Open communication is a part of the science of business ethics, a business science that is believed to provide benefits not only to companies or to people who run business, but also to employees, the general public, and the natural environment. Open communication becomes a principle thing in running a company in which there are many deserving people. Open communication becomes a principal thing in running a company in which there are many diverse people. Open communication will make people trust each other. Then, open communication will become effective communication. In fact, effective delivery of information will smoothen the workflow of a company so that the company can get maximum results. PT. Global Sinergi Kartu is one of the companies that implement this rule. Employees of the company stated that they tend to like the openness in communication applied by their leaders. The employees feel to be given the freedom to express their opinion and to get clear information. By conducting in-depth interviews to obtain data, this qualitative research shows the result that the application of the principle of information disclosure has a real positive impact on the performance of employees
Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Tingkat Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Wonoayu Sidoarjo
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji analisis kualitas pelayanan terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan PT. Pos Indonesia cabang Wonoayu Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dimensi TERRA, yang membantu untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan bukti fisik (Tangible), empati (Empathy), keandalan (Resliability), daya tanggap (Responsiveness) dan jaminan (Assurance). Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah pelanggan PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Wonoayu Sidoarjo. Jumlah sampel yang dianggap representatif dan mencerminkan karakteristik keseluruhan adalah 50 responden. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diuji dengan metode analisis uji-t dan korelasi product-moment. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada PT. Pos Indonesia cabang Wonoayu Sidoarjo memiliki dimensi responsiveness, empati dan assurance. Kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh PT. Pos Indonesia cabang Wonoayu Sidoarjo sangat baik karena memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan. Pada saat yang sama, dalam hal wujud dan keandalan, kualitas layanan yang diberikan sudah baik, tetapi masih ada beberapa kekurangan

This research aims to analyze the policies and efforts taken by the Jakarta government to deal with Covid 19. This research is qualitative research with descriptive methods of analysis and data collection techniques using literature studies. The results showed that the policies and efforts made have not been fully effective in handling Covid 19 in Jakarta. Obstacles in handling stem from community non-compliance and weak coordination of central and local governments
Optimalisasi Strategi Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Dalam Pembinaan Akhlakul Karimah Siswa Sekolah Dasar Masa Pandemik Covid-19
This study aims to describe (1) the moral development program. (2) the approach and steps developed by Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering the morality of students. (3) factors supporting and inhibiting the moral development of students at SDN 9 Kampung Baru Simpang Empat Tanah Bumbu. The method used descriptive qualitative approach. The data analysis technique used by Miles and Huberman used by triangulation test. The results of the study show, (1) The program for the development of morality includes: Relationship to Allah by getting used to obeying worship, both sunnah and obligatory. Relationships with others are accustomed to behaving politely, politely, respecting and appreciating others. Relationship with the environment with love for the environment. The relationship with oneself maintains, takes care of the body and obeys the rules. (2) The approach and steps developed by Islamic Religious Education teachers in fostering the morality of students include: personal approach, example, habituation, punishment. (3) Supporting and inhibiting factors for fostering student morality, supporting factors are: the existence of self-awareness in students, role models in teachers, learning methods, cooperation and support from parents, facilities and infrastructure. While the inhibiting factors are lack of PAI subject hours, misuse of cellphones, student environment, unsupportive study background, limited supervision by the school
Analisis Dampak Pandemi Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) Terhadap Realisasi Pembayaran Pajak Daerah Di Kabupaten Sidoarjo
This study discusses the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on local tax payments, explaining the realization of local tax payments that declined due to covid-19. The variables of this study include the receipt of nine regional taxes, including Land and Building Tax, Land Acquisition and Land Acquisition Fees, Street Lighting Tax, Groundwater Tax, Billboard Tax, Restaurant Tax , Hotel Taxes, Entertainment Taxes, and Parking Taxes. This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Research location in Sidoarjo Regency Regional Tax Service Board. The data used in this study is the realization of regional financial revenues in 2018-2020. Data analysis uses descriptive techniques. The results showed that the impact of the covid-19 pandemic affected the realization of local tax payments
 
