Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengembangan kemampuan berbahasa Arab di IAIN Padangsidimpuan ditinjau dari Total Quality Management (TQM), dan juga menjelaskan tentang perlunya Total Quality Management (TQM) dalam pengembangan kemampuan berbahasa Arab di IAIN Padangsidimpuan.
Penelitian ini dirancang dengan berdasarkan pada penelitian kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Pengumpulan data penelitian berbentuk wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen.
Peneliti menyimpulkan hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis diperoleh data bahwa ditinjau dari Total Quality Management (TQM) IAIN Padangsidimpuan telah mengembangkan kemampuan berbahasa Arab Mahasiswa. IAIN Padangsidimpuan menggunakan poin-poin dalam Total Quality Management (TQM) sebagai dasar dalam mengevaluasi dan mengembangkan pelayanan. Oleh karena itu, Total Quality Management (TQM) memiliki peran penting dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berbahasa Arab Mahasiswa di IAIN Padangsidimpua
The analysis of teachers' strategies in teaching reading comprehension at SMAN 2 Padang Bolak
Get PDFThis research was taken based on the fact of the teachers’ problems in teaching reading comprehension. The researcher identified many problems, as seen many teachers who did not know how to teach English, especially in teaching reading comprehension. In this research, the researcher wanted to find out about the teachers’ strategies in teaching reading comprehension and the teachers’ problems in it at SMAN 2 Padang Bolak. The sources of the data for this research were English teacher, students and headmaster. As the instrument for collecting the data, the researcher used interview and observation. To analyze the data, the researcher used (1) managing, involves creating and organizing data collected during the study; (2) reading, involves reading the field notes, transcripts, memos, and observes comments to get a sense of the data; (3) classifying, is ordering field notes or transcription into categories that represent different aspect of data; (4) interpreting data by identifying and abstracting important understanding from the detail and complexity of the data. In this occasion, teachers’ strategies in teaching reading comprehension at SMA N 2 Padang Bolak were: teacher activated background knowledge of students and reading aloud together. Teachers’ problems in teaching reading comprehension at SMA N 2 Padang Bolak were: low interesting of students in studying English, making noise in the classroom, the lazy of the students, no teaching media, motivation of parents to students. Further, teachers’ strategies solved the problems were: giving motivation to students to study hard, giving advice to the students who made a noise or when they felt sleepy, moving the place of students when they made a noise and giving reward to the students who study hard and got high score in

In the above problem, this study aims to determine the description of what Islamic Religion teachers have done in increasing students 'motivation to learn Islamic Islamic education in SMP Negeri 2 Sei Kanan District, Labuhan Batu Selatan Regency, the efforts made by Islamic Religion teachers in increasing students' motivation to learn Islamic Islamic education in SMP Negeri 2 Keamatan. Sei Kanan, Labuhan Batu Selatan Regency, and the obstacles faced by Islamic Religion Teachers in increasing students' PAI Learning Motivation at SMP Negeri 2 Sei Kanan District, Labuhan Batu Selatan Regency.
In this study, a qualitative research was used using descriptive methods, namely a method that describes the symptoms found in the field. By using data collection instruments consisting of observation, interviews and documentation.
From the results of the researcher and the discussion, it was concluded that the efforts made by Islamic Religion Teachers in Increasing Student Motivation for Islamic Education in SMP Negeri 2 Sei Kanan District, Labuhan Batu Selatan Regency were giving praise, giving tests, giving numbers or assessments, knowing learning outcomes and giving punishment . Then the obstacle faced by Islamic Religious Education teachers is the lack of subject hours, but Islamic Religion teachers try to optimize that little time, namely by holding additional lessons once a week, then dealing with students who are lazy to do assignments, this is where the most difficult obstacles to face The Islamic Religion teacher, however, the Islamic Religion teacher is patient in dealing with students who do not do their job. Problem akademik yang berkembang dalam al-jarh wa at-ta’dil ditemukannya generalisir stigma negatif (al-jarh) terhadap periwayat kawasan Kufah oleh kritikus non-Kufah. Stereotype ini tentunya berdampak negatif terhadap kredibilitas mereka. Selain itu, teori ziyadah as-siqat yang muncul pada abad ke-VII secara geneologi telah ada pada abad ke-III. Berdasarkan pendekatan sosiologi ilmu pengetahuan, teori ini berimplikasi pada rekonstruksi teori maqbul, sanad ‘aliy dan nazil, serta diterimanya ia sebagai variasi sanad dan matn. Dalam aspek matn, hadis rukyatul hilal menarik dikaji dari perspektif hermeneutika George J. Gracia dengan meaning function, historical function, serta implication function. Rukyatul hilal berkembang di zaman Nabi karena ilmi astronomi belum maju. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, penggunaan hisab sangat dimungkinkan apalagi dalam konteks Indonesia yang mempunyai banyak pulau dengan iklim yang berbeda. Dalam konteks modern seperti dalam industri juga perlu adanya inovasi dalam merespons hadis Nabi Saw. seperti melalui adanya produk tertentu yang dijadikan sebagai model pembersihan badan atas jilatan anjing. Tentunya, secara teoritis perlu pengakajian hadis dengan konsep-konsep psikologi sehingga menghasilkan kajian yang menarik. Selain itu, deradikalisasi dari interpretasi hadis memerangi non muslim di Indonesia perlu dicermati secara holistic dengan pendekatan ma’ani al-hadis. this type of music is remains.This study found that nasyid music is a part of life to some communities of North
Sumatera who chose it as a form of entertainment. With recorded tapes, CD‟s and VCD‟s being the major
available means of accessing it, anissueabout nasyids is that this genre of music is hardly found either on radio
ortelevision. Not having a tape or CD/VCD player means that nasyid music, which is beneficial, can be listened
to or watched during limited times only. This scenario occurred because supports from the government and the
society in strengthening the art of nasyid music are still low
