    Transformasi Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Era Industri 5.0: Tantangan dan Peluang Pengembangan Karyawan

    The transformation of human resources (HR) is a crucial aspect in facing the Industry 5.0 era which emphasizes collaboration between humans and smart technology. This research aims to identify the main challenges, analyze opportunities, and evaluate HR development strategies in the context of human-centered innovation. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with HR managers and employees of companies that are undergoing or have undergone digital transformation, as well as documentation studies of HR policies and roadmaps. The slot deposit 5000 results of the study revealed five main challenges: digital competency gap, resistance to change, limitations of technology infrastructure, lack of managerial support, and high workload during the transformation process. On the other hand, more adaptive human resource development strategies have emerged, such as technology-based training, strengthening digital organizational culture, and implementing hybrid work systems. This study concludes that the success of HR transformation is highly dependent on the synergy between technology, organizational readiness, and inclusive leadership. These findings are expected to make a theoretical contribution to the development of human resource studies as well as practical recommendations for organizations in designing sustainable transformation

    The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of price and the use of QRIS transactions on consumer purchase intention at coffee shops (case study on Digital Business students) in 2024 and 2025 at the Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The population in this study consists of all Digital Business students from the 2023 and 2024 classes at the Universitas slot thailand Pendidikan Indonesia. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling, specifically Stratified Random Sampling based on class year. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The data obtained were then processed using analysis with SPSS.     Media Literacy in Virtual Communication: A Case Study on the YouTube Channel @gurugembul

    This study was motivated by the challenges society faced in filtering valid information in the digital era, especially among young people. The YouTube channel @gurugembul played an important role in improving media literacy through the delivery of interactive educational content. The purpose of this study was to analyze how the @gurugembul YouTube channel delivered educational information using an interactive virtual communication approach. The method used was a qualitative approach with a case study design, which involved interviews with content creators and document analysis of the videos produced. The findings showed that the @gurugembul YouTube channel successfully selected relevant topics and presented them in a relaxed and easily understandable communication style, which encouraged active audience participation. The study concluded that interactive and educational communication approaches enhanced the audience's understanding of important social issues. This research contributed to the field of education by providing insights into the use of digital platforms in the learning process and effective communication strategies to improve media literacy among young people. Recommendations for further research were also made, focusing on the long-term impact of audience interaction with educational content

    Improving student discipline is one of the main challenges in the education system. This study explores the application of persuasive communication patterns in improving the discipline of high school students in West Bandung with the SPEAKING approach from Dell Hymes. This approach identifies relevant communication components, including settings, participants, goals, and norms, to produce more effective interactions between teachers and students. This study uses qualitative methods with in-depth interviews and participant observations to analyze the application of persuasive communication strategies in the school environment. The results of the study indicate that the Persuasive communication pattern is able to build more harmonious relationships, foster intrinsic motivation, and increase student compliance with school regulations

    Education in Indonesia, especially at the elementary school level, plays a very important role in forming the foundation of knowledge and skills that students will use throughout their lives. Therefore, it is important to develop innovative learning methods to improve student understanding. This study aims to examine the effect of using the PhET application on improving the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students of SDN 14 Banda Aceh in science learning. The method used in this study was an experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. The results showed that the PhET application can significantly improve student learning outcomes. The experimental group showed a greater increase than the control group. The average posttest score of students in the experimental group increased significantly, this shows that the PhET application in science learning in elementary schools can help students understand difficult science concepts so that it can improve student learning outcomes. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that through the PhET application, student learning outcomes can be improved by 92% in science learning for fourth-grade students of SDN 14 Banda Aceh. The use of technology in science learning can have a positive impact on increasing student involvement and student understanding of the material being taughtPendidikan di Indonesia khususnya pada jenjang sekolah dasar memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam membentuk landasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang akan digunakan siswa sepanjang hayatnya. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengembangkan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif guna meningkatkan pemahaman siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh penggunaan aplikasi PhET terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 14 Banda Aceh pada pembelajaran IPA. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan rancangan pretest-posttest control group design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi PhET dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan. Kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan peningkatan yang lebih besar dibandingkan kelompok kontrol. Rata-rata nilai posttest siswa pada kelompok eksperimen mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi PhET dalam pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar dapat membantu siswa memahami konsep IPA yang sulit sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui aplikasi PhET hasil belajar siswa dapat ditingkatkan sebesar 92% pada pembelajaran IPA siswa kelas IV SDN 14 Banda Aceh. Penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran sains dapat berdampak positif pada peningkatan keterlibatan siswa dan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi yang diajarkan

