students’ ability before and after the implementation of index card match strategy and to evaluate whether index card match strategy able to improve student’s ability in learning the topic Indonesian Independence Day proclamation. Action research is applied in this study. The subject was the fifth students of MIN 3 Tapanuli Selatan academic year 2017/2018. The object of the study was index card match strategy to improve student’s
ability in learning Indonesia Independence Day proclamation as social science subject. The instruments of the study were test, observation, documentation and interview. The data were analyzed by using data reduction, data display and verifying/conclusion. Before index card match strategy was implied, the result of the study was low. The percentage of minimal standard mastery was 27,27% with the average 56,06. After index card match strategy was implied, the percentage was improved. The
percentage reached 63,63% and67,12 at the end of the first cycle. Then, at the end of the second cycle, the improvement reached 90,9% and 76, 36. It can be concluded that the implementation of index card match strategy was
able to improve students’ ability for the topic Indonesia Independence day proclamation at the fifth grade students of MIN 3 Tapanuli Selatan academic year 2017/201

The contribution of redesigning curriculum and teaching skills on strengthening teachers ' character of State Islamic Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) of Padangsidimpuan City
Get PDFThe contribution of redesigning the curriculum and teaching skills is done by designing and streamlining learning process to create reinforcement of educational character. The research problem formulation is: is there any relationship between redesigning curriculum and teaching skills together with strengthening the character of teachers in the State Islamic Senior High School (MAN) of Padangsidimpuan. The research methodology was quantitative with correlational types. Stratified proportional random sampling technique was used. The research instruments were questionnaires arranged according to the Likert scale. The results showed that the contribution of redesigning curriculum to strengthening educational characters was 18.3%, the contribution of teaching skills to the strengthening of educational characters was 15%, while the contribution of the two variables was 26.8%

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh labelisasi halal terhadap keputusan pembelian produk mi instan pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Ekonomi Syariah Institut Agama Islam Negeri Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, dengan jumlah sampel 91 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, analisis regresi sederhana, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R square). Students’ mastery in identifying adverbs at grade VIII SMPN 2 Batang Toru Tapanuli Selatan
Get PDFPenelitian ini membahas tentang penguasaan siswa dalam mengidentifikasi adverb di kelas VIII SMP N 2 Batang Toru Tapanuli Selatan yaitu adverb of place, adverb of time, adverb of manner dan adverb of degree. Berdasarkan penjelasan di atas, peneliti tahu bahwa ada banyak faktor yang berkaitan dengan penguasaan siswa dalam mengidentifikasi adverb. Namun, di sini, peneliti hanya berfokus untuk mengetahui penguasaan siswa dalam mengidentifikasi adverb berdasarkan tes. Oleh karena itu, peneliti merumuskan masalah pada pertanyaan spesifik sebagai berikut: “Bagaimana penguasaan siswa dalam mengidentifikasi adverb di kelas VIII SMP N 2 Batang Toru Tapanuli Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui deskripsi penguasaan siswa dalam mengidentifikasi adverb. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes, jenis tesnya adalah tes pilihan ganda A, B, C, dan D. Siswa diperintahkan untuk memilih jawaban terbaik dari pilihan ganda. Maka sampel penelitian ini adalah 25 siswa, yaitu 4 kelas, kelas VIII-1, VIII-2, VIII-3, dan VIII-4. Untuk menganalisis data, peneliti menilai rata-rata untuk mengetahui kategori penguasaan siswa dan Z test adalah untuk menemukan pengujian hipotesis untuk mengetahui apakah hipotesis diterima atau tidak. Setelah menghitung data ditemukan bahwa penguasaan siswa dalam mengidentifikasi adverb pada siswa kelas VIII SMP N 2 Batang Toru Tapanuli Selatan adalah skor 32,98 masuk dalam kategori rendah, karena nilai skor rata-rata adalah 21% - 40%. Itu dapat dikategorikan ke dalam kategori rendah. Kemudian, hipotesis yang ditemukan adalah “penguasaan siswa dalam mengidentifikasi kata keterangan di kelas VIII SMP N 2 Batang Toru Tapanuli Selatan sampai dengan kategori rendah”. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis, peneliti menemukan bahwa hipotesis diterima. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari Zcount = -77,77 <Ztable = 0,05 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,05 atau 5%. Jadi, dari hasil di atas, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima. Oleh karena itu, penguasaan siswa dalam mengidentifikasi kata keterangan di kelas VIII SMP N 2 Batang Toru Tapanuli Selatan adalah kategori rendah

So, it is not uncommon for products received by consumers to cause material or physical losses. Compensation is a means that can be used to provide protection for consumers against defective products produced by business actors. The problem in this study is the comparison of rules in Islamic law and Law Number 8 of 1999 Article 19 concerning Consumer Protection, Equations and differences in compensation according to Islamic law and Law Number 8 of 1999 Article 19 concerning consumer protection. This study aims to determine the comparative rules in Islamic law and Law Number 8 of 1999 Article 19 concerning Consumer Protection, and to find out the similarities and differences in compensation according to Islamic law and Law Number 8 of 1999 Article 19 concerning consumer protection. The method used in this research is library research, which is a series of studies relating to library data collection methods, or research whose object of research is explored through various library information (books, insoklepedia, scientific journals, newspapers, magazines, and documents). The results of the research obtained indicate that compensation in Islam if it is related to soul or life, compensation is imposed on diyat, whereas if it relates to property, it will be subject to daman or compensation in the form of assets. While in Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, both losses involving the soul and property are all valued by assets (money). Get PDFThe problem in this research is how the practice of buying and selling goods by means of IFSAD Wek-I Subdistrict Padangsidimpuan North District, and how Fiqh Muamalah reviews about buying and selling goods by Ifsad in Wek-I Subdistrict, Padangsidimpuan Utara District. The purpose of this study was to find out the practice of buying and selling goods by means of Ifsad Wek-I Subdistrict, Padangsidimpuan North District, and to find out about Fiqh Muamalah review about the sale and purchase of goods by Ifsad in Wek-I Subdistrict, Padangsidimpuan Utara District. This type of research is qualitative research, namely the research process to produce data in the form of explanations, both written and unwritten with the people studied. The researchers examined were 16 sellers and 7 buyers. The results of this study obtained ifsad sale and purchase of goods carried out by some traders in Wek-I Sub-District, North Padangsidimpuan District, namely if the traders sell by weighing and wrapping the cooking oil and granulated sugar with each plastic-sized benchmark. Like wrapping each cooking oil in a plastic measuring ¼ kg. When the buyer comes the seller immediately gives the goods that have been wrapped in advance without any weighing in front of the buyer so as to raise doubts about the buyer. Each package is usually not in accordance with the scales, if the buyer returns to the item purchased because the scale is less, the seller does not want to give less than the purchased, because the seller says that the scales are sold accordingly, while the stall is not indicated when the buyer arrives.
