Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between the performance of the Nagari government officials to community services and to determine the level of the relationship between the performance of the Nagari government officials to community services in Nagari Lunang Utara, Lunang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency using a quantitative approach. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 80 people with the data collection technique is random sampling. The results in this study indicate that the product moment correlation from the calculation obtained a correlation coefficient of r = 0.65 where this correlation coefficient is in the numerical interval of 0.600 - 0799 which means that it shows the level of a strong relationship and the magnitude of the relationship between the performance of the Nagari government apparatus to community services from the test. significance obtained by the t value of 7.55 while the value of t table with an error rate of α = 0.05 db = n - 2 = 80 - 2 = 78 is 1.66 so that tcount> ttable is 7.55> 1.66 with Thus, based on the significant test criteria, Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that there is a relationship between the performance of the Nagari government apparatus to community services in Nagari Lunang Utara, Lunang District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, West Sumatra Province

Basically, everything that is done has a purpose, where that goal can be achieved after carrying out the activity. Likewise, this research activity also has a goal to be achieved. The purpose of this study is to find out how the response of food stall businesses to the obligation of halal certification in Pamekasan Regency and what are the inhibiting factors in carrying out halal certification. Not only that, this research is also expected to provide knowledge and thoughts of the wider community in realizing halal certification in accordance with Islamic teachings. This research was carried out using a qualitative descriptive research method in which the data was collected by interviewing informants (food stall actors) as a source of information. The results of the study show that it is halal for food stall business actors. The average food stall business actor perceives that halal certification is not too important for food stall business actors because it does not affect their sales. They also feel burdened with the obligation of halal certification because the requirements, especially the costs incurred are not commensurate with their income.

Get PDFQadha is a problem that has been discussed since the time of the Prophet, friend, Tabi'in and until now. The issue of fate is very interesting to discuss, because there are several sects that view qadha differently. The first group says that qadha is a decree of Allah which cannot be contested, including human actions, there is already a provision of Allah. The second group argues that qadha is not the absolute will of Allah. However, Allah gave power to humans and humans were given the freedom to control it. So what determines human qadha is himself depending on how a person uses the power given by Allah. And the third Group takes the opinion that qadha can be in the form of God's absolute decree and it can also be in the form of power given to humans and humans themselves who direct that power. To better understand the problem of qadha more deeply, the writer understands the verses in the al-quran and sees the opinions of the tafsir scholars then packs them in the form of a thematic method, so that they can meet a problem solving point. From the results of the research that the author did, there were 133 qadha words in the al-Qur'an with various finished words. Then the authors see from the language dictionary it turns out that the meaning of the word qadha means measuring, grading or measuring so that we can understand that qadha is the limit, size, content and provisions that Allah has given to humans. So it can be concluded that qadha is not an absolute provision of Allah, but qadha that occurs in humans has a law of causality or cause and effect, and in the law of cause and effect also applies God's inayah (help)

Melihat potensi besar yang dimiliki oleh Desa Telaga biru, Mempelopori dengan memanfaatkan modal sosial yang ada pada masyarakat Desa Telaga biru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Dinamika modal sosial sebagai bentuk perlindungan hukum masyarakat dalam memberdayakan/mengembangkan desa berkonsep wisata halal masyarakat dan dampak yang dirasakan bagi masyarakat Desa Telaga biru.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modal sosial yang kuat yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat Desa Telaga biru mampu mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi.Berhasilnya pemberdayaan yang terjadi di Desa Telaga biru menciptakan aktivitas ekonomi baru yang dikemas menjadi Desa Wisata Halal. Get PDFThis paper briefly discusses Ibn Khaldun’s philosophical and rational construction of Islam and its metaphysical discursus as set forth in his classical works such as kitab al-‘Ibar, Al-Ta‘rif, Tahrir al-Ahkam, and al-Muqaddimah. This works expressed his highly rational outlook that developed critical and rational understanding of religious and moral premises. It also summarized its dynamic ground that contribute to expound instructive discussion of related ideas and themes. The study is based on library research using content analysis and analyzed through analytical and descriptive approaches. The finding concludes that Ibn Khaldun has bring forth rational interpretation of history based on unique philosophical and socio-cultural analysis he introduced in his al-Muqaddimah. This characteristic approach of rational ideal has significantly impacted Islam’s modern history and tradition. The purpose of this study is to understand what the concept of Islamic business ethics is and how it is applied in the production process, so that the results of this research resume can be used as a framework or model for other businesses in the future. The research method used in this study is qualitative with the type of field research, and data collection techniques are interview, observation and documentation techniques. This research is analytical descriptive. The data obtained from the field will be collected and analyzed using the point of view of Islamic business ethics which is presented in the form of a description with inductive thinking, namely a collection of facts that occur in the field in the analysis and then draw conclusions. The results show that the crab cracker production process in Polagan village has implemented and implemented the principles of Islamic business ethics. Berdasarkan latar belakang penulis tertarik untuk meneliti perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap akad pinjam dan akad hutang serta keabsahan akad. Pinjam meminjam yaitu memberikan sesuatu yang halal kepada orang lain untuk diambil manfaatnya dengan tidak merusak zat nya dan akan mengembalikan barang yang sudah dipinjamnya tadi dalam keadaan utuh dan tidak berubah baik segi bentuk dan lainya. Sedangkan Qardh atau hutang itu tamlikul mal yaitu memberikan hak milik benda atau harta dengan system mengembalikan dengan yang sepadan artinya yang dihutangi menerima hak milik dan yang menghutangi menyerahkan hak milik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan atau field research. Penelitian ini mendapatkan temuan, yaitu lafadz yang diucapkan ketika bertransaksi harus sesuai dengan yang dilakukan. Namun ketika kedua belah pihak mempunyai maksud yang sama dan pada implementasi yang dilakukan adalah akad hutang walaupun akad pinjam maka hukumnya sah. Analisis Pemikiran Teologi Islam Rasional Sutan Takdir Alisjahbana Menuju Peradaban Modern
Get PDFHumans as religious creatures will always hold their belief in One God. The belief in God is embedded in theological issues. Theology here is a theme related to divine issues, God's relationship with humans, nature and His attributes. Humans are gifted by Allah in the form of reason by which they are able to judge and cultivate what is good and what is right. In addition, with the potential of their intellect, they are also able to prove the existence of God's power and the existence of God in human life. Intellect here does not position it as the highest but is in line with revelation as the source of Islamic teachings. This theology is called rational theology. In rational theology the positions of reason and revelation are parallel. Reason as confirmation and revelation as information. An Indonesian cultural figure who puts his thoughts related to theology, namely Sutan Takdir Alisjahbana. He is of the view that humans with the potential of their intellect are able to compete with the outside world and are able to keep up with the times. However, it is not justified to abandon the values contained in the Qur'an and Hadith. This rational theology of Sutan Takdir Alisjahbana assesses reason as being able to keep up with the times and so that Muslims do not experience setbacks. The setbacks that are happening now are due to those who do not want to be open to the Western world which has been advanced and is only static. Meanwhile, in the teachings of Islam, humans are required to use the potential of reason that has been granted by Allah SWT.
