The ethics of the teaching profession includes the ethics of the teacher towards himself, among others, being able to be responsible for his scientific insight and expertise and having to practice the knowledge he has in order to benefit himself and benefit others. Teachers' ethics towards their students, they understand the condition of their students, try to transfer knowledge to students until they understand, uphold self-esteem, integrity and never demean their dignity. Teachers' ethics towards peers include, among other things, that teachers should not make false statements regarding the qualifications and competence of peers and not cause conflicts with peers. Teacher ethics towards parents of students include teachers trying to foster effective and efficient cooperative relationships and deliberation in carrying out the educational process. Teacher professional ethics towards the community, among others, teachers must have the ability to communicate well with the community. Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi nilai- nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran tematik, nilai-nilai karakter yang dikembangkan serta mengetahui faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat implementasi nilai-nilai karakter dalam pembelajaran tematik kelas III SDIT Darul Hasan Padangsidimpuan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Subjek penelitian siswa-siswi kelas III dan wali kelas serta kepala sekolah guna mendukung data. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDIT Darul Hasan Padangsidimpuan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data analisis yang dilakukan dengan cara pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber dan teknik.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi nilai-nilai karakter meliputi perencanaan dan pelaksanaan. Dalam perencanaan pembelajaran terdiri atas silabus dari dinas/pemerintah dan RPP yang dibuat sendiri oleh guru. Sedangkan dalam pelaksanaannya, guru dalam mengimplementasikan nilai-nilai karakter melalui kegiatan pembelajaran dan metode pembelajaran, penilaian, penanaman kedisiplinan, pembiasaan dan keteladanan. Nilai-nilai karakter yang dikembangkan guru dalam pembelajaran tematik diperoleh nilai-nilai karakter yang sering muncul nilai-nilai karakter lain yang jarang muncul. Fakor pendukung dalam implementasi nilai-nilai karakter adalah sekolah melalui kegiatan dan fasilitas, guru melalui keteladanan, strategi pembelajaran, media dan sumber belajar. Kehadirannya adalah tuntutan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 Tentang Desa dan Permendes No 3 Tahun 2015 Tentang Pendampingan Desa. Empat tahun program dana desa dan pendampingan desa berjalan, namun belum banyak perubahan. Kondisi ini dipengaruhi oleh problematika yang dialami oleh pendamping desa profesional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Padangsidimpuan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif-deskriptif, ditemukan aspek utama problematika pendamping desa profesional. Pertama Aspek Kuantitas: melihat persoalan-persoalan yang muncul disebabkan oleh faktor kuantitas tenaga yang tersedia.
