No full textSMEs are important in the country's economy, especially in Indonesia today. Because it started with a large number of layoffs at large companies causing people's income to be hampered; from this problem, many people have opened medium-sized businesses for the survival of their lives. From these events, the government participated in helping SMEs in the vicinity to restore the country's current economy. However, several obstacles exist in these SMEs, such as a lack of capital and increased production costs. In this study, capital and production costs can significantly affect income. In processing the data, we use the SPSS application to analyze the effect of the independent and dependent variables. The results of the study show that production costs affect SMEs’ income. Capital for SMEs for operational activities makes working capital important but could be more influential in increasing income

The legal basis for planning and budgeting is regulated in Law Number 17 of 2003 concerning State Finance and Law Number 25 of 2004 concerning the National Financial System. National Development Planning. As a follow-up to this Law, the government issued Government Regulation Number 21 of 2004 concerning the Compilation of Work Plans and Budgets for State Ministries/Institutions. The research objective was to examine the effect of the internal control system on budget performance and the effect of budgetary participation on budget performance at the Indonesian Institute of Sciences. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with LIPI employee respondents as a population and the research sample is 90 LIPI Jakarta employees. Methods Data analysis was carried out with the classical assumption test and linear regression test and hypothesis test. With the help of SPSS 20, the research results were obtained. No full textThis research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of perceived convenience, perceived benefits and trust on interest in using Go-Pay. The population in this study were Dian Nusantara University students, especially Go-Pay users. The samples taken in this study amounted to 100 using a purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires via the Google form, and data processing using SmartPLS. The results of the test showed that the perceived ease of use variable did not have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use by 0.364, the perceived benefit variable did not have a positive and significant effect on the intention to use by 0.676, the trust variable had a positive and significant effect on the intention to use by 5.97

Performance measurement is seen based on employee output by looking at the targets and production set by management. Employee behavior is dynamic and will change according to comfort, expectations, and the company environment. Systematic performance assessment to evaluate the effectiveness, competence, and skills of the work as well as the benefits for the company. The research analysis unit was carried out at PT. Young-il Indonesia. The research method is based on the results of a questionnaire analyzed quantitatively statistically with the help of SPSS 25. The population and sample of employees from all companies totaling 80 employees using hypothesis testing linear regression testing and goodness of fit test (R Square test). The research results show that the incentive variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Achievement appraisal has a significant positive effect on employee performancePenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan variabel insentif, motivasi dan penilaian prestasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dan sampel karyawan seluruh perusahaan yang berjumlah 80 karyawan dengan uji hipotesis dan uji regresi linier dan uji goodnes of fit ( uji R Square ). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan variabel insentif berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. No full textThis study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, work discipline and compensation on employee performance at Hotel Bagus Jati Gianyar. The population in this study were employees of Hotel Bagus Jati Gianyar, with a sample of 53 respondents. The method used was saturated sampling, where sampling used the entire population. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, partially and simultaneously leadership style, work discipline and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Hotel Bagus Jati Gianyar. The leaders of Hotel Bagus Jati Gianyar should be able to protect employees, improve employee discipline such as reprimanding employees who are late or employees who always ask for permission with unreasonable reasons, and it is also recommended to maintain employee work-life balance such as adjusting salaries or compensation according to working hours, job positions and government regulations.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Bagus Jati Gianyar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Hotel Bagus Jati Gianyar, dengan sampel 53 responden. Metode yang digunakan yaitu sampel jenuh, dimana pengambilan sampel memakai keseluruhan populasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, secara parsial maupun simultan gaya kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi berpegaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Bagus Jati Gianyar. Hendaknya pimpinan Hotel Bagus Jati Gianyar mampu mengayomi para karyawan, meningkatkan kedisiplinan karyawan seperti menegur karyawan yang terlambat datang ataupun karyawan yang selalu izin dengan alasan yang tidak masuk akal, juga disarankan dapat menjaga keseimbangan kehidupan kerja karyawan seperti menyesuaikan gajih atau kompensasi sesuai jam kerja, posisi jabatan dan aturan pemerintah

On this occasion, the researcher hopes to create an entrepreneurial spirit with a product called "chocolate almond", which produces various types of chocolate products both on industrial and small business scales. One of the producers of processed chocolate products is Kampung Chocolate. This study aims to determine consumer satisfaction with processed almond chocolate products. In addition, this study uses descriptive analysis techniques with business feasibility studies and direct observations of products thrown by entrepreneurs to determine the characteristics of processed almond chocolate products that need improvement. It is intended that the attributes included in the level of customer satisfaction are maintained. This means that consumers are happy with processed almond chocolate products. Manufacturers must improve properties whose performance has yet to reach consumer satisfaction to increase consumer satisfaction and present a positive image for students towards ongoing business activities.Cokelat adalah produk yang terbuat dari bahan-bahan cokelat yang sangat mudah ditemukan. Oleh karena itu, menyediakan cokelat batangan dalam jumlah yang banyak bisa sangat membantu. Dengan cara ini tidak perlu khawatir kehabisan bahan dasar utama, yang nantinya menjadi bahan dasar terpenting cokelat. Tambahkan ke lapisan dengan campuran cokelat. Masih banyak variasi dan topping yang berbeda seperti almond, walnut, kacang mete, dll. Industri pertanian kakao Indonesia saat ini sedang berkembang. Banyak negara di Indonesia yang memproduksi kacang-kacangan, terutama kacang almond sebagai bahan baku utama. Pada kesempatan ini, peneliti berharap dapat menciptakan jiwa wirausaha dengan produk bernama “cokelat almond” yang menghasilkan berbagai jenis produk cokelat baik dalam skala industri maupun usaha kecil. Salah satu produsen produk olahan coklat adalah Kampung Coklat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan konsumen terhadap produk olahan coklat almond. Selain itu, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dengan studi kelayakan usaha dan observasi langsung terhadap produk yang dilemparkan sebagai pengusaha untuk mengetahui karakteristik produk olahan coklat almond yang perlu ditingkatkan. ditujukan agar Atribut yang termasuk dalam tingkat kepuasan konsumen dipertahankan. The research method uses panel data regression as measured by the e-views 12 prprogramsThe results of the analysis of this study are partially Internet Banking Transactions have a positive and significant effect on ROA; meanwhile, the NPL and CAR variables have a negative and insignificant impact on ROA. Simultaneously, the variables Internet Banking Transaction, NPL, and CAR can influence ROA by 80,2%, and the other 19,8% were influenced by other variables not included in the study