    The implementation of ecoliteracy in elementary schools is an important strategy in shaping students' green behavior from an early age as part of character education and ecological awareness. This study aims to describe the application of ecoliteracy in improving students' green behavior at SD Negeri Gumpang 01, a school that has won the Adiwiyata School award at the Central Java Province level. The method used was descriptive qualitative research with a naturalistic approach, involving the principal, teachers, and students as research subjects. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, with interactive analysis techniques and triangulation of sources and methods to ensure data validity. The results showed that the implementation of ecoliteracy was carried out through integration in the local wisdom-based curriculum, project-based learning, extracurricular activities, collaboration with parents and communities, and utilization of media and technology. This strategy clearly encourages increased student self-awareness, changes in attitudes and habits, and a growing sense of social responsibility for the environment. The implementation of ecoliteracy not only increases students' understanding of the importance of protecting the ecosystem, but also internalizes ecological values into daily life. Thus, learning integrated with environmental values can form a sustainable school culture. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan ecoliteracy dalam meningkatkan perilaku ramah lingkungan siswa di SD Negeri Gumpang 01, sebuah sekolah yang telah meraih penghargaan Sekolah Adiwiyata tingkat Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan naturalistik, melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa sebagai subjek penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, dengan teknik analisis interaktif dan triangulasi sumber serta metode untuk memastikan keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan ecoliteracy dilakukan melalui integrasi dalam kurikulum berbasis kearifan lokal, pembelajaran berbasis proyek, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, kolaborasi dengan orang tua dan komunitas, serta pemanfaatan media dan teknologi. Strategi ini secara nyata mendorong peningkatan kesadaran diri siswa, perubahan sikap dan kebiasaan, serta tumbuhnya rasa tanggung jawab sosial terhadap lingkungan. Penerapan ecoliteracy tidak hanya meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang pentingnya menjaga ekosistem, tetapi juga menginternalisasi nilai-nilai ekologis ke dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan demikian, pembelajaran yang terintegrasi dengan nilai lingkungan dapat membentuk budaya sekolah yang berkelanjutan dan memperkuat karakter peduli lingkungan pada siswa sekolah dasar. &nbsp

