Full text linkThis research aims to present the design of a database-based information system in managing teacher and student data at Ulul Al-Baab High School Sukabumi, West Java. The method used in collecting data for the purposes of designing the system in this research is using interviews, literature studies, and prototypes. The results of the research show that at least the website can help the Ulul Al-Baab Senior High School, Sukabumi, West Java, in implementing teacher and student data management, which was initially done manually and can now be done online via the utilization website. Having this website can at least help you input data more efficiently and you will no longer be afraid of losing data due to unexpected things
Integration of Pancasila and Rahmatan Lil \u27Alamin Profiles in Madrasah Aliyah Al Iman Ponorogo Curriculum
Full text linkEducation plays a central role in shaping the character and quality of human resources. Quality education does not only focus on knowledge transfer, but also on the formation of students\u27 morals, personalities, and skills. This study discusses the implementation of the Pancasila and Rahmatan Lil \u27Alamin student profile strengthening project in Madrasah Aliyah Al Iman Ponorogo, Indonesia. Research shows the success of madrasahs in implementing curriculum principles in accordance with Ministry of Religious Affairs guidelines. However, there are weaknesses in equitable distribution and improvement of the quality of education, especially for Students with Special Needs. Project implementation involves intracurricular and extracurricular activities, focusing on specific subjects. While there have been efforts to shape learners\u27 attitudes, research recommends improvements, including the addition of principles for inclusiveness and educational equity. Involving stakeholders, such as parents and organizations related to GDP, is also considered crucial. Overall, the implementation of the curriculum at MA Al Iman reflects a commitment to the formation of character, religious values, and nationality in accordance with the objectives of national education
The effect of increasing knowledge and motivation of nurses on completeness of soap documentation during handover at x hospital, bogor district
Full text linkNurses have an obligation to make documentation of the nursing care actions they do in the form of SOAP. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of increasing knowledge and motivation of nurses on the completeness of SOAP documentation during handovers at Hospital X Bogor Regency with a quantitative pre-experimental one group pretest and posttest research design. The sample of this study amounted to 53 people according to the inclusion criteria. The intervention carried out was training on SOAP documentation. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. Data analysis using SPSS with Wilcoxon test and che square test. The result of this research is the description of the characteristics of nurses with the largest percentage aged >35 years 50.9%, D3 nursing education 84.9%, and working period >5 years 62.3%. a description of the knowledge level of 84.9%, good motivation of 86.8%, an overview of the completeness of SOAP documentation after training of 45.2%. The results of the analysis of differences in nurses\u27 knowledge about SOAP documentation, P value of 0.000 means that there is a significant difference between the level of knowledge and the completeness of filling out SOAP documentation during handover before and after training. The results of the analysis of the effect of increasing knowledge on increasing the completeness of SOAP documentation. P value > 0.05, which means that there is no significant effect of increasing knowledge on the completeness of SOAP documentation during handover. Suggestions need to supervise and assist in filling the completeness of SOAP documentation continuously and evaluate the incompleteness of SOAP documentation
An Analysis of Student’s Speaking Problems in English Daily Communication Program at Islamic Boarding School
Full text linkThis research analyzed students’ speaking problems and the factors that caused the problems faced in English daily communication. This research used descriptive qualitative as the research design. The research subject was 30 students in the fourth grade of Al Iman Islamic Boarding School for Females. This research data was collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. To analyze the data, the researcher used three major phases of data analysis: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/ verification. This study showed that each student faced different problems in speaking English daily. Some students faced inhibition, nothing to say, lack of participation, and mother tongue use. Where all the problems were caused by some factors called linguistic factors, psychological factors, and environmental factors that played important roles in supporting students in improving their speaking skills
Pengembangan Multimedia Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Video Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam untuk Meningkatkan Minat Belajar Siswa
Full text linkThis research aims to produce an interactive multimedia that is suitable for Islamic religious education learning activities with commendable properties and ablution. In this study, it was developed using the ADDIE research model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The data collected are qualitative and quantitative data using several data collection methods, including: observation method, interview method, and questionnaire method. The results showed (1) Design the development of interactive learning multimedia. The steps taken are: (a) analyzing needs, (b) design, (c) development and implementation, valid with the results of subject expert reviews with very good qualifications 96.22%, the results of learning media expert reviews are very good 98%, the results of learning media expert reviews are very good 95%, individual trial results with good qualifications are 94%. The results of small group trials with excellent qualifications are 95.55%. Based on the validation test, the development of interactive learning multimedia shows effective results, so it is suitable for use in the process of learning activities
Analisis Kepuasan Pelanggan di Saung Pak Ewok Restoran Ramah Keluarga di Jawa Barat
