    The purpose of this research is to be able to know and understand what the application of the sales management control system is like in Dasby'D's business. Dasby'D is a business trading daster clothes and women's pajamas that have a business process, namely buying daster in large quantities/wholesale to convection at prices that can be reached by all levels of society and has good quality, which will later be marketed through outlets and also digital markets. In its operational activities, Dasby'D prepares an operating budget that aims to provide information on the expected performance of each business owner. The Management Control System in a business has the task of determining and ensuring the company's operating budget can reach sales and profit. The data analysis technique used is to use deductive analysis methods and also descriptive analysis methods. Research that has been carried out shows that, Dasby'D's efforts in achieving success in controlling the purchase of merchandise and the use of finance in business operations. Profit acquisition is one of the performance standards in companies getting a return of around 20% of revenue. This informs that the company's operating performance is a standard of performance achievement for a business that has experienced growth in a good and positive direction.Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah agar dapat mengetahui dan memahami seperti apa penerapan sistem pengendalian manajemen penjualan pada usaha Dasby’D. Dasby’D adalah usaha dagang baju daster serta piyama wanita yang memiliki proses bisnis yaitu membeli daster dengan jumlah yang cukup banyak/grosir kepada konveksi dengan harga yang dapat dijangkau seluruh lapisan masyarakat dan memiliki kualitas yang baik yang nantinya akan dipasarkan melalui outlet dan juga digital market. Dalam kegiatan operasionalnya, Dasby’D melakukan penyusunan anggaran oprasional yang memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk memberikan informasi tetang kinerja yang diharapkan setiap pemilik usaha. Sistem Pengendalian Manajemen dalam suatu usaha mempunyai tugas untuk menentukan dan memastikan anggaran operasi perusahaan untuk dapat mencapai tingkat penjualan dan mendapatkan keuntungan atau laba. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode analisis deduktif dan juga metode analisis deskriptif. Penelitian yang sudah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa, usaha Dasby’D dalam mencapai keberhasilan dalam pengendalian dalam pembelian barang dagangan dan penggunaan keuangan dalam oprasional bisnis. Perolehan keuntungan adalah sebagai salah satu standar kinerja pada perusahaan mendapatkan return sekitar 20% dari pendapatan. Accounting Information is an output for companies in the financial sector that is influenced by business strategy and internal control. This study provides a critical analysis of how business strategy, internal control, and human resource professionalism affect accounting information. The linear regression analysis test is a measuring tool for whether the dependent variable is influenced by the three independent variables. The research uses quantitative statistical methods with SPSS version 21. The results of the hypothesis test explain that business strategy has a significant positive effect on the quality of accounting information. Internal control has a significant positive effect on the quality of accounting information and HR professionalism has a significant positive effect on the quality of accounting information

This research aims to find out how the performance of employees at PT Triwarga Dian Sakti (Honda Prima Harapan Indah) is influenced by the variables of Job Placement (X1), Work Motivation (X2), and Work Environment (X3) on Employee Performance (Y). This study aims to determine the effect of Work Placement, Work Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT. Triwarga Dian Sakti Honda Harapan Indah Bekasi. With a total of 100 employees of PT. Triwarga Dian Sakti (Honda Prima Harapan Indah) was used as a research subject. data collection methods in this study used a questionnaire and a Likert scale. This research was processed using the Smart PLS 4.0 analysis method, the results showed that Work Placement and Work Motivation had a positive effect on Employee Performance, while the work environment did not have a significant effect on Employee Performance

    This study aims to analyze the impact of press statements regarding the relaxation of mask use on Abnormal Returns and Trading Volume Activity. This research is quantitative research that uses a comparative method. The objects in this study are Abnormal Returns and Trading Volume Activity, the data of which is taken from a summary of stock prices and an overview of the IHSG of companies that are members of the LQ-45 index on the IDX, with a sampling technique using the census method. The data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Rank Test with a tool in the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25 application. The results showed differences in Abnormal Returns before and after press statements regarding the relaxation of mask use. And there is no difference in Trading Volume Activity before and after the press statement regarding easing the use of masks.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak pernyataan pers terkait pelonggaran penggunaan masker terhadap Abnormal Return dan Trading Volume Activity. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode komparatif. Objek pada penelitian ini adalah Abnormal Return dan Trading Volume Activity yang datanya diambil dari ringkasan harga saham dan ringkasan IHSG perusahaan yang tergabung dalam indeks LQ-45 di BEI, dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Data tersebut dianalisis mengunakan uji Wilcoxon Rank Test dengan alat bantu berupa aplikasi Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan Abnormal Return sebelum dan sesudah pernyataan pers terkait pelonggaran penggunaan masker.     Teachers are one of the main components that support the implementation of education so to achieve professional processes and results, teachers must always improve the quality of education. However, in the field, teachers still do not implement their main duties and functions as teachers optimally. This happens because many determining factors influence this phenomenon. This research was conducted at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Sirojul Ulum Lopang and Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Lopang involving 21 teachers. The research method uses a quantitative approach to determine the influence of competency levels, teacher qualifications, and motivation on performance. The method used is quantitative. The research results show that the level of competence shows an opposite relationship with performance. Qualifications and motivation have a significant influence on performance.Guru adalah salah satu komponen utama yang mendukung terlaksananya pendidikan, sehingga demi tercapainya proses dan hasil yang professional, guru harus selalu meningkatkan kualitas dalam hal pendidikan. Namun di lapangan, guru masih belum menerapkan tugas pokok dan fungsinya sebagai guru secara optimal. Hal itu terjadi karena banyak faktor penentu yang mempengaruhi fenomena tersebut. This control can be done by supervising activities during production, choosing good-quality materials, and paying more attention to placing production results.     The impact of the Covid 19 pandemic on the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) has resulted in a worsening economy in Indonesia and various countries. MSMEs must find the right strategy to recover and redevelop their business. One of the strategies is digital marketing which allows MSME actors to market their products with a wider range. The problem described in this article is how to apply digital marketing to MSMEs with the UMKM Filiya Galeri sample. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with research perceptions to explain in detail the objects that are meticulous in the application of digital marketing and the method of application based on the data obtained on sales. From the results of implementing digital marketing, it is very effective and effective for reaching customers for sales. In implementing digital marketing itself, there are internal and external constraints. These obstacles include unstable internet connection, delays, and internal problems due to limited human resources and raw material suppliers
