Gangguan Kecemasan Tokoh Segara Alam dalam Novel Namaku Alam: Kajian Psikologi Sastra dan Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk gangguan kecemasan berupa Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) yang dialami tokoh Segara Alam dalam novel Namaku Alam karya Leila S. Chudori berdasarkan kajian psikologi sastra. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analisis. Data penelitian berupa kutipan narasi dan dialog yang menunjukkan gejala gangguan kecemasan pada tokoh utama. Sumber data diperoleh dari novel Namaku Alam sebagai data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan dengan cara membaca secara intensif, mencatat, dan mengklasifikasikan data sesuai fokus penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif yang meliputi tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Analisis data mengacu pada teori Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder yang dikemukakan oleh Gerald C. Davison dkk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tokoh Segara Alam mengalami gangguan kecemasan berupa PTSD yang ditandai oleh tiga gejala utama, yaitu gejala penghindaran, gejala gairah, dan gejala mengalami kembali. Pada gejala penghindaran ditemukan tiga bentuk gangguan, gejala gairah ditunjukkan dalam dua bentuk, sedangkan gejala mengalami kembali juga ditemukan dalam dua bentuk. Gejala-gejala tersebut menggambarkan dampak trauma masa lalu terhadap kondisi psikologis tokoh utama. Simpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gangguan kecemasan PTSD memengaruhi sikap, emosi, dan perilaku tokoh Segara Alam secara signifikan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya kajian psikologi sastra serta dimanfaatkan sebagai referensi pembelajaran analisis novel dalam pendidikan Bahasa Indonesia
Representasi Makna dalam Fotografi Jurnalistik pada Media Berita Antara Foto
Fotografi jurnalistik tidak hanya merekam fakta, tetapi menyingkap makna sosial dan budaya di balik peristiwa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan makna dalam fotografi jurnalistik pada media berita ANTARA FOTO, khususnya melalui karya jurnalis foto Adiwinata Solihin yang menampilkan berbagai realitas sosial dan peristiwa penting. Fokus penelitian ini mencakup tiga aspek, yaitu (1) representasi makna berdasarkan ikon, (2) representasi berdasarkan indeks, dan (3) representasi makna berdasarkan simbol. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi foto, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan pencatatan data visual, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan serta verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) representasi makna berdasarkan ikon tampak pada objek visual yang memperlihatkan realitas secara langsung, seperti ekspresi manusia, aktivitas sosial, dan kondisi lingkungan; (2) representasi makna berdasarkan indeks hadir melalui hubungan kausal antara peristiwa dan tanda visual, misalnya gesture tubuh dan ekspresi emosional yang mencerminkan situasi faktual; dan (3) representasi makna berdasarkan simbol terlihat pada penggunaan elemen visual yang merefleksikan nilai budaya, sosial, dan kontekstual yang memberi pesna mendalam kepada pembaca. Perencanaan Tujuan dan Sasaran Evaluasi Kinerja
This research examines the strategic role of performance management in optimizing organizational human resources through measurable goal setting and systematic performance evaluation. Using a literature study method with a descriptive qualitative approach, this research analyzes the relationship between goal planning, performance evaluation, and organizational goal achievement. The research findings indicate that setting goals aligned with the organizational vision is a crucial foundation for shaping productive work behavior and enhancing employee commitment. The study’s findings also suggest that misalignment between individual and organizational goals can decrease employee motivation and productivity. Effective performance management, accompanied by mature goal planning and periodic evaluation, has been shown to strengthen the reciprocal relationship between the organization and its employees, thereby contributing to improved performance and the achievement of organizational competitive advantage. Additionally, the study highlights that consistent communication, transparent feedback, and continuous capacity building are essential to ensure that employees clearly understand expectations and are able to contribute optimally. When these elements are implemented effectively, performance management becomes not only a monitoring tool but also a strategic mechanism to foster long-term organizational sustainability
Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Dan Kompetensi Pengguna Terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Rumah Sakit Kanker Dharmai
