been sparked by the Minister of Education and Culture namely Mr. Nadiem Makarim as well as what is the problem of students at this time so that it requires a change in the concept of higher education for the better. considering that in this case, the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is an era in which technology is increasingly high, so that in this case students from each tertiary institution are expected to be ready to face challenges in the industrial revolution era 4.0, with the concept of an independent campus they are directed to be more ready to work , working together, creative and can be useful for themselves and other communities

Full text linkThis study aims to analyze Islamic education within the socio-cultural and Islamic education dimensions in responding to the challenges of the industrial revolution era 4.0. This study uses a library research method. The results showed that in the scope of the socio-cultural dimension, Islamic education serves as a forum that can instill tolerance, prevent radicalism, and think moderately. Islamic education is also an instrument that can face the challenges of the this era, because unique personality development is the reason for the ability of Islamic education to survive in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. In relation to responding to the challenges of the industrial revolution era 4.0 of Islamic education, Islamic education will not be overlooked by the negative values of the impact of the this era, because Islamic education maintains strong values that come from the Al-Qur'an and Hadith. In addition, Islamic education does not close itself to technological sophistication, thus opening access to higher development and adapting to the needs of society. In addition, Islamic education is also not only oriented to worldly values but believes in ukhrawi values, which function as one's spiritual strength, which in this digital era spiritual values are starting to be abandoned

Implementasi Supervisi Manajerial Pengawas dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru di MIN 5 Aceh Tenggara
Full text linkThis paper aims to analyze the implementation of managerial supervision at MIN 5 Aceh Tenggara. This study used a qualitative approach, with a background in the implementation of managerial supervision activities at MIN 5 Aceh Tenggara. Data were collected using in-depth interview techniques, observation and document review. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data reduction techniques, display or presentation of data and drawing conclusions. The data validity test was carried out by triangulation of sources and methods. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of managerial supervision at MIN 5 Aceh Tenggara is categorized as good, this is indicated by (1) planning aspects, including administrative completeness, observation instruments and classroom learning implementation instruments; (2) implementation aspects, in the form of class observations, private meetings, delivery of results of supervision and follow-up programs of supervision; and (3) the aspect of influence, in the form of creating a "comfortable" learning climate in madrasas
