Get PDFThis research is a literature study that discusses the problems of product development and standards product for Islamic financial and banking institutions. The purpose of this research is to look at the problems faced by financial practitioners and all elements of Islamic banking in order to increase the market share of Islamic banking which tends to be stagnant, where as of October 2019 it only unmoved at 6.01 percent. This study uses literacy methods from various reliable sources, such as research journals, books and so on. The results of the study showed the various problems and challenges faced by Islamic banking in creating product development according to customer interests and satisfaction, both Muslims and non-Muslims and other challenges such as: unsufficient capital, limited human resources who understand Islamic banking, development. products that are in accordance with current technology but still based on Islamic principles and parameters of the maqasid sharia approach, insufficient support from stakeholders related to regulations, socialization of Islamic banking products by academics
Analysis of public interest in banking products
Get PDFThis research is based on the fact that there are still many people in Environment I Of Muara Manompas Village, Muara Batang Toru District, not yet familiar with Islamic bank products. The rapid development of Islamic banks has not been able to affect the public interest in products offered by Islamic banks. The entire community of Environment I Muara Manompas Village is Muslim, but public interest in Islamic bank products is still low. This is evidenced by the number of people who prefer products offered by conventional banks rather than Islamic banks. Andri Wicaksono's theory of expressing interest is a tendency that still pays attention to some activities. According to Yudrik Jahja in his book, Educational Psychology interest is an impulse that causes the bonding of individual attention to certain objects such as work, lessons, objects, and people. The sampling technique used is random sampling. Data processing uses SPSS application version 23. Data analysis uses instrument validity and reliability tests, descriptive statistical analysis tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests consisting of multicollinearity tests and heteroskedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of this study showed partially the variable of knowledge has an influence on public interest with a value of thitung = 1.841, so thitung > ttabel, (1,841 > 1.66792). Location variables have an influence on people's interests with thitung value = 1.917 so that thitung > ttabel (1.917 > 1.66792) and service quality variables have no effect on public interest with thitung value = 1.172 so thitung < ttabel (1,172 < 1.66792). The results of simultaneous research show that the variables of knowledge, location, and quality of service have an influence on people's interests

The study uses secondary data, namely the financial statements of Islamic Commercial Banks consistently published in the research period, namely 8 Islamic Commercial Banks. Based on the results of data analysis with the help of the eviews application, the results show that the implementation of good corporate governance has no effect on financial performance at Islamic Commercial Banks for the 2012-2018 period

karena masih kurangnya integrasi materi dalam kehidupan nyata. Salah satu dalam mengatasi kesulita
tersebut dengan melakukan pendekatan SETS (Science, environmental, technology and society).
Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan subjek penelitian mahasiswa PGMI
2 sebanyak 38 orang, instrument penelitian dengan tes kemampuan berfikir kritis. Hasil yang diperoleh
dalam pelaksanaan PTK dengan rata-rata pada siklus 1 (66.07), siklus 2 (71.35) dan siklus 3 (79.91),
sedangkan ketuntasan klasikal diperoleh hasil pada siklus 1 (44.74), siklus 2 (63.16) dan siklus 3 (76.32).

Saat sebelum pandemi pembelajaran dilakukan secara tatap muka, akan tetapi berbeda pada saat pandemi yaitu dengan pembelajaran tatap maya (daring). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat berbagai perspektif pembelajaran daring dari sisi guru, siswa, dan orangtua. Penelitian ini menggunakan model kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Jumlah responden (guru, siswa, dan orang tua) berjumlah kurang dari 100 orang, maka sampel diambil semua sehingga penelitiannya merupakan penelitian populasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran dilakukan secara luring (luar jaringan), adanya kerjasama orangtua dan guru dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media online (grup whats app), siswa belajar dirumah dengan orangtua dan ke sekolah hanya mengantar dan menjemput tugas.Baik guru, orang tua dan siswa menginginkan pembelajaran secara tatap muka di sekolah

Get PDFThe first education that every child gets is family education. Mother is the figure in the family who has the most role in providing education. Islamic values must begin to be embedded in a person since he was a child, especially for those who live in Muslim minority areas. This is because these Islamic values can be eroded by environmental influences. This study aims to analyze the role of women in maintaining the Islamic values of children in the Muslim minority area of Labuan Rasoki. This topic is important because women play a big role in maintaining the Islamic values of children in the non-Muslim majority community. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Data collection techniques are interviews and observations. The data obtained were analyzed by triangulation technique. The results showed that there were 3 roles that a mother takes in maintaining the Islamic values of their children, namely through non-formal education at Madrasah Diniyah Awaliyah (MDA), informal education in the family environment; and formal education in public and private schools. Housewives are among the women who continue to fortify their children's Islamic values through educational assistance, so that Islamic values persist in their children even though they live in Muslim minority areas
The Influence of teacher communication ability on the students’ character

In learning communication, face-to-face of a teacher has an important role in the class, namely the role in maximizing learning. The purpose of this research to know the influence of teacher communication ability on students’ character at the Private MTs Bahriyatul Ulum Pandan. The kind of this research was correlational research that used ex post facto design. The population of this research was all of the students at the Private MTs BahriyatulUlumPandanconsisted of 324 students. The Data was collected by using a questionnaire that consisted of 30 items of each variable. Before using the instrument, the researcher tested the validity and reliability of firstly. Data collected was analyzed by using product moment correlation followed by simple linear regression and t test.Based on the calculation results of product moment correlation obtainedrhit= 0,29 >rtab = 0,14 which meant low correlation.To see the significance of the correlation used t test with tcount= 4,07 >ttable = 1,97. To see the effect of X variable on Y variable was tested by using simple linear regression with . Thus, there was significant influence between teacher communication ability on students’ character at the Private MTs BahriyatulUlumPandan the Regency of Central Tapanuli
