    Penerapan Data Mining pada Suku Bunga Investasi Deposito di Indonesia Menggunakan Metode K-Means Clustering untuk Pengelompokan Profitabilitas

    Investment in Indonesia has several types, one of which is deposits through banks, namely individual or collective customers lending excess funds to banks and channeling them in the form of credit. This research is about clustering on several Banks, those are Regional, Private, Foreign, Persero and General Banks which have different interest rates for investments. The method used in this study is the Knowledge Discovery using Database (KDD) method, using RapidMiner tools. The algorithm used to perform clustering is the K-Means algorithm. The data that was used is data on investment credit interest rates from several banks in Indonesia obtained from BPS (Central Statistics Agency) Indonesia. This data is taken from 2009-2020. The clustering results obtained are 3 clusters, where cluster 1 is Regional Bank, which turns out to have stable and high loan interest rates, then cluster 2 is Foreign Bank, which also has the lowest and unstable interest rate. While cluster 3 is a private bank and a state-owned company, these two banks have similar interest rates and levels of stability. In addition, these two banks are in the middle for investment options

    The fertilizer industry is one of the most promising in agriculture. The rising demand for organic fertilizers shows this industry. The Enrekang Massenrempulu Botanical Garden offers significant organic fertilizer commercial potential. Botanical garden managers must establish an organic fertilizer business plan to preserve their current company. It will also provide alternative strategies and strategic goals for growth in organic fertilizer. This study involves academics, bureaucrats, business players, and consumers. Interviews, field observations, questionnaires, FGDs, and literature research were utilized to gather data. The data analysis methods employed include SWOT and QSPM. With a score of 0.392, Technopark Botanical Gardens Massenrempulu Enrekang\u27s key strength is high product quality. The critical internal strategic aspect is bookkeeping, which has a weighted score of 0.218. Identifying external strategic elements at Technopark Botanical Gardens, Massenrempulu Enrekang enhanced customer purchasing by 0.425. The emergence of a new competitor with a weighted score of 0.172 presents a challenge to Technopark Botanical Gardens Massenrempulu Enrekang. The findings ranked four potential techniques, namely (1). Maintain and increase organic fertilizer quality (2). Using modern information technologies to improve promotion methods (3). Expanding manufacturing capacity and market share.           &nbsp

    Investigations are a major aspect of the criminal justice process. However, based on the reality on the ground, the investigations carried out by the police have not been able to produce a balancé between accurate investigation results and practices that continue to uphold human rights by applicable procedures and regulations. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the investigation technique that is proportional and effective. This article identifies three interview/interrogation techniques that are potential to be practised, namely: third level, accusation approach, and information gathering approach. Existing police law regulations do not specify the details of investigative interview techniques in criminal cases. For this reason, it is necessary to have an official procedure that can be used as a reference in the investigation process. The review of interview techniques in this article is expected to be a separate view that motivates and contributes to improving the quality of investigative techniques by police investigators

    Nafkah Istri Nushūz Perspektif Imam Syafi’i dan Ibn Hazm

    Livelihood is one of the important things in human life, so it is necessary to study it. However, there are differences of opinion about the livelihood of Nushuz\u27s wife. This study examines more deeply the livelihood of the wife of Nushuz by focusing on two problem formulations, namely 1) the livelihood of the wife of Nushuz according to the opinion of Imam Shafi\u27i and Ibn Hazm, and 2) the legal istinbat used by Imam Shafi\u27i and Ibn Hazm looking at the issue of livelihood. For nushuz\u27s wife. Using a qualitative literature research method, this research concludes that according to Imam Syafi\u27i, a nushuz\u27s wife is not entitled to her husband\u27s maintenance until she quits her nushuz. Meanwhile, according to Ibn Hazm, whether the wife of Nushuz or not, she is still entitled to a living from her husband. The legal istinbat used by Imam Shafi\u27i is qiyas, while Ibn Hazm is the explicit meaning of the Qur\u27an letter an-Nisa verse 34

    Implementation Of "Program Sekolah Penggerak" In the Independent Learning Policy

    This study aims to determine the Implementation of the Sekolah Penggerak Program in the Independent Learning Education Policy at SDN 28 Malay, Bima City. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique is by observation, namely, to see the implementation process in the field in the form of actions, interviews, namely, to obtain information in the form of words, and documentation, namely, to obtain data in the form of photos of activities and archives of the implementation of the Sekolah Penggerak program. The result of the study was that five interventions programmed by the government carried out the implementation of Sekolah Penggerak. Learning the intervention with a new paradigm, the school chose the theme of local wisdom and entrepreneurship, which became the first-year project. This theme entered into local content lessons; this intervention was carried out in extracurricular activities and positive culture. Meanwhile, in the school digitization intervention, using the PMM application, Google Classroom, Google Meet, zoom, Google, YouTube, learning videos, and digital libraries, as well as Quiziz applications and Google forms as a medium for assessment

