masyarakat yang peduli lingkungan. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kearifan
lokal dalihan na tolu dalam masyarakat Mandailing dan cara mempertahankannya
dalam menjaga keharmonisan lingkungan hidup. Data dikumpulkan melalui
wawancara dan observasi. Keharmonisan lingkungan hidup masyarakat Mandailing dengan
kearifan lokal dalihan na tolu yang melindungi lingkungan, seperti marsialapari, harangan
rarangan, lubuk larangan dan bahasa daun harus dijaga kelestariannya. Kearifan lokal ini
perlu disosialisasikan pada generasi penerus dengan mempelajarinya mulai tingkat
dasar sampai perguruan tinggi sehingga tetap terjaga kelestariannya. Penanaman

Get PDFThis study determine whether there is influence of moslem’s work ethic and com-pensation to the performance of IAIN Padangsidimpuan’s lecturers and staff and how big the influences are. The research is a quantitative explainatory, data col-lected using a questionnaire with sample 36 lecturers and employees. Results from the study showed a significant effect among moslem’s work ethic and the compensation to the performance, shown by R = 0.777. This means that indepen-dent variables are able to explain the dependent variable of 0.777 or 77.7% while the remaining 22.3% is explained by other variables outside the model. While tests of significance can be seen from the t test, moslem’s work ethic affect the performance of t-count> t-table or 4,623> 1,691 and 0,00 t-table or 4,455> 1,691 and 0,00 <0,05 , means moslem’s work ethic and compensation in the form of certified lecturers and remuneration have a significant effect on performance

SIT menjadi ikon penguatan identitas Islam di ranah publik yang berhaluan pembentukan profil lulusan yang menguasai ilmu keislaman dan ilmu profan. Profil ini popular dengan sebutan muslim kaffah. Pemikiran tentang kurikulum terpadu (integrated curriculum) di SIT menawarkan sebuah sistem yang menjanjikan bagi mereka yang mencari alternatif di tengah kegagalan lembaga pendidikan dalam mengonstruksi muslim kaffah tersebut. Dalam terminologi SIT, kurikulum ini dikenal dengan kurikulum non dikotomi. Bangunan kurikulum ini memuat ilmu pengetahuan yang bersumber dari satu kesatuan ilmu Allah. Karenanya, muatan ilmu keislaman dan profan terpadu dalam bingkai kurikulum SIT sehingga mampu menampilkan profil hamba dan khalifah Allah di muka bumi. Muatan kurikulum terpadu berisi mata pelajaran reguler sesuai Standar Pendidikan BSNP, muatan lokal seperti bahasa Arab, bahasa Inggris, taḥfiẓ, dan program pengembangan diri seperti pramuka JSIT, mentoring/ḥalaqah sebagaimana ditemukan dalam realitas SIT di Sumatera Utara

learning model is very well suited to improve student’s mathematics communication

The discussion strategy implementation in public Islamic schools: a case study in Deli Serdang regency
Get PDFTeachers’ understanding of the discussion strategy affects the students’
achievement in learning process. This paper reports the teaching practices that conducted by the
public schools Islam teachers in discussion strategy at some state junior high schools in Deli
Serdang Regency of North Sumatra. Research shows that the implementation of the discussion
learning strategy runs in the public schools. The average value was obtained by 30 teachers
(60%), quite good average was for 18 teachers (36%) and a relatively poor average is only 2
teachers (4%). It concludes that most of the teachers in Islam public schools in junior high level
of Deli Serdang Regency understand the discussion strategy and apply it in teaching practices
