Budaya Kewirausahaan: Perspektif Nasional dan Organisasi dalam Ekonomi Global
This study conducts a systematic literature review (SLR) to explore the concept of entrepreneurial culture within the context of a rapidly evolving global economy. The focus is to examine how cultural factors influence entrepreneurship at individual, organizational, and national levels, while discussing the significant role of cultural values and social norms in shaping entrepreneurial attitudes. Two interconnected concepts are identified: National Entrepreneurial Culture (NEC) and Organizational Entrepreneurial Culture (OEC), both critical in fostering environments that support innovation and business development. Methodologically, this research employs the PRISMA framework and bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer, facilitating the mapping and identification of research trends in this field. The findings indicate a significant increase in publications since 2014, although the topic remains relatively underexplored, particularly in developing countries. The study suggests further attention to be given to developing countries, especially in Asia, to fill existing research gaps and better understand the impact of local cultures on entrepreneurship. These findings offer practical implications for policymakers and educational institutions in designing policies and entrepreneurial curricula aligned with local cultural values, fostering inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems globally. This study conducts a systematic literature review (SLR) to explore the concept of entrepreneurial culture in the context of a rapidly evolving global economy. The primary focus of the research is to analyze the cultural factors that influence entrepreneurship at the individual, organizational, and national levels. This paper also discusses the significant role of cultural values and social norms in shaping entrepreneurial attitudes, as well as how individual motivations and intentions impact entrepreneurial success. The review identifies two interconnected concepts: National Entrepreneurial Culture (NEC) and Organizational Entrepreneurial Culture (OEC), both of which play crucial roles in creating environments that foster innovation and business development. The methodology employed in this research includes the PRISMA framework and bibliometric analysis using VOSviewer, which facilitates the mapping and identification of research trends in this field. The findings from the SLR indicate that while there has been an increase in publications on entrepreneurial culture since 2014, the topic remains relatively limited and is dominated by studies from developed countries in Europe and America. This study suggests that more attention should be given to developing countries, particularly in Asia, to fill the gaps in existing research and understand the impact of local cultures on entrepreneurship. These findings have practical implications for policymakers and educational institutions in designing policies and entrepreneurial curricula that are aligned with local cultural values and support more inclusive and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystems

The results show that the Knowledge variable has a significant positive effect on Attitude (T-statistic = 11.333 > 1.960; path coefficient = 0.570). Furthermore, Attitude significantly influences Farming Sustainability (T-statistic = 4.669 > 1.960; path coefficient = 0.270)
Pemberdayaan Ibu-Ibu PKK Melalui Pelatihan Pembuatan Sirup Buah Bogem (Sonneratia alba) Sebagai Produk Unggulan Lokal Kecamatan Bunguran Timur Laut, Kabupaten Natuna
Natuna Regency holds significant potential in biological resources, including the presence of endemic mangrove species such as Sonneratia sp. (bogem), which are abundant along its coastal areas. However, the utilization of bogem fruit remains limited, particularly as an economically valuable processed product. This community service activity aims to empower members of the Family Welfare Movement (PKK) in Bunguran Timur Laut District through training in the production of bogem fruit syrup. The methods employed include Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) and Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), using educational, participatory, and sustainable approaches. The training results showed increased knowledge and skills among participants in processing bogem fruit into hygienic and marketable syrup. The resulting syrup product contains high levels of vitamin C and has a distinct sweet-sour taste, making it a promising functional beverage and a potential regional souvenir from Natuna. This activity not only supports local food preservation and sustainable use of natural resources but also creates opportunities for household-based creative economic development. Consequently, bogem syrup has the potential to become a flagship local product that strengthens regional identity and promotes economic independence in border communities
THE INFLUENCE OF VARIOUS PLANTING MEDIA COMPOSITIONS AND CONCENTRATIONS OF GROWTH REGULATORY SUBSTANCES ON THE YIELD OF GREAT RED CHILLI
Large red chilies (Capsicum annuum L.) have high economic value in the Indonesian market. The large market demand for horticultural products provides high opportunities for farmers to increase their production, including red chilies. Efforts to get high red chili yields by using good planting media and the application of organic ZPT. This research aims to examine the composition of growing media and PGR on the generative phase of red chilies. This research was carried out from 15 May 2023 to 21 August 2023. The design used in the research was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) which consisted of 2 treatment factors which were repeated 3 times and then 12 treatment combinations were obtained. The first factor is the composition of the growing media (M), which consists of 3 levels, namely; composition 1 : 1 : 1 (M1), composition 2 : 1 : 2 (M2), and composition 1 : 2 : 1 (M3). The second factor is the concentration of organic PGR (Z), which consists of 4 levels, namely; concentration of 0 ml/l (M0), concentration of 5 ml/l (M1), concentration of 10 ml/l (M2), and concentration of 20 ml/l (M3). The parameters observed were the appearance of the first flower, number of fruit, fruit length, fruit diameter, and fruit weight on large red chilies. Analysis of variance was carried out to analyze the data and then subjected to the Least Significant Difference (LSD) test with a level of 5%. The research results showed that the two treatment factors had no influence or were not significantly different on all observed parameters. There was no interaction between the composition of the growth media and the concentration of organic PGRs for all observation parameters

Contributing Factors to Quail Farming Failures in Brebes and Potential Mitigation Strategies
This study aims to identify the determinant factors leading to failure and to explore potential solutions for small-scale quail farmers in Brebes Regency. The research employs a quantitative approach, distributing questionnaires directly to 59 quail farmers in the Brebes region, including both active and inactive participants in quail farming. The questionnaire instrument is designed comprehensively to identify various factors contributing to failure in quail farming enterprises.
