This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees of an organization in the Kemayoran area, Central Jakarta. Sampling was done using simple random sampling. No full textThis study aims to see the relationship between financial literacy and financial knowledge on the style of hedonism among students. The method used is descriptive qualitative by distributing questionnaires via Google form to 100 students throughout Indonesia. The results showed that financial literacy and financial knowledge could affect financial management, while technology and the environment are supporting factors for the financial literacy process of students. Thus, hedonistic behavior is not always influenced by the student's living environment; literacy and financial knowledge affect financial management more than technology and student living environment, which are the only supporting factors for student financial management.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana hubungan antara literasi keuangan dan financial knowledge terhadap gaya hedonisme di kalangan mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan berupa kualitatif deskriptif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui google form kepada 100 mahasiswa diseluruh Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan dan financial knowledge dapat memengaruhi pengelolaan keuangan, sedangkan teknologi dan lingkungan hidup menjadi faktor pendukung bagi proses literasi keuangan mahasiswa. Dengan demikian, perilaku hedonisme tidak selalu dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan hidup mahasiswa, hal ini dikarenakan literasi dan financial knowledge memengaruhi pengelolaan keuangan lebih besar dibandingkan dengan teknologi dan lingkungan hidup mahasiswa yang hanya merupakan faktor pendukung dari pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa.
 
Peranan Bappeda Dalam Pengentasan Kemiskinan Ekstrem Di Kabupaten Simeulue
No full textThis study aims to identify and examine the role of local governments in alleviating extreme poverty zones in the Simeulue Regency. The theory used in this study is the role of government according, which has four-dimensional variables, including entrepreneurship. Facilities, stimulus, and coordinator. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection obtained through three triangulation, including interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The data is analyzed through the concept, which includes reduction, showing that the role of the Simeulue District government in alleviating extreme poverty, which is reviewed through four dimensions, is not optimal, where from the variable, the role of the entrepreneur is still minimal work for the indigenous people of Simeulue. Then the last variable of the role of the stimulus of the local government of Simeulue people in extreme poverty zones can make the extremely poor of Simeulue develop more advanced, such as communication training and entrepreneurship.ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji peran pemerintah daerah dalam pengentasan wilayah kemiskinan ekstrem di Kabupaten Simeulue. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah peran pemerintah yang memiliki lima variabel dimensi, diantaranya kewirausahaan, fasilitas, stimulus, koordinasi dan pengawasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data yang diperoleh melalui tiga cara atau triangulasi, meliputi wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, kemudian data dianalisis melalui konsep, yang termasuk pengurangan menunjukkan bahwa peran pemerintah Kabupaten Simeulue dalam pengentasan kemiskinan ekstrim yang ditinjau melalui empat dimensi belum optimal, dimana dari variabel peran wirausaha masih minim pekerjaan bagi masyarakat asli Simeulue.
Kemudian variabel terakhir peran stimulus yaitu pemerintah daerah Simeulue, hanya menyediakan masyarakat yang berada dalam kondisi wilayah kemiskinan ekstrim, yang justru bisa membuat masyarakat Simeulue yang sangat miskin berkembang menjadi maju, seperti pelatihan komunikasi dan kewirausahaan.

No full textThis research aims to analyze the impact of visual merchandising, store atmosphere, and hedonic shopping motivation on impulse buying, with positive emotion as a mediator for KKV Indonesia consumers. The research involved 120 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method with the help of SmartPLS software. Based on the results, visual merchandising, store atmosphere, and hedonic shopping motivation significantly impact positive emotion. Positive emotion, in turn, has a significant effect on impulse buying. Positive emotion can act as a mediator in the relationship between visual merchandising, store atmosphere, hedonic shopping motivation, and impulse buying.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis dampak visual merchandising, store atmosphere, hedonic shopping motivation pada impulse buying dengan positive emotion sebagai mediator bagi konsumen KKV Indonesia dengan 120 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dann dianalisis menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil, visual merchandising, store atmosphere dan hedonic shopping motivation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap positive emotion. Positive emotion memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap impulse buying. No full textThe role that investors play in the current rapid development of the Indonesian Stock Exchange, investors must be very careful when making investments and must research the companies they wish to support. According to Mahendra (2018), a company is founded with a specific purpose and the main goal is to maximize profits. While the goal of the third company is to increase the value of the company, which is reflected in the share price, the goal of the second company is to enrich its shareholders or shareholders. The business has released its financial reports for the years 2018 to 2021. A total of thirty companies failed to comply with the requirements in the incomplete financial statements from 2018 to 2021. Therefore, using the SPSS application version 26, a binary logistic regression analysis was performed on the data collected by 25 sample companies. The type of data used in this research is secondary data and quantitative data. The company's financial reports can be accessed on the IDX, which is the source of study data. 2. The profitability of a company is directly inversely correlated with its value. Directly proportional to the profitability of the company, and vice versa, the value of the company increases. 3. The size and profitability of a company is directly related to its value.Peran yang dimainkan investor dalam perkembangan pesat Bursa Efek Indonesia saat ini, investor harus sangat berhati-hati saat melakukan investasi dan harus meneliti perusahaan yang ingin mereka dukung. Sebuah perusahaan didirikan dengan tujuan tertentu, menurut Mahendra (2018) dan tujuan utamanya adalah memaksimalkan keuntungan. Sementara tujuan perusahaan ketiga adalah untuk meningkatkan nilai perusahaan, yang tercermin dari harga saham, tujuan perusahaan kedua adalah untuk memperkaya pemegang saham atau pemegang sahamnya. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dan data kuantitatif. Laporan keuangan perusahaan dapat diakses di BEI, yang menjadi sumber data studi. 2.