    Mathematics learning in elementary schools often faces challenges in improving students' conceptual understanding, especially in fractions. A fifth-grade teacher at Sd Negeri 61 Banda Aceh City, Mrs. N, said in an interview session that during the teaching and learning process in the classroom, teachers still tend to use lecture methods as is generally used so that the teaching and learning process in the classroom is conventional and lacks creativity during learning, students are unable to implement it into real life. The Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach provides a solution by connecting mathematical concepts with real-life contexts, making it easier for students to understand and apply fraction concepts more meaningfully. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the RME model in fraction learning and its effect on elementary school students' conceptual understanding. The research method used is a quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research subjects consisted of fifth-grade elementary school students who were divided into an experimental group (with RME) and a control group (with conventional methods). The research instruments included conceptual understanding tests, observations, and interviews to obtain quantitative and qualitative data. The results showed that students who learned with the RME approach experienced a more significant increase in conceptual understanding compared to students who learned using conventional methods. RME-based learning can help students construct fraction concepts through exploration of contextual situations, group discussions, and reflection on problem-solving strategies. Therefore, using this approach can be an effective strategy in improving the quality of fraction learning in elementary schools.Pembelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar sering kali menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konseptual peserta didik, khususnya pada materi pecahan. Guru kelas V Sd Negeri 61 Kota Banda Aceh yaitu Ibu N pada sesi wawancara mengatakan bahwasanya pada saat proses belajar mengajar di dalam kelas, guru masih cenderung menggunakan pembelajaran dengan metode ceramah seperti yang digunakanan pada umumnya sehingga proses belajar mengajar didalam kelas terjadi konvensional dan kurangnya kreaftif selama pembelajaran, peserta didik tidak mampu untuk mengimplementasikan kedalam kehidupan nyata. Pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) memberikan solusi dengan cara menghubungkan konsep matematika dengan konteks kehidupan nyata, sehingga mempermudah peserta didik dalam memahami dan menerapkan konsep pecahan secara lebih bermakna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi model RME dalam pembelajaran pecahan serta pengaruhnya terhadap pemahaman konseptual peserta didik sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen kuasi dengan desain pretest-posttest control group. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari peserta didik kelas V sekolah dasar yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen (dengan RME) dan kelompok kontrol (dengan metode konvensional). Instrumen penelitian mencakup tes pemahaman konseptual, observasi, dan wawancara untuk memperoleh data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik yang belajar dengan pendekatan RME mengalami peningkatan pemahaman konseptual yang lebih signifikan dibandingkan dengan peserta didik yang belajar menggunakan metode konvensional. Pembelajaran berbasis RME dapat membantu peserta didik dalam mengonstruksi konsep pecahan melalui eksplorasi situasi kontekstual, diskusi kelompok, dan refleksi terhadap strategi penyelesaian masalah.     THE EFFECT OF THE INQUIRY LEARNING MODEL ON SOCIAL SCIENCE LEARNING OUTCOME AND SAINS LITERACY IN GRADE IV STUDENTS OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL CLUSTER IV AT BEBANDEM DISTRICT

    The focus of this study is to discover how the inquiry learning approach affects science literacy and learning outcomes. The sample consisted of 55 persons chosen by random sampling techniques, while the research population included of 246 people. This study uses a posttest control group design and is quasi-experimental. An essay-style questionnaire measuring learning, motivation, data, and scientific critical thinking abilities was used to gather the study's data. The MANOVA statistical test was used to assess the data. With a F value of 39.457 and a significance level below 0.05, the results of this study show that: 1) the inquiry learning approach has an impact on the scientific learning outcomes of grade IV students at Elementary School Cluster IV, Bebandem District. 2) With a F value of 31.107 and a significance level below 0.05, the inquiry learning model has an impact on the science literacy of grade IV students at Elementary School Cluster IV, Bebandem District. 3) There is an influence of the inquiry learning model on the science learning outcomes and science literacy of grade IV students of Elementary School Cluster IV, Bebandem District. These results are evidenced by the F value of 32.903 with a significance of less than 0.05. This study provides empirical evidence regarding the effectiveness of the inquiry learning model on science learning outcomes and science literacy at the elementary school level

    The Relationship Between Literacy Sklls and Scientific Explanation on Students Scientific Reasoning Throught Reading Concept Map-Numbered Head Together Learning Model