Full text linkThe purpose of this study was to examine the effect of six variables on customer satisfaction with Saung Pak Ewok. Saung Pak Ewok is a popular restaurant with a family restaurant concept in West Java. The six variables considered are location, promotion, staff, price, product, and distribution. To achieve the research objectives, the research method used was convenience sampling. A total of 80 respondents were selected to participate in this study, representing a wide range of Saung Pak Ewok customers. Data was collected through various means including interviews, questionnaires, and observations. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the variables that affect customer satisfaction. This statistical technique allows researchers to identify the individual and combined effects of variables on customer satisfaction. The results showed that location, promotion, and human resources have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. Saung Pak Ewok\u27s location, promotion, and staff quality were found to contribute positively to customer satisfaction. However, the price variable was found to have no significant effect on customer satisfaction. In conclusion, this study explains the variables that significantly influence customer satisfaction at Saung Pak Ewok. The findings highlight the importance of place and promotion in creating a positive customer experience. This research provides valuable insights for Saung Pak Ewok and other similar establishments seeking to increase customer satisfaction and improve overall business performance
Islamic Religious Education Learning Strategy for Alpha Generation: A Case Study at Darul Qur\u27an School Elementary School Semarang City
No full textThis study aims to analyse learning strategies and their application for the Alpha generation in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). This study uses qualitative research with observation, interview and documentation as research methods to obtain data. Era 4.0 has increased the need for innovative learning strategies for teachers to facilitate creative and critical thinking among students. Cooperative learning strategy was identified as one of the effective approaches to improve students\u27 problem-solving skills in group discussion on Islamic Education Science. The findings of this study emphasise the importance of identifying appropriate learning strategies for teaching Islamic religious education to the Alpha generation. Teachers need to develop implementation strategies for Islamic religious education in primary schools in order to improve the quality of Islamic religious education and address changes in cognitive, affective and psychomotor domains. In this study, it was found that cooperative learning is an effective teaching strategy for Islamic religious education for the alpha generation. It allows students to engage in problem solving, decision making and learning with their peers. The outcome of the learning process was valued by the class and the learning outcomes were impressive. Based on the findings, it is recommended that teachers use cooperative learning strategies when teaching Islamic Religious Education to the Alpha generation

We emphasize that the success of a company hinges not just on its business operations, but critically on its human capital – the unique knowledge and skills possessed by its workforce. This research argues that the nuances of human capital, such as education, skills, and health, are essential for the strategic development of an organization. By implementing effective human capital strategies, companies can foster an environment conducive to growth, innovation, and long-term sustainability. Our findings highlight that understanding and leveraging the unique attributes of human resources can lead to significant improvements in organizational activities and outcomes. This paper contributes to the ongoing discourse on human capital theory by demonstrating its practical application in organizational strategy and performance enhancement
Islamic Guidance on Resolving Marital Discord: A Critical Analysis
Full text linkHumans are social beings. Society does not develop without family ties. Islam has given special importance to the formation of a family-centred society. According to Islam, the purpose of marriage is not only to fulfil biological needs; rather, marriage is a sacred relationship with mutual responsibility, respect, love, and sincerity. Marriage contributes to the creation of a family between a man and a woman. Similarly, in married life, love creates affection between each other and binds the bond of dignified living and peaceful harmony. Husband and wife complement each other in family life. Both husband and wife come from two different families to form a family. As life goes on, both of them have some misunderstandings. Small mistakes lead to big mistakes. If these mistakes are not corrected, marital discord begins. Due to marital discord, the abode of happiness called family once turned into hell. This conflict goes to a serious level and sometimes becomes life-threatening. Islam urges the maintenance of marital relations until the end of life, and to that end, it prescribes patience, tolerance, and responsible behavior. In this research, the causes that are responsible for marital discord have been revealed, and an attempt has been made to determine what the husband and wife should do by searching for a clear solution in the light of Islamic Shari\u27ah
Aligning State-Owned Enterprises with Constitutional Values: The Case of Indonesian BUMN Holding Companies

The text highlights the discrepancies between theoretical principles and practical implementations, specifically in the areas of corporate governance, ethical conduct, and fair economic distribution. The investigation focuses on how these discrepancies manifest in BUMN operations, their impact on stakeholders, and the wider socio-economic implications for Indonesia. The study emphasizes the need for specific regulations that are tailored to the unique structural and operational characteristics of BUMN holding companies. Recommendations include improving oversight, increasing transparency, and strengthening accountability mechanisms. These measures are essential for aligning BUMN practices with constitutional mandates, ensuring operational efficiency and competitiveness, and making significant contributions to national socio-economic progress
