Research with a descriptive qualitative approach aims to discover the forms of instillation of the character value of love for the country in students and the role of teachers and principals in instilling the value of the character of love for their students. The research subject is students, teachers, and principals—observation methods, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that there was an instillation of the character values of love for the country in students at SMP PGRI 1 Buduran according to indicators, namely using local products; using Bahasa; respect for the culture; displaying photos of leaders, flags, and emblems, maps, drawings; appreciate heroes; singing national and regional songs; protecting the environment; respect the results of achievements; and uphold the name of the country. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an influence of product prices, service quality, and payment systems both direct and indirect influences on marketing strategies, as well as all these variables, namely product prices, service quality, payment systems, and marketing strategies on consumer satisfaction. The sample used in this study was consumers who purchased houses at PT SDP Syariah Indonesia in the period 2017–2019, which was 56 consumers. With a large Muslim community in Malang City and the influx of digital technology which increased quite a lot during the Covid-19 pandemic, this research wants to describe and analyze how the existence of digital platforms supports the micro and small business sector in Malang City. The type of research carried out is descriptive quantitative research that uses literature studies and also primary data obtained from the questionnaire results for later testing and analysis. Analisis Rantai Pasok Dan Dayasaing Sapi Potong Lokal Di Sulawesi Selatan
This study aims to analyze the relationship between the supply chain and the competitiveness of native beef cattle in South Sulawesi Province. A conceptual model was developed to examine how supply chains, including strategic supplier partnerships, market information sharing, and knowledge technology in beef cattle production sharing, are related to the competitiveness of native beef cattle. A survey questionnaire based on 64 farmers and intermediary traders from Bone Regency, South Sulawesi Province, was conducted to collect empirical data to test the formulated hypothesis. Spearman's correlation coefficient analysis was conducted to test the hypothesized relationship. The study result showed that strategic supplier partnerships have a significant and positive relationship with competitive native beef cattle, while the market share of information and knowledge technology in beef cattle production was not significant and positively associated with competitive native beef cattle. The study’s limitations/implications are other important dimensions for supply chain partnerships, namely information sharing, goal congruence, decision synchronization, incentive alignment, and resource sharing should also be involved in future research. Since this study was limited to the province of South Sulawesi, the findings of this study cannot be generalized to supply chain practices in Indonesia and developing countries. Therefore future research should be carried out in other provinces in Indonesia or developing countries.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara rantai pasok dan daya saing sapi potong local di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Suatu model konseptual dikembangkan untuk menguji bagaimana rantai pasok, yang terdiri dari kemitraan pemasok strategis, berbagi informasi pasar, dan berbagi pengetahuan teknologi produksi sapi potong memiliki hubungan dengan dayasaing dari sapi potong local Kuesioner survei berdasarkan 64 orang peternak dan pedagang perantara dari Kabupaten Bone, Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data empiris untuk pengujian hipotesis yang dirumuskan. Analisis koefisien korelasi s spearman dilgunakan untuk menguji hubungan yang dihipotesiskan. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa kemitraan pemasok strategis memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dan positif dengan dayasaing sapi potonglokal, sedangkan berbagi informasi pasar dan berbagi informasii pengetahuan teknologi dalam produksi sapi potong tidak signifikan dan berhubungan positif dengan dayasaing. sapi potong local. Pengaruh Online Customer Review dan Online Customer Rating Terhadap Trust dan Keputusan Pembelian Pada Marketplace Shopee
This study aims to examine the impact of online customer reviews, online customer ratings, trust, and purchase decisions on the Shopee online marketplace among Indonesian students. The research employs a quantitative methodology, utilizing a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. A sample of 200 respondents was selected through purposive sampling. The findings from Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis reveal that online customer reviews exert a significant positive influence on purchase decisions, whereas online customer ratings do not exhibit a significant effect. Both online customer reviews and ratings positively contribute to the establishment of consumer trust. However, the level of trust does not significantly impact purchase decisions. The implications suggest that platforms should enhance their features and services to bolster consumer trust and comprehend the intricate dynamics of how reviews and ratings influence purchase decisions.Studi penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pengaruh online customer review, online customer rating, trust, dan keputusan pembelian di platform pasar daring Shopee terhadap mahasiswa di Indonesia. Metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen utama. Sampel sebanyak 200 responden dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Hasil analisis structural equation modeling (SEM) menunjukkan bahwa review pelanggan online memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan rating pelanggan online tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan. Online customer review beserta rating berkontribusi positif pada tingkat kepercayaan konsumen. Namun, tingkat kepercayaan tidak signifikan memengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Implikasinya, platform perlu meningkatkan fitur dan pelayanan untuk memperkuat kepercayaan konsumen dan memahami dinamika pengaruh review dan rating terhadap keputusan pembelian

Abstrak.