    Literacy skills play an important  role in helping students clarify basic concepts, build relationships between concepts, reason and test each detail of each interrelated information and are able to derive each concept, thus students are accustomed to understanding each scientific process and activity carried out in Biology learning. The relationship between these two skills trains students to actively carry out in-depth scientific investigations.The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between scientific literacy skills and scientific explanation skills in empowering scientific reasoning skills through the application of the Remap-NHT (Reading Concept Map-Numbered Head Together) learning model. This study included a quasi-experiment using a non-equivalent pretest-post-test control group design with a total sample of 85 eleventh grade students in the Natural Sciences department at SMAN 4 Malang in the 2023/2024 academic year. The population was distributed into 3 groups. Scientific literacy skills and scientific reasoning skills were assessed using an essay test, while scientific explanation skills were assessed using an assessment rubric. Data analysis was tested using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that (1) there was a significant relationship between scientific literacy skills and scientific reasoning skills; (2) there is a significant relationship between scientific explanation skills and scientific reasoning skills; and (3) there is a significant relationship between scientific literacy skills and scientific explanation skills that have an integral effect on scientific reasoning skills. The interrelationship between scientific literacy skills, scientific explanation skills and scientific reasoning skills can be observed in the regression equation Y = 0.317 * X1 + 0.995 * X2 + 30.113. Based on the findings, it is concluded that Remap-NHT is able to improve students' scientific literacy skills, scientific explanation skills, and scientific reasoning skills, the interrelationships of which influence each other

    Javanese script is a cultural heritage of the Indonesian nation that has high historical, philosophical, and aesthetic value. However, in the context of education, student interest in learning Javanese script is still relatively low. Low student interest results in low Javanese script writing skills in students. Lack of Javanese script writing skills results in low student learning outcomes. This occurs because students have difficulty distinguishing the form of Javanese script that is almost similar, the lack of reading sources containing Javanese script, the lack of use of Javanese script in everyday life and the lack of learning media that is adaptive to the development of digital technology. These conditions require a solution, so in this study Rajagita Media becomes a solution to the problem of students' lack of skills in writing Javanese script and the low learning outcomes of writing Javanese script students of SMP Negeri 7 Madiun. This study aims to determine the process of implementing Rajagita media in learning to write Javanese script for grade IX students of SMP Negeri 7 Madiun which influences students' writing skills. This study used a quantitative approach with an experimental method, namely a Quasi-Experimental Design, applying a "post-test only control group design." The results of the study show that the process of implementing or using Rajagita media in the experimental class with the following steps: 1. Providing trigger questions in apperception, pre-test, introduction of Rajagita media and procedures for use, as well as group discussions and practice of writing Javanese script on various platforms independently by students, and discussions of various obstacles and challenges can have a significant impact on students' writing skills. These writing skills include neatness of writing, correct use of pairs and sandhangan, using scripts in words and sentences correctly. Students' writing skills have an impact on improving student learning outcomes. The increase in student learning outcomes is proven by the p-value = 0.000 <0.05, meaning the p-value is smaller than the significance level, so Ha is accepted, so the study shows that the use of Rajagita media has a positive effect on improving students' Javanese script writing skills. This is evidenced by the difference in the average post-test score in the experimental class using Rajagita media with a pre-test score of 68 and a post-test score of 68. 87, an increase of 19 points. The control class, which did not receive any treatment, had a pretest score of 67, increasing to 69, a 2-point increase. This difference in scores indicates that Rajagita media is effective as a learning medium in improving students' Javanese script writing skills. The conclusion of this study confirms that the process of using Rajagita media in learning has proven effective in developing students' Javanese script writing skills. The application of technology in education not only enriches learning methods but also contributes to the preservation of Javanese script and strengthening cultural literacy in the context of modern education.Aksara Jawa merupakan warisan budaya bangsa Indonesia yang memiliki nilai histori, filosofis, dan estetis tinggi. Minat siswa terhadap pembelajaran aksara Jawa  cenderung rendah karena media pembelajaran  dinilai kurang adaptif terhadap  perkembangan teknologi digital. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah penggunaan media aksara Jawa digital dalam proses pembelajaran. Fokus penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan penggunaan media aksara Jawa digital.  Penelitian ini bertujuan mendiskripsikan penggunaan media aksara Jawa digital dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode  kajian Pustaka (literatur review), bersumber dari jurnal ilmiah, buku, laporan penelitian dan artikel konferensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aksara Jawa digital pada android, laptop, platform, Canva, e-learning berbasis web secara signivikan dapat menumbuhkan minat, motivasi dan ketertarikan siswa terhadap aksara Jawa.
