    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Cash Turnover, Receivable Turnover, and Inventory Turnover on Profitability in Building Construction Sub Sector Companies in Indonesia. The variable used is Return on Assets as the dependent variable and the independent variable is Cash Turnover, Receivable Turnover, and Inventory Turnover. The sample used in this study is a company listed in the building construction sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples were selected using purposive sampling. From a population of 50 companies listed in the building construction sector on the IDX. There were 38 companies that did not pass the purposive sampling selection so the sample used in this study was 12 companies

    The type of data used is Secondary Data which is obtained from monthly BRIS Stock Price Movement Data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. There were 43 samples in this study. The results showed that partially the investment decision had a significant positive effect on CAPM with tcount > ttable (2.774>1.684) and a significant value of (0.017<0.05). Partially, investment feasibility has a significant negative effect on CAPM with a tcount > ttable (2.495<1.684) and a significant value of (0.008<0.05). Simultaneously Investment Decisions and Investment Feasibility have a significant effect on CAPM. With a significant value of (specify) the value of Fcount > Ftable, namely (3.868> 3.23). While the value of the coefficient of determination is 78%.Jenis data yang digunakan adalah Data Sekunder yang diperoleh dari Data Pergerakan Harga Saham BRIS bulanan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Ada 43 sampel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial keputusan investasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap CAPM dengan thitung > ttabel (2,774>1,684) dan nilai signifikansi sebesar (0,017<0,05). Secara parsial kelayakan investasi berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap CAPM dengan nilai thitung > ttabel (2,495<1,684) dan nilai signifikansi (0,008<0,05). Secara simultan Keputusan Investasi dan Kelayakan Investasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap CAPM. Dengan nilai signifikan (sebutkan) nilai Fhitung > Ftabel yaitu (3,868 > 3,23). Sedangkan nilai koefisien determinasinya adalah 78%

    This study aims to analyze the direct and variable influence of promotion, innovation and product quality as well as indirect on company performance through customer satisfaction Red Ginger Laris Pisan. The research sample was 112 respondents who were existing customers and new customers. Data analysis techniques use Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis processed with Smart-PLS software. The study’s results proved that the variables of promotion, innovation and product quality significantly affected customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction significantly affected company performance. Meanwhile, product quality variables have a significant effect on company performance, but promotion variables and innovation variables do not have a significant effect on company performance.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan taksung variabel promosi, inovasi dan kualitas produk maupun tidak langsung terhadap kinerja perusahaan melalui kepuasan pelanggan Jahe Merah Laris Pisan. Sampel penelitian sejumlah 112 responden yang merupakan pelanggan lama maupun pelanggan baru. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang diolah dengan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa variabel promosi, inovasi dan kualitas produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan.     The Tiktok social media in Indonesia is widely used for creativity and for doing business with the public. One company that implements this strategy is Scarlett Whitening. Scarlett Whitening is a beauty product from Indonesia that is intensively marketed through social media, especially on social media such as TikTok, by creating digital content and collaborating with influencers to build a brand image on its products. This research was conducted to determine how much digital influence Tiktok's social media marketing content has on the brand image of Scarlett Whitening products. This study's independent variable is TikTok's digital marketing content, while the dependent variable is the brand image. This quantitative research uses multiple linear regression analysis, normality tests, correlation analyses, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (T-test and F-test). The results of the study indicate that there is an influence of Tiktok's digital marketing contacts on the brand image of Scarlett Whitening products. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained were 0.411. So it can be explained that the independent variable, namely digital content marketing Tiktok, influences 41.1% while the remaining 58.9% is influenced by other variables not in this study.Di Indonesia media sosial Tiktok acap kali digunakan untuk kegiatan yang bersifat kreatif hingga bisnis oleh masyarakat. Salah satu perusahaan yang menerapkan strategi ini adalah Scarlett Whitening. Scarlett Whitening adalah produk kecantikan asal Indonesia yang gencar melakukan pemasaran melalui media sosial terutama dimedia sosial tiktok dengan membuat digital konten serta bekerjasama dengan influencer guna membangun brand image pada produknya. . Penelitian ini dilaksanakan guna mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh digital konten marketing media sosial Tiktok terhadap brand image produk scarlett whitening. Variabel independent pada penelitian ini adalah digital konten marketing Tiktok sedangkan variabel dependennya adalah brand image. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi..linier.berganda, uji normalitas, analisis korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis (uji.T.dan uji F.). Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh digital kontal marketing Tiktok terhadap brand image produk Scarlett Whitening. Hasil uji analisis koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,411. Maka dapat dijelaskan bahwa variabel independent yaitu digital konten marketing Tiktok memiliki pengaruh sebesar 41,1% sedangkan sisanya 58,9% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini

    This study investigates the influence of financial literacy, locus of control, psychological factors, and demographic factors on the investment decisions of Generation Z. The results show that good financial literacy, a positive locus of control, as well as psychological factors such as self-confidence and risk-taking ability, have a significant impact on the investment decisions of Generation Z. Additionally, demographic factors such as occupation, age, and education also play a crucial role in their investment decision-making. Despite the significant effects of these variables, the study also finds the existence of other factors influencing the investment decisions of Generation Z. Generation Z is advised to invest wisely by choosing financial institutions regulated by the OJK (Financial Services Authority of Indonesia), avoiding potential scams, and considering investment diversification to mitigate risk

A Murabaha contract is a contract of buying and selling goods at the original price with an additional agreed profit. In this contract, the member or customer knows the original price and the price given to the member or customer so that they both know and there is no element of gharar in it. This study aims to find out how the application of murabahah contracts on financing products at KSSPPS Nuri East Java and whether the application of Murabaha contracts on financing products is in accordance with sharia. regarding Murabaha contracts on savings products and looking theoretically at what is applied in banks, this study uses a qualitative method, namely a method by analyzing research results that produce descriptive analysis data. In addition, data collection was carried out by direct interviews with KSPPS Nuri Jatim Cab. Pegantenan, Customer Nuri East Java and Academics of Islamic Economics. The results of the research are savings products in Nuri East Java using a murabahah mutlaqah contract, with a profit ratio of 25:75 (25 for customers and 75 for banks)

    This study aimed to ascertain the impact of price and social media advertising on Randang Paku Pangkito customers' loyalty in Dharmasraya Regency. A quantitative descriptive survey is what we're doing here. The participants in this study are Randang Paku Rangkito consumers. The Chocran formula was used to determine the number of research samples. A total of 100 individuals were chosen using the purposive sampling method. The information was gathered by distributing questionnaires with predefined questions to Randang Paku Rangkito customers. Multiple regression analysis using SPSS 21 is the analysis method employed. The study's findings demonstrate that: (1) Instagram social media promotion has a favourable and significant impact on Price has a positive and substantial impact on both consumer loyalty, and (2) price has a positive and significant impact on both consumer loyalty and (3) promotion through social media platforms like Instagram.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni guna mengetahui pengaruh harga serta iklan media sosial terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Randang Paku Pangkito di Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Studi kuantitatif deskriptif adalah apa yang kami lakukan di sini. Partisipan penelitian ini yakni konsumen Randang Paku Rangkito. Pada rumus Chocran digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah sampel penelitian. Sebanyak 100 individu dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Informasi yang digunakan dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan pertanyaan yang telah ditentukan kepada pelanggan Randang Paku Rangkito. Analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS 21 adalah metode analisis yang digunakan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan yakni: (1) promosi media sosial Instagram berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Harga berpengaruh positif dan substansial terhadap loyalitas konsumen dan (2) harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen dan (3) promosi melalui platform media sosial seperti Instagram.
