ANALYSIS OF JERNANG FARMING BUSINESS (Daemonorops draco) IN PAYA KOLAK VILLAGE, CELALA DISTRICT, CENTRAL ACEH REGENCY: ANALISIS USAHA TANI JERNANG (Daemonorops draco) DI DESA PAYA KOLAK KECAMATAN CELALA KABUPATEN ACEH TENGAH
This study aims to determine the benefits and feasibility of Mr Sabri's Jernang (Daemonorops draco) farming business. This research was conducted in Paya Kolak Village, Celala District, Central Aceh Regency, which was carried out in November 2024. The data analysis method in this study uses a quantitative method using the formula for analyzing total costs, revenues, profits, Break Even Point (BEP) analysis, Revenue Cost Ratio (R / C), Benefit Cost Ratio (B / C), NVP (Net Present Value) and IRR (Internal Rate Of Return). Based on the results of the research and analysis that have been carried out, with a total profit of Rp. 4,277,248.1, -, while the total cost is Rp. 1,977,248.1 / month, consisting of fixed depreciation costs of Rp. 122,048.1, - / month and variable costs of Rp. 1,855,200 per month. From the BEP calculation, the BEP production value is 39.54/kg, and the BEP price is Rp. 19,722,481/kg, the R/C ratio is 1.11, the B/C ratio value is 2.11, and the NPV amount is Rp. 18,196,364, - and the percentage obtained in finding the IRR is 85%, so it can be concluded that the jenang farming business in Paya Kolak Village, Celala District, Central Aceh Regency is profitable and feasible to develop
CHARACTERISTICS OF SLIP POWER, ANTIOXIDANT POTENTIAL, AND ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES OF PINEAPPLE JAM WITH THE ADDITION OF PECTIN AND AGAR-AGAR THICKENERS
Pineapple jam is a processed fruit product that is popular among various groups of people because of its distinctive sweet and sour taste and chewy texture. The process of making pineapple jam involves several important stages, starting from selecting and preparing the raw materials, namely ripe pineapples. After that, the pineapple is grated or crushed, then cooked with sugar and other additional ingredients such as pectin, citric acid and preservatives. The cooking process is carried out by heating gradually to evaporate some of the water and thicken the jam. This process also aims to activate pectin which functions as a natural thickening agent. After reaching the desired consistency, the pineapple jam is cooled, then packaged in sterile containers to maintain the quality and durability of the product. Important parameters in the process of making pineapple jam include water content, sugar content and pH, which affect the quality and shelf life of the product. The final results of this research show that the correct use of pectin and citric acid can produce pineapple jam with optimal texture and delicious taste, and has a long shelf life if stored properly.

THE RELATIONSHIP OF RAINFALL TO FOOD PRODUCTIVITY ON THE ISLAND OF JAVA
The high productivity of food crops that occurs in Java Island certainly cannot be separated from the existing rainfall. The availability of water that meets the needs of rice and corn plants will certainly allow plants to grow and develop optimally. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between rainfall and food crop productivity in Java Island. This study is a descriptive analytical study using secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency from 2015-2014. The selection of the Java Island research location is because this region contributes more than 50% of the national rice and corn production supply. The data analysis method used is the Pearson correlation. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the highest average rice productivity is owned by West Java Province with a rice productivity achievement of 58.64 quintals per hectare, while the highest corn productivity achievement occurred in the same location with an average of 76.58 quintals per hectare. Based on the results of the study, it was also found that there is a relationship between rainfall and rice and corn productivity in Java Island. This is indicated by the significance value of both being less than the alpha value of 5%. In addition, the relationship between rainfall and rice productivity is in the moderate category, while the relationship between rainfall and corn productivity is in the low category.

