Pengaruh Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan: Studi Literatur
This study aims to identify whether work stress affects employee performance. The sample of this research is articles published in 18 accredited national journals within a period of 6 years, namely from 2017 to 2022. The sample is obtained from as many as 20 articles that discuss work stress. The research method used is charting the field method by classifying articles based on topics, methods, and research sectors. The result is that the most studied topic from the dependent variable is employee performance, and the most studied independent variable is work stress. The research sector that is mostly carried out as the object of research is the private sector. Evaluasi Model Perhitungan Tarif Dasar Kamar Rawat Inap Pasien Berdasar Metode Activity Based Costing Study Pada Rs Siloam Kebon Jeruk
The purpose of this study tested the basic rate calculation method in inpatients at Siloam Kebon Jeruk Hospital comparing tariff pricing policies with the calculation of the base price at the base rate, so as to obtain an overview of which classes subsidize and subsidized classes, explaining in detail each cost grouped by the company based on patient activity. The ABC method becomes a comparison in the breakdown of activity costs. The calculation of the basic rate of patient hospitalization costs in different classes was determined based on the details of the activity costs of the patient's activities. The amount of cost subsidies provided to Class III and Class II is derived from the income of class VviP, VIP and Suite Room patients. Fixed Costs and Variable Costs are calculated based on the grouping of costs according to the provisions of cost accounting theory. The difference in costs obtained between the provisions of the hospital and the ABC method is a subsidy for patients at Siloam Kebon Jeruk Hospital
Peran Kepemimpinan, Motivasi, dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan : Studi Kasus di Indomedia Promotion
In a company will be found aspects of leadership, motivation, and work discipline. This study aims to determine the role of leadership, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance in a company. Indomedia Promotion is an advertising company that has implemented these aspects. This research uses the descriptive qualitative method which is a research method by observing and describing the situation in the field specifically, transparently, and deeply. The results of this study are based on the observations of observers who have conducted an internship program at the company. The results of the study were also obtained based on the results of interviews with several employees who occupy positions in a division in the company. The conclusion from this research is that leadership has a very important role in employee performance by applying motivation and work discipline. The better the employee's performance, the easier it is for the company to achieve its goalsDalam suatu perusahaan akan ditemukan aspek kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada suatu perusahaan. Indomedia Promotion merupakan perusahaan advertising/periklanan yang telah menerapkan aspek-aspek tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deksriptif yang merupakan metode penelitian dengan mengamati dan mendeskripsikan keadaan dilapangan dengan spesifik, transparan, dan mendalam. Adapun hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan observasi pengamat yang telah melakukan program magang pada perusahaan tersebut. Hasil penelitian juga didapat berdasarkan hasil wawancara kepada beberapa karyawan yang menempati posisi dalam suatu divisi di perusahaan tersebut. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penelitian ini yaitu kepemimpinan memiliki peran sangat penting bagi kinerja karyawan dengan menerapkan motivasi dan disiplin kerja. Semakin baik kinerja karyawan maka semakin mudah perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan
Pengaruh Brand Ambassador Aktor Korea Terhadap Brand Image Produk Scarlett (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Universitas Tidar): Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Universitas Tidar
Marketing strategy involving brand ambassadors is one way for companies to improve their brand image. This research was conducted to analyze how influential the brand ambassador was on the brand image of Scarlett products for Tidar University students. This research is a type of quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis, normality test, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing (t-test). The population in this study were Tidar University students with a total sample of 50 respondents. The sample was determined using a non-probability sampling technique, the type of purposive sampling. The data were analyzed using the SPSS 26 application. From the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that only the power indicator affected the brand image (t-value 2,943 > t-table 2,228). Meanwhile, indicators of visibility (t-value -500 < t-table 2,228), credibility (t-value 1,717 < t-table 2,228), and attraction (t-value -1,099 < t-table 2,228) do not affect brand image. The analysis of the coefficient of determination showed the results of 0.380
Strategi marketing dengan melibatkan brand ambassador merupakan salah satu cara bagi perusahaan dalam meningkatkan brand image. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan guna menganalisis seberapa berpengaruhya brand ambassador terhadap brand image produk scarlett pada mahasiswa Universitas Tidar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji normalitas, analisis korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis (uji t). Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa Universitas Tidar dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling jenis purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26. Dari hasil uji hipotesis ditemukan bahwa hanya indikator power saja yang berpengaruh terhadap brand image ( thitung 2,943 > ttabel 2,228). Sedangkan indikator visibility (thitung -500 < ttabel 2,228), credibility (thitung 1,717 < ttabel 2,228) dan attraction (thitung -1,099 < ttabel 2,228) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap brand image. Pada analisis koefisien determinasi menunjukkan hasil sebesar 0,380.
 