Sumber Daya Manusia dalam suatu organisasi merupakan hal yang erat hubungannya dengan kemajuan organisasi. Bagaimanapun, sebenarnya masih ada organisasi yang orang miskinnya memiliki pilihan untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi tanpa batas. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk menyelesaikan pemeriksaan interaksi pendaftaran dan pilihan. Adanya proses pendaftaran dan penetapan yang baik dapat mendukung pengadaan SDM yang memiliki eksekusi dan kualitas yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana interaksi pendaftaran dan determinasi perwakilan PT Bumen Redja Abadi Magelang. Dalam memimpin tinjauan, analis menggunakan eksplorasi subjektif yang memukau dengan pengujian purposive. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siklus pendaftaran dan interaksi pilihan berpengaruh terhadap presentasi pekerja PT Bumen Redja Abadi Magelang. Dalam menyelesaikan siklus pendaftaran, kandidat dibatasi dan difokuskan untuk orang-orang yang berdomisili di Magelang, hal ini sangat mempengaruhi sifat SDM di perusahaan. Dalam siklus pilihan, norma apakah seseorang lolos dalam penentuan di PT. Bumen Redja Abadi Magelang merupakan hasil tes mental dan hasil wawancara dengan HRD organisasi.

Susi Air is an Indonesian airline operated by PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation with scheduled and charter flights. Headquartered in Pangandaran, West Java, Susi Air operates flights from 5 main bases namely in Medan (North Sumatra), Halim Perdana Kusuma (Jakarta), Central Java (Cilacap), West Java (Pangandaran and Bandung), Samarinda, and Jayapura (Papua). It was founded in late 2004 by Susi Pudjiastuti. motivation.In running its business, Susi Air must have a high level of productivity so that the relationship between the company's role and employee performance must support each other in order to achieve the desired goals. Time management is an effort to organize, supervise, plan, and control the effective use of time to achieve certain goals. The most important aspect that should be mentioned is that time management does not require a person to learn to do as many things as possible in a short period of time, but ensures that the person does what needs to be done, dealing with the thing that really needs attention. The key to achieving company goals and completing tasks with efficiency at PT Asi Pudjiastuti Aviation (Susi Air) is effective time management. However, if employees and companies are not able to manage time well, bad consequences will arise such as settlement of Late tasks, increased stress levels, and decreased productivity leading to loss of motivation.Susi Air adalah maskapai penerbangan Indonesia yang dioperasikan oleh PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation dengan penerbangan berjadwal dan charter. Berkantor-pusat di Pangandaran, Jawa Barat, Susi Air mengoperasikan penerbangan dari 5 pangkalan utama yakni di Medan (Sumatera Utara), Halim Perdana Kusuma (Jakarta), Jawa Tengah (Cilacap), Jawa Barat (Pangandaran dan Bandung), Samarinda, dan Jayapura (Papua). Didirikan pada akhir 2004 oleh Susi Pudjiastuti. Dalam menjalankan bisnisnya, Susi Air harus memiliki tingkat produktivitas yang tinggi sehingga hubungan antara peran perusahaan dan performa karyawan harus saling mendukung satu sama lain demi mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan, Manajemen waktu (Time Management) adalah usaha untuk mengorganisir, mengawasi, merencanakan, dan mengendalikan penggunaan waktu dengan efektif untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu. Aspek terpenting yang harus disebutkan adalah bahwa manajemen waktu tidak menuntut seseorang untuk belajar melakukan sebanyak mungkin hal dalam waktu singkat, tetapi memastikan bahwa orang tersebut melakukan apa yang perlu dilakukan, berurusan dengan hal yang benar-benar perlu diperhatikan. Kunci untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan dan menyelesaikan tugas dengan efisiensi di PT Asi Pudjiastuti Aviation (Susi Air) adalah manajemen waktu yang efektif. Namun, jika karyawan dan perusahaan tidak mampu mengelola waktu dengan baik, maka akan muncul akibat buruk seperti penyelesaian tugas yang terlambat, peningkatan tingkat stres, dan penurunan produktivitas yang berujung pada hilangnya motivasi.
