Analysis relationship of economic growth, fiscal policies and demographic to Islamic human development index in Indonesia: granger causality approach
Tujuan dari peneltian ini untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pertumbuhan ekonomi, kebijakan fiskal, dan demografi terhadap Islamic Human Development Index di Indonesia , metode analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan memakai analissi granger causality test pada 33 provinsi yang mewakili, dengan memakai penarikan sample metode criteria purporsive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ada hubungan pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap Demografi dan IHDI. Ada hubungan Demografi terhadap IHDI, kebijakan fiskal pendidikan dan fiskal kesehatan, Ada hubungan kebijakan fiskal kesehatan terhadap kebijakan fiskal pendidikan. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah, peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan pemerataan di setiap daerah guna menunjang peningkatan IHDI, dan secara demografi , tercapainya pemerataan penyebaran jumlah penduduk productife. kebijakan fiskal yang mengarah pada optimalisasi peningkatan kinerja penggunaan anggaran agar tujuan peningkatan layanan pendidikan dan kesehatan masyarakat dapat tercapai dan berimbas pada tinggi dan meratanya IHDI di Indonesia

Education is the most important part in human life who has morals and progress. Education can be carried out by everyone in an educational institution, but the primary education should be implemented through family education which is instilled by parents towards their family members from an early age. For this paper, the author will describe the nature and understanding of education in the family; What are the hadiths about education in the family; how the methods and aspects of family education based on the hadiths. The author uses the literature review (library research), with the primary data sources from the hadiths relating to children's education in the family. Study in this paper, Islamic education requires a simultaneous process and sustainable which involves aspects of disciplinary learning and compliance to implement Islamic education towards students. Education in the family, can be found patterns that must be implemented in the family environment, for the formation of a happy family according to what was taught by the prophet Muhammad SAW, and according to the word of Allah SWT in Q.S. Measuring and indicators of multiculturalism practices and perceptions of students in the islamic religious higher education institutions
This study aimed at measuring and getting put forward the survey indicators of the multiculturalism practice. It measured the students’ perceptions of the State Higher Education for Islamic Studies towards multiculturalism, which includes some indicators; attitudes and interests in multicultural insights, ethnic diversity, culture, language, and religion. A quantitative approach was applied to survey and measure the students’ perceptions of multiculturalism. It involved 25,897 populations in North Sumatra from 3 campuses; the North Sumatra State University for Islamic Studies, Padangsidimpuan State Institute for Islamic Studies, and Madina State College for Islamic Studies. The size of samples is 1,289 students (5% of the population). After survey conducted the data obtained showed that the students of the State Higher Education for Islamic Studies in North Sumatra had a positive perception of multiculturalism, with the average score was 78.32. The average values of attitudes and interests in multiculturalism was 76.23, the perceptions of ethnic diversity was 75.69, the perceptions of cultural diversity was 81.56, the perceptions of language diversity was 81.34, and then the perceptions of religious diversity was 76.77. It concludes that the students' perceptions of culture and language turned into higher average than perceptions of ethnicity and religion. The result of analysis indicates the issue of ethnicity and religion has greater potential to bring about conflict and disintegration of the nation, and then there were 24.31% negative perceptions of ethnic issue and 23.23% negative perceptions of religious issue
Digitalization of mustahiq economic empowerment model based on productive zakah fund
Poverty is a social problem that requires effective and sustainable management. Many parties have made various efforts to overcome poverty. However, the poverty reduction model that was built tended to only use a charitable approach. So that’s only creates a sense of dependence on aid. Poverty reduction requires the involvement of all elements of society, which in a systematic, sustainable, holistic and integrated manner. In line with that, the Islamic economic system offers an alternative in overcoming various socio-economic problems in society, through the instrument of zakah. Although many studies have found that the potential for zakah is very large, the collection and distribution of zakah funds has not been carried out optimally, so that it has not had a significant impact on poverty. Therefore, facing the current development, it is necessary to digitize the proper mustahiq economic empowerment model. The research type used is in the form of field research with a qualitative methods by conducting a deep review of various literatures. The research concludes that the proper digitalization of the mustahiq economic empowerment model can be carried out in a creative productive manner, by distributing a zakah that cannot directly used or spent by the mustahiq. So that the utilization of zakah itself, will have an economic impact on the mustahiq. In order to make this creative productive distribution model runs successfully, it requires coaching and mentoring activities. Coaching and assistance carried out for mustahiq must be adjusted with the era development, through the use of digital technology

This study is to determine the state of professionalism of teachers at Syahbuddin Mustafa Nauli Private MTs, to determine the state of teacher performance in Syahbuddin Mustafa Nauli Private MTs, upstream sihapas sub-district and to determine the relationship of professionalism with teacher performance in the implementation of learning in the private MTs class Syahbuddin Mustafa Nauli upstream kecamatan, anyway. Professionalism begins with a teacher, starting from knowledge about learning to implementing learning in accordance with the process of learning activities which are supported by activeness in various educational activities. Teacher performance can be implemented through lesson planning. This type of research is a quantitative study using correlational with a sample of 28 teachers. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using statistics and hypothesis testing using product moment analysis. The results of the study obtained that r count (0.800) was greater than r table (0.373) at the 0.05 significance level. Based on the hypothesis which states that there is a positive relationship between professionalism and teacher performance in the implementation of learning in the private MTs class Syahbuddin Mustafa Nauli, Hulu Sihapas sub-district, it can be proven or acceptable

History of Maktab al-Islamiyah Tapanuli is an academic heritage left behind by ‘alim-historian of Medan, Syeikh Abubakar Ya‘qub (d. 1982), hereby posthumously published so that it can be used to enhance our understanding of the history of Islamic education in North Sumatra. Although the work itself is short but it is very important, since it contains first-hand information put together by a man who took part in the history he recorded. As the first formal institution of Islamic education in Medan, Maktab al-Islamiyah Tapanuli appears to have not been studied exhaustively. This work provides primary data and notes that should be of most importance for researchers
Authentic assessment implementation in Islamic Education Subject of Curriculum 2013 on SMA 1 Hutabargot Mandailing Natal
Implementation of authentic assessment is motivated by the emergence of a curriculum change from KTSP curriculum into the curriculum 2013. Curriculum 2013 seeks to enhance authentic assessment standards that emphasize on learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the implementation of authentic assessment on the Curriculum 2013 in state senior high school / SMA Negeri 1 Hutabargot, Mandailing Natal district. The research applies a descriptive qualitative method. The research subject is a teacher of Islamic education in state senior high school / SMA Negeri 1 Hutabargot, Mandailing Natal district who is known as a State Civil Apparatus. Data are collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results reveal that the implementation of authentic assessment on the Curriculum 2013 is appropriate to its techniques, instruments, and processes. Attitude assessment is obtained from observation using a checklist, while knowledge assessment is obtained from verbal and written tests, and skills assessment is obtained from a test, a scale list