LEARNING INNOVATIONS OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC TIME ISLAMIC EDUCATION (PAI) IN SEKOLAH DASAR NEGRI 9 KAMPUNG BARU KECAMATAN SIMPANG EMPAT KABUPATEN TANAH BUMBU KALIMANTAN SELATAN
The main factor in this study aims to find out what learning innovations were carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic, then what is the impact of implementing learning innovations, and want to see them supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing learning innovations carried out by the 9 Kampung Baru Elementary School, Simpang District. Four districts of Tanah Bumbu, South Kalimantan. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results showed that the learning innovations that were carried out were emphasized on: First, the delivery of Islamic Religious Education materials that applied four learning innovations, namely the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) strategy, PowerPoint media, mobile communication media, and social media as well as a religious practice competition. Second, the impact of implementing learning innovations during the Covid-19 pandemic can be seen in the following two things: a) students become trained to relate lessons learned with what is happening in the environment at that time, b). Changes in student attitudes are getting better. Third, Supporting Factors and Inhibiting Factors for the implementation of Learning Innovation in Islamic Religious Education Subjects: 1) the supporting factors for PAI learning innovation are as follows: a. Teacher ability. b). Students' abilities. c). Facilities and infrastructure. 2). Inhibiting factors in the implementation of learning innovation, among others, are as follows: a) Teacher limitations. b) Inadequate facilities and infrastructure. c). Students' diverse psychological abilities and souls.Faktor utama dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui inovasi pembelajaran apa saja yang dilakukan selama pandemi Covid-19, kemudian apa dampak dari penerapan inovasi pembelajaran tersebut, dan ingin melihat faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan inovasi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh 9 SD Kampung Baru, Kecamatan Simpang. Empat kabupaten Tanah Bumbu, Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi pembelajaran yang dilakukan ditekankan pada: Pertama, penyampaian materi Pendidikan Agama Islam yang menerapkan empat inovasi pembelajaran yaitu strategi Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL), media power point, media komunikasi mobile dan sosial. media serta kompetisi amalan keagamaan. Kedua, dampak penerapan inovasi pembelajaran selama pandemi Covid-19 dapat dilihat pada dua hal berikut ini: a) siswa menjadi terlatih untuk menghubungkan pembelajaran dengan apa yang terjadi di lingkungan saat itu, b). Perubahan sikap siswa semakin baik. Ketiga, Faktor Pendukung dan Faktor Penghambat Implementasi Inovasi Pembelajaran pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam: 1) Faktor pendukung inovasi pembelajaran PAI adalah sebagai berikut: a. Kemampuan guru. b). Kemampuan siswa. c). Sarana dan prasarana. 2). Faktor penghambat dalam pelaksanaan inovasi pembelajaran antara lain sebagai berikut: a) Keterbatasan guru. b) Sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai. c). Kemampuan psikologis dan jiwa siswa yang beragam