This research aims to investigate the impact of Accounting Information Systems and User Skills on the Quality of Financial Statements at Dharmais Cancer Hospital. It is crucial for hospitals to ensure strong management of all their activities, especially in regards to financial reporting. A quantitative research approach was adopted, using surveys to gather data. Fifty individuals submitted data using a questionnaire that has been proven to be reliable and valid. The evaluation included traditional assumption checks and multiple linear regression analyses, conducted using SPSS software. The results indicate that the Accounting Information System and User Competency do not have a significant impact on the Quality of Financial Reporting when evaluated separately. However, when considered collectively, both independent variables have a significant impact on the Quality of Financial Reporting, reflected by an R-squared value of 0. This indicates that the Accounting Information System and User Competency together represent 43. 9% of the variations in the Quality of Financial Statements. The leftover 56. One percent of the variation is influenced by additional factors that are not considered in this analysis. After considering the count of independent variables, the Adjusted R-squared value is 0. The number 415 indicates that the regression model sufficiently accounts for 41. 5% of the adjustments in the Quality of Financial Statements. The leftover amount is 58. Entrepreneurship Training as well as Environmental Conservation for Junior High School Students through Ecoprint
One of the P5 projects on the theme of entrepreneurship is Ecoprint, which is a natural batik art using plant parts as the basic material, and if done seriously, this batik art can generate income for its maker. The purpose of this service is to provide understanding through ecoprint training to students of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kartasura because of its relevance to the P5 subject on the theme of entrepreneurship. The method of this service is through lectures and direct practice of making ecoprints using both the hitting technique and the steaming technique. The results of the service show that there is an increase in the understanding of SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Kartasura students towards ecoprints, as well as the students' enthusiasm in making ecoprints. It can be concluded that this service activity went smoothly and the results of this service are expected to provide students with skills in developing an entrepreneurial spirit in the future.

Kualitas Pelayanan Kantor Pajak Pratama Sukoharjo Terhadap Kepuasan Wajib Pajak
Pelayanan publik yang berkualitas menjadi tolok ukur keberhasilan birokrasi modern, termasuk di sektor perpajakan. Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Sukoharjo dituntut untuk memberikan layanan yang efektif dan efisien demi membangun kepercayaan serta meningkatkan kepatuhan wajib pajak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan di Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Sukoharjo terhadap kepuasan wajib pajak, dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penilaian kualitas pelayanan mengacu pada lima dimensi SERVQUAL, yaitu: tangible (bukti fisik), reliability (kehandalan), responsiveness (daya tanggap), assurance (jaminan), dan empathy (empati). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KPP Sukoharjo telah menunjukkan kinerja yang baik dalam aspek bukti fisik, kehandalan, dan daya tanggap, ditunjukkan melalui fasilitas memadai, sistem antrean tertib, serta responsivitas petugas. Namun demikian, dimensi empati masih memerlukan perhatian lebih, khususnya dalam pendekatan interpersonal terhadap wajib pajak yang menghadapi kesulitan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal bagi petugas, optimalisasi media sosial sebagai sarana interaksi dua arah, serta evaluasi berkala terhadap kinerja pelayanan. Peningkatan Nilai Tambah Produk Kelapa Melalui Pelatihan Pembuatan Pliek Ue Bagi Ibu Rumah Tangga Di Kabupaten Bireuen
Community service activities were carried out with the aim of increasing the added value of coconut commodities through training in the production of Pliek Ue for housewives in Bireuen Regency. Pliek Ue is a traditional Acehnese product made from coconut, which has economic value and strong cultural significance in the community. However, the ability of housewives to process and package Pliek Ue hygienically is still relatively limited, resulting in products that lack competitiveness in broader markets. This community service activity was carried out using a participatory approach through several stages, namely socialization, counseling, hands-on practice in making Pliek Ue using hygienic techniques, innovation in packaging, and assistance in marketing strategies. The success of the activity was evaluated using pre-test and post-test methods to assess the increase in knowledge, as well as observation of skills in processing practices. The results of the activity showed a significant increase, with participants' knowledge level rising from 40% to 82%, accompanied by an increase in technical skills in processing Pliek Ue . The products produced after the training were of better quality, had a longer shelf life, retained their distinctive aroma, and were suitable for marketing not only in traditional markets. This activity is expected to empower housewives to play a more active role in economic development