    This study aims to determine the feasibility and practicality of digital worksheets based on local wisdom and character in grade 4 theme 8 My Living Area. This type of research is development research with AADIE (Analysis), (Design), (Development), (Implementation), and (Evaluation) models. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, document analysis, and questionnaires. The results of the feasibility based on three experts namely material experts, media experts, and practitioners obtained an average of 3.7 with very feasible criteria. The practicality rest was lots obtained from the student response questionnaire in the limited trial with a percentage of 70% with a very practical classification and 30% with a practical classification. In extensive trials, the results were obtained with a percentage of 55% with a very practical classification and 45% with a practical classification. In addition to the practical results obtained from student responses, there are also results of learning implementation. At the first meeting, the average was 3.35 with a very practical classification, the second meeting obtained an average of 3.67 with a very good classification, and the third meeting obtained an average of 3.80 with a very good classification. Based on the results obtained from the feasibility and practicality above, it can be concluded that the digital worksheet based on local wisdom and character in grade 4 theme 8 My Living Area is feasible and practical so that it can be used in learning. Based on the results of the worksheets based on local wisdom and character in class 4 Theme 8 My Living Area, there was an increase in student learning outcomes both from local wisdom and the application of character, as well as an increase in students\u27 interest in knowing local wisdom in Purworejo Regency

    Exploring Students\u27 Writing at the English Language Education Study Program

    This research aims to explore students\u27 writing at the English Language Education Study Program of Khairun University. This research aims to analyze students\u27 genre of writing and to know the results of students writing performances in terms of content, organization, vocabulary, language use, and mechanics. The research applied a qualitative method with a written test instrument. The researcher selected 42 students to participate in this research, chosen from Class A and B of the fourth semester at the English Language Education Study Program. The result shows that students\u27 writing genre varies from procedure text, descriptive, discussion, report, recount, spoof, narrative, explanation, and analytical exposition text. From the students\u27 writing performance results, four respondents obtained excellent category with 9.52%, 19 respondents obtained good variety with 45.23%, nine respondents obtained good category with 19.04%, ten respondents obtained poor class with 23.80%, and one respondent obtained inferior type with 2.38%. The average scores of writings were 78.64 and categorized as Sufficient. It indicates that the students still faced difficulty in producing a good essay. This research found that from five aspects, language use was the aspect that easy for the students because the students obtained good criteria, but in content, organization, vocabulary, and mechanic elements, their standards were average.

    The article focuses on the influence of the Freudian psychoanalytic theories and the in the riveting writings of William Somerset Maugham. This article has narrowed down its focus on the only one enthralling short story by Maugham, namely \u27\u27The Kite\u27\u27. Somerset Maugham and Sigmund Freud\u27s lives intersected in the early years of the twenty-first century. They were both fascinated by human relationships and the building blocks of human bonds. This study was qualitative descriptive. The theory adopted for analyzing the selected text was the Freud approach to the issue as a psychoanalyst and clinician. Simultaneously, Maugham delved deep into the psyche and behavior of human beings he met, watched, and interacted with. This article aims to critically evaluate the compelling themes and motives of Maugham\u27s short stories and to establish the ascendancy of the theories of psychoanalysis as propounded by Freud in them

    The present research is about the Postcolonial study of Ray Bradbury\u27s short story "Dark They Were, and Golden-Eyed." Further, this research explores the issue of identity in the short story presented by the author. In the modern world, with the increase in immigrant numbers and the constitution of countries with different cultural diversities, identity issues arise. The researchers discuss the issue of identity in the postcolonial world and how the theorists viewed and presented their ideas about constructing identity in immigrants from these countries who suffered from facing the Diasporas and the dilemma of the difficulty of growing their identity. Furthermore, the paper investigates postcolonial novelists, especially in the novel "Dark They Were and Golden-Eyed ."As postcolonial theorists considered the issue of identity as one of its essential discussions, novelists also exposed the conditions of identity crises that emerged in the postcolonial period. Therefore, the method undertakes to apply postcolonial theories to the above novel, Dark They Were and Golden-Eyed. Different aspects and elements of Post Colonialism have been described in the research to explore the Post Colonialism presented in the novel, like ambivalence, racism, otherness, and hybridity

    Educational tourism is a type of travel that aims to provide an overview, comparative research or knowledge of the field visited—this article made for study community empowerment through educational tourism and the impact of the Pujonkidul village community. Research conducted using a qualitative approach, namely research methods that go directly to the field to find data and the data obtained is the result of interviews and documentation. Stage’s analysis data that used researcher in research this is as following; collection data, Data reduction, Data presentation, and withdrawal conclusion. The results obtained from this study are that with the community empowerment program through educational tourism, the local community has a positive impact, especially in terms of the economy