Pengaruh Komunikasi dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Koperasi Tuwuh Sari Kecamatan Angsana Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu
All organizations strive to achieve their goals to the fullest. Organizational goals can be achieved with good employee performance. Employee performance is influenced by communication and motivation. To analyze the effect of communication and motivation on employee performance at the Tuwuh Sari Cooperative, Angsana District, Tanah Bumbu Regency, it is necessary to do. The research method uses quantitative methods. The population of this research is the employees of the Tuwuh Sari Cooperative. The sampling technique used is the census. The sample of this study amounted to 40 employees. data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that communication and motivation affected the performance of the employees of the Tuwuh Sari Cooperative, Angsana District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. Motivation has a dominant effect on the performance of the employees of the Tuwuh Sari Cooperative. However, these two variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Thus, it is suggested that communication and motivation need to be improved because these two variables improve employee performance.Semua organisasi berusaha mencapai tujuan secara maksimal. Tujuan organisasi dapat dicapai dengan kinerja karyawan yang baik. kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh komunikasi dan motivasi. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Koperasi Tuwuh Sari Kecamatan Angsana Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu perlu dilakukan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Koperasi Tuwuh Sari. Teknik pengambilan sampel penggunakan sensus. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang karyawan. pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi dan motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Koperasi Tuwuh Sari Kecamatan Angsana Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. Motivasi berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan Koperasi Tuwuh Sari. Namun demikian kedua variabel ini berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian disarankan komunikasi dan motivasi perlu ditingkatkan lagi karena kedua variabel ini meningkatkan kinerja karyawan
Analisis Prinsip Syariah Pada Pembiayaan Modal Usaha: Studi Kasus BMT Mandiri Sejahtera Kecamatan Sugio Kabupaten Lamongan
The purpose of this study is to determine the conformity of Sharia principles in business capital financing at BMT Mandiri Sejahtera, Sugio sub-district branch. The method was descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The validity test used the source triangulation technique. This study indicates that BMT Mandiri Sejahtera has three Sharia contracts in business capital financing. It consists of Rahn, murabahah and mudharabah. Rahn is the most popular financing contract. There have been violations of shariah rules on Rahn in 2019, whereas, for murabahah and mudharabah financing contracts, they have followed the existing Sharia rules.

Pembiayaan dari Lembaga keuangan BMT diberikan dengan mengutamakan prinsip Syariah yang ada. Namun di sisi lain pihak BMT dinilai masih kurang maksimal dalam memberikan penjelasan mengenai akad syariah dalam pembiayaan. Tujuan dri penelitian ini mengetahui kesesuaian prinsip syariah pada pembiayaan modal usaha di BMT Mandiri Sejahter cabang kecamatan sugio. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas dilakukan dengan Teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga akad syariah yang diterapkan dalam pembiayaan modal usaha di BMT Mandiri Sejahtera. Masing-masing antara lain Rahn, murabahah dan musharabah. Akad pembiayaan Rahn banyak diminati tetapi terjadi pelanggaran di tahun 2019. Untuk akad pembiayaan murabahah dan mudharobah telah sesuai aturan syariah yang ada.

Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Bagian Umum Dan Kepegawaian Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Banten
This research aims to determine the influence of Work Motivation and Career Development on Employee Performance in the general office and staffing secretariat of the DPRD Banten Province. This research was conducted by survey method with a quantitative approach. The population of this study amounted to 200 employees and sampled 133 employees calculated using slovin’s formula. The research was conducted in the general and staffing office of the Secretariat of the DPRD of Banten Province from January 1 to 2019. The data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed with SPSS version 23. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is no influence of work motivation on employee performance, there can be an influence of career development on employee performance, and there can be a significant influence between Work Motivation and Career Development on Employee Performance

The rapid development in all fields creates business opportunities, especially in the construction sector. Construction involves various aspects of development, such as housing construction to roads. The purpose of this paper is to determine the strategic position of the company in the construction industry, to be able to get opportunities and survive the competition and survive the economic recession. In addition, it identifies the factors that affect company performance and develops strategic management so that the company can make decisions appropriately following company conditions. The national construction industry market, mostly dominated by large contractors who are members of the Indonesian Contractors Association (AKI), are members of 100 companies. Of the 100 AKI members, there are 10 national contractors, namely six BUMN, two quasi BUMN, and two national private companies. The sales level of the 10 large national contractors have almost the same income, so the level of competition is fierce. Competition in the construction service industry is getting tighter and the Covid 19 pandemic also has an impact on the development project of PT Adhi Karya. To deal with the recession that will occur, PT Adhi Karya has many specific strategies to deal with recession by implementing incentive strategies, related diversification strategies, providing training for HR, and disciplining SOPs and SWOT analysis