Implementasi Kebijakan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat Pada Ruang Publik Terbuka Dalam Penanggulangan Wabah Covid-19 Di DKI Jakarta
This research is a qualitative descriptive study using descriptive analysis by describing the implementation of community activity restriction policies (PKM) in DKI Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that there is an adaptation of the physical elements of public spaces in Jakarta, such as the addition of simple cleaning facilities to comply with health protocols. Based on observations and analysis, the adaptation that occurs does not have to be an adaptation of physical elements. However, it can also only be in the form of maintaining distance, the need for larger road spaces, choosing seats, or the purpose of using public spaces to increase immunity and health due to quarantine during the pandemic. This adaptation is supported by written regulations for the use of public spaces and must be obeyed by visitors
Pengaruh Keragaman Produk Dan Kepercayaan Terhadap Minat Beli Online Saat Pandemi Covid-19
This study was conducted to examine the extent of the influence of product diversity and trust in online buying interest during the Covid-19 pandemic in the millennial community in Sukabumi. This type of research is categorized as a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. The population is all millennials in Sukabumi. In this study, the number of samples used 100 respondents. Data collection techniques through online questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. Testing the quality of the instrument using the validity test and reliability test. The next test is testing the fulfillment of classical assumptions and multiple linear regression analysis, including t statistical testing and F statistics. The results of the study found that partially and simultaneously product diversity and trust variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase interest variables
Penggunaan Media Sosial Terhadap Kegiatan Pemasaran Dalam Memasarkan Produk Mokko Factory Kota Sukabumi
The use of social media that is rife in the community has made many companies market their products on social media. The formulation of the problem raised in this research is the role of social media for the Mokko Factory company, the company in conducting sales and promotions through social media and the role of social media in marketing strategies and responses from various groups. The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of social media for companies in Mokko Factory marketing activities, the role of social media in marketing strategies, the responses of lecturers and students to social media as a means of promotion and to find out how the advantages and disadvantages of using social media as a means of promoting Mokko Factory. The research method used for this research is a qualitative method, namely research on research that is descriptive and tends to use analysis. The result of this study is that knowing the role of social media for companies is very profitable because it makes marketing easier.Penggunaan media sosial yang marak dimasyarakat membuat banyak perusahaan memasarkan produknya di media sosial. Rumusan masalah yang diajukan dalam penlitian ini Bagaimana peran media sosial untuk perusahaan Mokko Factory, perusahaan dalam melakukan penjualan dan promosi melalui sosial media dan peran media sosial dalam strategi pemasaran dan tanggapan dari berbagai kalangan . Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui bagaimana peran media sosial untuk perusahaan dalam kegiatan pemasaran Mokko Factory, peranan media sosial dalam strategi pemasaran, tanggapan dosen dan mahasiswa terhadap media sosial yang menjadi sarana promosi dan mengetahui bagaimana kelebihan dan kekurangan penggunaan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi Mokko Factory. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk makalah ini adalah metode kualitatif, yaitu penelitian tentang riset yang besifat deskriptif dan cenderung menggunakan analisis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui peran media sosial bagi perusahaan ternyata sangatlah menguntungkan karena memudahkan untuk melakukan pemasaran
Optimalisasi Pendistribusian Dana Zakat, Infak, Shadaqah Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Baznas Kabupaten Ponorogo
This research aims to find out the distribution of Zakat, Infak, and Shadaqah (ZIS) funds in the Baznas Ponorogo Regency during the pandemic and to find out whether the distribution has been optimal or not. The study uses a descriptive qualitative and a phenomenological approach. Based on the analysis of the final data generated, there was a procedure for filing requests, assessment of the eligibility the candidates of mustahik, and determination and submission of ZIS funds during the pandemic. The distribution activities in the Baznas Ponorogo Regency have been appropriate and optimal according to UU Nomor 23 Tahun 2011, Fatwa MUI Nomor 23 Tahun 2020 and SE Nomor 8 Tahun 2020.Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan ketidakseimbangan perekonomian masyarakat.Banyak masyarakat yang kehilangan pekerjaan dan kesejahteraanya menurun. Pada masa pandemi terdapat Fatwa MUI Nomor 23 Tahun 2020 tentang pemanfaatan Harta Zakat, Infak dan Shadaqah Untuk Penanggulangan Covid-19 dan Dampaknya. Selain itu terdapat Surat Edaran Nomor 8 Tahun 2020 tentang Percepatan Pembayaran dan Pendistribusian Zakat Serta Optimalisasi Wakaf Sebagai Jaring Pengamanan Sosial Dalam Kondisi Darurat Kesehatan Covid-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendistribusian dana Zakat, Infak, Shadaqah (ZIS) di Baznas Kabupaten Ponorogo pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dan untuk mengetahui apakah pendistribusian tersebut telah optimal atau belum. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Sumber data diperoleh dari informan yaitu pegawai Baznas Kabupaten Ponorogo bagian pendistribusian dan mustahik terdampak pandemi Covid-19, tempat dan peristiwa di Kabupaten Ponorogo dan arsip atau dokumen. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Berdasarkan analisis data akhirnya dihasilkan bahwa terdapat prosedur pengajuan permohonan, penilaian kelayakan calon mustahik, dan penetapan sekaligus penyerahan dana ZIS pada masa pandemi serta kegiatan pendistribusian pada Baznas Kabupaten Ponorogo telah sesuai dan optimal terhadap UU Nomor 23 Tahun 2011, Fatwa MUI Nomor 23 Tahun 2020 dan SE Nomor 8 Tahun 2020.

This study aims to examine the effect of online marketing and service quality on purchasing decisions at furniture store Rumah Q-ta in Sukabum City. This research category is categorized as descriptive research using a quantitative approach. The population of this research is the consumer of furniture store Rumah Q-ta in Sukabumi City. The research sample was 100 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. Testing the quality of the instrument using validity and reliability tests. Further testing the fulfillment of classical assumptions and multiple linear regression analysis which includes the t statistical test and F statistical test. The result showed that partially and simultaneously online marketing and service quality had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decision variables. Consumers view the online marketing of furniture store Rumah Q-ta as very attractive and good, the service quality is under what consumers want
