Get PDFDalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan matematika di Indonesia telah dilakukan dengan berbagai cara, antara lain melakukan revisi terhadap kurikulum, penyediaan perangkat pendukung pembelajaran, memberikan pelatihan terhadap guru-guru, dan lain-lain. Namun, upaya tersebut belum menggembirakan. Hasil studi TIMMS dan PISA menyebutkan bahwa kemampuan matematika Indonesia menghasilkan kinerja yang belum menggembirakan. Prestasi anak Indonesia pada bidang matematika masih jauh berada di bawah Negara-negara ASEAN seperti Singapura, Thailand, dan Malaysia. Dengan fenomena ini diperlukan upaya serius untuk memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran matematika di Indonesia. Salah satu upaya revitalisasi pembelajaran matematika di Indonesia adalah melalui implementasi Pendidikan Matematika Realistik (PMR).
Buku Pendidikan Matematika Realistik ini ditulis agar dapat digunakan oleh berbagai kalangan, guru, dosen, mahasiswa, peneliti, dan peminat matematika. Buku ini dimaksudkan dapat berfungsi sebagai referensi dalam melakukan berbagai aktivitas ilmiah khususnya pada bidang pendidikan matematika. Penulisan buku Pendidikan Matematika Realistik ini dengan pertimbangan karena minimnya referensi tentang buku Pendidikan Matematika Realistik di pasaran. Di samping itu juga diilhami oleh pengalaman sebagai pengampu mata kuliah Pendidikan Matematika Realistik pada program Sarjana Pendidikan Matematika dan program Sarjana Pendidikan Guru MI/SD. Manusia menurut pendekatan konseling barat memiliki potensi yangbersimaf insaniah, sedangkan konsep manusia menurut pendekatan Konseling Islam bahwa manusia memiliki potensi insaniyah dan juga potensi ilahiyah (ketuhanan).
Pendekatan konseling Psikoanalisis menyatakan bahwa tingkah laku manusia pada lima tahun pertama merupakan penentu yang sangat penting dalam perkembangan tingkah laku manusia dan dikendalikan oleh alam ketidaksadaran. Pendekatan konseling behavioristik mengungkapkan bahwa manusia adalah makhluk biologis yang terkondisi oleh lingkungan atau proses belajar yang dialaminya. Konsep manusia menurut pendekatan konseling self bahwa manusia adalah makhluk yang bersifat rasional dan sosial, serta dapat menentukan nasib mereka sendiri.
Pendekatan Konseling Islam menyatakan bahwa manusia memiliki potensi insaniyah dan potensi ilahiyah (ketuhanan) dalam dirinya. of building harmonious relationships between community groups and organizations. The
principal as the leader of the organization must be able to face the industrial revolution.
Facing the industrial revolution can be done by applying neuroscience in the practice of
leadership management education. The neuroscience application creates synergy and
engagement with high added value. This study aims to determine the principal's leadership in
facing the industrial revolution by applying neuroscience. Research method using a two-stage
approach: Qualitative and quantitative. The quantitative design uses the pre-test and post-test.
The finding research is the principal applying neuroscience before knowing the theory
showed a significant toward industrial revolution 4.0 where the experimental class t counted
15,649> from t table 2.037 in the control class pre-test and post-test that t count 5.131> from t
table 2.040. This shows that it is important to apply neuroscience in order to realize good
managerial demands according to the industrial revolution 4.0

The result of this research shows that gender (students of PGMI IAIN Padangsidimpuan) and era of industrial revolution is 4.0 in education, this department has learning system based on very good technology in supporting student’s knowledge toward current development. So far, students are demanded in conducting academic activities by using technology such as making task report, using academic system, and private online learning. However, the dean of Tarbiyah and Teacher’s Training Faculty IAIN Padangsidimpuan gives recommendation so all lecturers of PGMI department always provides teaching of subject by using technology and the learning continues. The interest is so that PGMI IAIN Padangsidimpuan becomes bridge for gender (male or female

Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to analyze the interactions and contributions between the Islamic Human Development Index (IHDI), economic growth, fiscal policy, and demographics in Indonesia's provinces. The method of analysis uses the Vector Autoregression Panel (PVAR) with a Sample of 33 Provinces in Indonesia. The findings in this study state that long-term estimates of Economic Growth have a positive and insignificant effect on IHDI in Indonesia, health and education Fiscal policies and demographics have a positive and significant effect on IHDI Provinces in Indonesia. The conclusion of this study states that IHDI is a variable that is strongly influenced by fiscal policy, demographic conditions and also policies in achieving economic growth in each province. The existence of the IHDI gap in each province shows that there is an imbalance of development and loss of moral and spiritual foundation in every development achievement

This research aims to describe students respond, stakeholders and headmaster of elementary school 200205 in Padangsidimpuan city toward teacher professionalism of Islamic education and character lesson. This is field research in qualitative descriptive where in this research, the researcher looks for and uses descriptive data such as words or utterance, opinions from research subject either orally or in writing. Data collections are conducted with interview and documentation method. Analysis technique is begun of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Data analysis is conducted while data is collected and after all data are collected or after the research is done. The result ofresearch shows that the respond of student, stakeholder and headmaster elementary school 200205 Padangsidimpuan city is good in aspect of subject mastery, learning media use, and learning strategies application. However, preparation of learning device before beginning the study need to be improved such as making annual programs, semester programs, syllabus, lesson plans, and assessmentas that stiil out of expectatios. Society 5.0. Advanced digital technology becomes essential in creating an imaginative, innovative, productive
and creative society. This condition will have implications such as the role of educators which shifts to become
facilitators, students as active learners, more intensive interaction between educators and students, and
increasingly diverse and easily accessible learning resources. Society era needs no feared; instead, it can be
utilized as the opportunity for the education advancement in Indonesia. This study emphasized on the students’
perception toward the use of digital in the learning process in the era of Society 5.0. This research applied
qualitative methods. The results revealed that students presented adequately good perceptions towards the use of
digital in the learning process (digital based learning). This study also obtained the aspirations and expectations
from students concerning the needs for trainings or special guidance outside learning process (excluding SKS),
such as workshops. Therefore, the reinforcement and supports from the LPTK is necessary to prepare the
students to welcome the era of Society 5.0