STRATEGY TO IMPROVE THE CAPACITY OF MILLENNIAL FARMERS IN FACING THE PHENOMENON OF AGING FARMER IN CIAMIS DISTRICT, CIAMIS REGENCY
The success in achieving agricultural development is determined by quality human resources and a commitment to developing the agricultural sector. Millennial farmers are farmers aged 19-39 years and/or adaptive to digital technology. However, it is known that Indonesian agriculture is facing the aging farmer phenomenon where the number of young farmers is decreasing, while the number of farmers over 55 years old is increasing. This study aims to describe and analyze internal factors, namely the strengths and weaknesses of millennial farmers in Ciamis District, as well as to describe and analyze external factors, namely the opportunities and threats faced by millennial farmers, and to determine priority strategies for increasing the capacity of millennial farmers in Ciamis District, Ciamis Regency. This research method uses a case study with a discussion conducted in a qualitative descriptive manner. The respondent determination technique is carried out purposively or intentionally with certain considerations. This research was conducted in Ciamis District, Ciamis Regency. The analysis tool used is a SWOT analysis which includes Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats and a Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis. The internal environment which is the main strength is the ability of cultivation techniques that have been tested through farmer training activities with a score of 0.412, while the main weakness factor is that millennial farmers have not been able to access capital and there has been no cooperation with institutions providing agricultural production inputs with a score of 0.120. The external environment which is the main opportunity is the ease of access to communication between millennial farmers and extension workers and Plant Pest Control (POPT) officers with a score of 0.372, while the main threat is the short shelf life of agricultural products with a score of 0.342. Alternative strategies that are a priority based on the QSPM analysis are the formation and development of farmer cooperatives or Agribusiness Microfinance Institutions (LKM-A) in the Ciamis District area with a score of 6.520
OPTIMIZATION OF PRODUCTIVITY OF RICE BEAN PLANTS (Vigna angularis L.) BY UTILIZING BIOCHAR AND GOAT MANURE
This study aims to determine the effect of the best dosage of biochar and goat manure on the growth and yield of rice beans (Vigna umbellata.) and to determine the interaction between the administration of biochar and goat manure on the growth and yield of rice beans (Vigna umbellata.). This study used a two-factorial completely randomized design consisting of 2 factors, namely: the first factor is biochar consisting of 3 levels: biochar 5 tons/ha, biochar 10 tons/ha, and biochar 15 tons/ha. The second factor is goat manure consisting of 3 levels, namely: goat manure 5 tons/ha, goat manure 10 tons/ha, and goat manure 15 tons/ha. Based on the treatment levels used, 9 combinations were obtained which were repeated 5 times so that there were 45 experimental units. The results of the variance analysis showed a significant interaction between the treatment of biochar and goat manure on the length of pods and the number of seeds per plant, but had no effect on seed weight. The best combination was found at a dose of 15 tons/ha of biochar and 15 tons/ha of goat manure, which produced the highest pod length of 11.70 cm. and the number of seeds (31.40 seeds). These results indicate that the synergy between the two treatments can significantly increase plant yields compared to single treatments. This research demonstrates the value of treatment combinations to increase plant productivity, as well as the need for further exploration for more optimal doses and combinations.

The effectiveness of the team quiz type cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of class XI students in geography subjects at SMAN 4 Palu
This study aims to determine the influence of the Team Quiz type cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes at SMAN 4 Palu. This study uses a quantitative research method with the type of Quasi Experimental research. Data collection techniques that include observations, tests, and documentation to determine student learning outcomes using a team quiz-type cooperative learning model. The research sample consists of two classes, namely an experimental class that applies the Team Quiz model and a control class that uses the Discussion learning method. Data was collected through learning outcome tests conducted before and after the implementation of the learning model. Data analysis was carried out with a test (t-test) to compare the learning outcomes of the two groups. The results of this study show that the application of the team quiz type cooperative learning model has an influence on the learning outcomes of grade XI students in Geography at SMAN 4 Palu. Based on results The research obtained the average score of student learning outcomes in the experimental class was 78.5 and the control class was 68.58. and data analysis that includes pretest and posttest tests using an inferential statistical formula at a significant level of 0.05. The calculated t-test is obtained t-count = 4.28 and the significant level a = 0.05 in t-table in 1.667 this means t-count > t-table. So that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be concluded that the team quiz type cooperative learning model has an effect on student learning outcomes. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers consider using this model in the learning process to improve student engagement and understanding.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Quiz terhadap hasil belajar siswa di SMA Negeri 4 Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian Quasi Eksperimental. Teknik pengumpulan data yang meliputi observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi untuk menentukan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe kuis tim. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang menerapkan model Kuis Tim dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran Diskusi. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes hasil belajar yang dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah penerapan model pembelajaran. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tes (t-test) untuk membandingkan hasil belajar kedua kelompok. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe kuis tim berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Geografi di SMA Negeri 4 Palu