Analysis of Learning Communication Using the Verbal Interaction Category Systems (VICS) Model for Prospective Vocational Teachers
This research is motivated by the lack of ability of prospective teachers in communicating with students which causes the learning process to be less effective. The purpose of this study is to analyze learning communication using the VICS (Verbal Interaction Category Systems) model for prospective vocational teachers in the Teaching Skills Practice (PKM). This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with case study analysis. The sample is students who are taking part in the Teaching Skills Practice (PKM) at SMK Teknik Bangunan as many as 3 people. Data collection uses interaction observation instruments, interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that the average frequency of areas A, B, D, E, D, H, I was very high at 46.65% which stated that prospective teachers still dominate during learning activities compared to students, the frequency of areas C, G, J, K, L, M, P, Q, R was 30.37% which stated that there was already feedback interaction between prospective teachers and students, and the frequency of areas N, O, S, T was only 22.98% which stated that student activities were still too passive compared to teachers during the learning process in class. Thus, it can be concluded that learning communication carried out in teaching skills practice is dominated by the teacher
Constructing the Image of Teachers as Educators in the Digital Era Through TikTok
Social media undeniably contributes to changing how a teacher figure is portrayed and how communication patterns with students occur. Social media users, particularly TikTok, can upload audiovisual content of teachers and students joyfully dancing together. This research aims to present a depiction of teachers in the current digital era. It is a multidisciplinary study that examines educational and social contexts. The research method employed is semiotics by Roland Barthes. The researchers analyze the myths conveyed in the audiovisual content to unveil the image of teachers in the digital era. The results reveal the current depiction of teacher-student relationships in the context of dancing on social media, which has significant implications. It emphasizes the importance of teachers' role in assisting students in managing social media usage wisely and serving as positive role models. Through dancing content on social media, teachers can strengthen social connections with students outside the school, creating an informal space for closeness and better understanding of students as individuals
UTILIZATION OF CASSAVA SKIN AS POC MATERIAL AND 50% NPK FOR GROWTH AND PRODUCTION OF LETTUCE (LACTUCA SATIVA L.) ON ULTISOL LAND
Ultisol land is one of the types of soil that is less fertile and has a high level of acidity, making it a challenge in the cultivation of horticultural plants such as lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.). The excessive use of chemical fertilizers not only has a negative impact on the environment but also degrades soil quality sustainably. Therefore, environmentally friendly innovations are needed, one of which is the utilization of household organic waste such as cassava peels as the base material for Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF). This study aims to determine the effect of the combination of Cassava Peel Liquid Organic Fertilizer (LOF) and 50% NPK fertilizer on the growth and production of lettuce plants in ultisol land. The research was conducted in February-March 2025 using a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with four treatments, namely without LOF (100% NPK), and cassava peel LOF with doses of 13.75 ml, 15 ml, and 16.25 ml, each combined with 50% NPK. The observed parameters include the number of leaves, leaf width, leaf length, root length, fresh weight, canopy weight, and root weight. The research results show that the application of cassava peel LOF has a significant effect on the number of leaves, leaf width, leaf length, root length, fresh weight, canopy weight, and root weight. The use of cassava peel LOF, especially at a dosage of 16.25ml, can enhance the growth and production of lettuce compared to the application of 100% NPK. This treatment can be an alternative to environmentally friendly fertilizers in marginal lands such as ultisol.