AGRONOMIC AND ECONOMIC EFFECTIVENESS OF Zn, Cu, B MICROFERTILIZERS ON THE GROWTH AND YIELD OF TOMATO PLANTS (Solanum lycopersicum)
Micronutrient fertilizers containing zinc (Zn), copper (Cu), and boron (B) play an important role in supporting the growth and yield of tomato plants. This study aimed to evaluate the agronomic and economic effectiveness of micronutrient fertilizer application on tomato growth, yield, and farming feasibility. The experiment was conducted with six treatment levels of micronutrient fertilizer doses (0, 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 1.25, and 1.5 doses). The study used a randomized complete block design. Data were statistically analyzed using analysis of variance and the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at a 5% significance level. Farming analysis was conducted using economic calculations with profit and R/C ratio as variables. The results showed that micronutrient fertilizer application significantly affected plant height, number of branches, and number of flower clusters, as well as yield components such as number of fruits per plant, fruit weight, and total yield per plant, plot, and hectare. The 1.0 dose treatment showed the best results with 125.8 fruits per plant, a yield of 2,346.5 g per plant, and 15.79 tons per hectare. Agronomic effectiveness was measured using the relative agronomic effectiveness (RAE) value, where the 1.0 dose treatment showed the highest value of 199%, indicating a 1.99-fold increase in yield compared to the control. Economically, this treatment also resulted in the highest profit of Rp14,075,000 with the highest R/C ratio. These results indicate that Zn, Cu, and B micronutrient fertilizers are not only effective in increasing tomato productivity but also economically feasible for implementation in tomato farming
INVENTORY OF DIVERSITY OF PATHOGENIC FUNGI OF POTATO TUBER (Solanum tuberosum L.) SEEDS IN TRADITIONAL STORAGE WAREHOUSES ON LOMBOK ISLAND
Post-harvest diseases caused by pathogenic fungi are one of the real threats to the availability and quality of potato seedlings and tubers (Solanum tuberosum L.), especially in traditional warehouse storage and guidance systems. This descriptive research was carried out using a survey method with the aim of inventorying the diversity of disease-causing fungi, as well as measuring the intensity of infection in potato tuber seedlings in two traditional storage warehouse locations, on Lombok Island. The research series will be carried out from October 2023 to January 2024. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling. The results of the study showed that the average value of disease intensity in potato tuber seedlings in the traditional storage warehouse of Setiling Village reached 19.29%, while in the warehouse of Santong Village reached 17.79%. The results of the identification of pathogenic fungi revealed that there were differences in the distribution of species based on storage locations. In potato tuber seedlings in the nursery warehouse of Setiling Village, a species of fungus Fusarium sp. and Phytophthora infestans., while in the nursery warehouse of Santong Village, the results of the identification of Rhizoctonia sp. and Fusarium sp. The characteristics of the storage environment are also noted: the average temperature in the warehouse in Setiling ranges from 22–29ºC with a humidity of 80–99%, and in Santong Village, the temperature is 24–30ºC with a humidity of 78–92%. The results of this study indicate that the environmental conditions in both warehouses have the potential to support the development of certain pathogens.

Efektivitas Penggunaan RME Terhadap Pelayanan Poli Kesehatan Ibu Hamil Puskesmas Pancoran Jakarta
Perkembangan teknologi dan sistem informasi saat ini berkembang pesat, salah satunya di bidang kesehatan dengan penerapan Reakma Medis Elektronik (RME) untuk mendukung transformasi layanan kesehatan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan RME terhadap pelayanan Poli KI Hamil di Puskesmas Pancoran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung terhadap tenaga kesehatan. Analisis data dilakukan berdasarkan lima konstruk utama dalam teori UTAUT, yaitu ekspektansi kinerja, ekspektansi usaha, pengaruh sosial, kondisi fasilitas, dan nilai keperilakuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan sistem RME seperti EPus dan Wehopes terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan melalui percepatan proses pencatatan dan pencarian data medis. Dari sisi ekspektansi usaha, tenaga kesehatan menganggap sistem ini mudah digunakan, tidak memerlukan keahlian teknis khusus, dan didukung oleh pelatihan serta pendampingan teknis. Pengaruh sosial, seperti dukungan pimpinan, rekan kerja, serta kebijakan pemerintah dalam digitalisasi pelayanan kesehatan, turut memperkuat penerimaan dan penggunaan RME. Kondisi fasilitas yang cukup memadai, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa kendala teknis ringan, telah menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif bagi penerapan sistem ini. Terakhir, tenaga kesehatan menunjukkan intensi dan komitmen yang tinggi untuk terus menggunakan RME, serta menolak kembali ke sistem manual yang dinilai kurang efisien
Peningkatan Kemampuan Public Speaking bagi Guru dan Siswa SMK Muhammadiyah Watukelir dengan Metode Bermain Peran
Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara guru dan siswa di SMK Muhammadiyah Watukeril melalui teknik role-playing. Keterampilan berbicara di depan umum sangat penting dalam pendidikan, karena membantu menyampaikan ide dan informasi dengan percaya diri. Metode role-playing dipilih karena menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang interaktif dan menyenangkan.
Dalam kegiatan ini, siswa dan guru berlatih berbicara di depan umum melalui simulasi berbagai situasi, seperti presentasi, debat, dan dialog. Tujuannya adalah mengurangi ketegangan, meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi, dan memperkuat kemampuan menyampaikan pesan secara jelas dan persuasif.
Simulasi dirancang untuk mewakili berbagai skenario dunia nyata, memberikan kesempatan bagi peserta untuk mengatasi tantangan berbicara di depan umum. Dengan berlatih dalam suasana yang santai, mereka dapat berbicara dengan percaya diri di hadapan banyak orang.
Guru juga terlibat sebagai peserta, sehingga kolaborasi antara guru dan siswa dapat lebih intensif. Guru berperan penting dalam merealisasikan program pelatihan public speaking secara berkelanjutan di sekolah. Dengan penerapan metode ini, keterampilan public speaking siswa dan guru di SMK Muhammadiyah Watukeril diharapkan meningkat, baik dari segi percaya diri, kelancaran, maupun kemampuan menyampaikan pesan secara efektif
