A questão russa: seu lugar nas reflexões de Vanguarda Socialista
Get PDFVanguarda Socialista, a newspaper edited by Mário Pedrosa in Rio de Janeiro from 1945 to 1948 elaborates a socialist and democratic political proposal as an alternative to the bolshevik conception, which was believed surpassed by history. The "Russian question" lies thus at the center of the group's preoccupations. This paper tries not only to analyse the newspaper's explanation for the origins of bureaucracy in the USSR, bringing to light the contradictions which run through it, but also to establish the group's affiliation to Rosa Luxemburg's ideas, in the attempt to clarify those contradictions.Vanguarda Socialista, jornal editado por Mário Pedrosa no Rio de Janeiro, de 1945 a 1948, elabora uma proposta política socialista e democrática como alternativa à concepção bolchevique, que acredita superada pela história. Nessa medida, a "questão russa" encontra-se no centro das preocupações do grupo. Este artigo procura não só analisar a explicação do jornal para as origens da burocracia na URSS, mostrando as contradições que a perpassam, como também estabelecer a filiação do grupo às idéias de Rosa Luxemburgo, na tentativa de esclarecer as referidas contradições

Lacan x Buber/Paz: entre o contingente e o eterno
Get PDFA comparison between Lacan's ideas on the one hand, and Buber's and Paz's on the other reveals an absolute incompatibility of positions. According to Lacan, an original unity cannot be recuperated and has never actually existed. Birth imposes a condition of incompleteness upon human beings, bringing about desire and a nostalgic search for a lost object. All human actions are reduced to a search for objects that produce a false satisfaction and joy and replace a basic emptiness with their presence. Conversely, for Buber/Paz, an original unity is established since the beginning and has never ceased to exist. Human actions can awake this unity at each and every moment and in each, and every fact and act of daily life.Um confronto entre as idéias de Lacan de um lado e as de Buber e O. Paz de outro revela uma incompatibilidade absoluta de posições. Para Lacan, a unidade primordial é irresgatável e, aliás, jamais existiu, não passando de uma alucinação. O nascimento impõe ao sujeito uma condição de fragmentaridade. Toda a empresa humana se reduz à busca da unidade perdida, ao desejo, que visa a objetos que, produzirem um simulacro de gozo, preenchem uma ausência primeira com sua presença de maneira falseada. Inversamente, para Buber/Paz, o todo primordial se instala desde o princípio e jamais deixa de existir. A ação humana pode despertar este todo a cada momento, em cada ato e fato corriqueiro
Equilíbrio reflexivo e prudência:: um processo de deliberação
Get PDFThe main aim of this paper is to propose the inclusion of the expertise of a prudent agent in the reflective equilibrium procedure, adding a disposition to identify reasonable beliefs that would be seen as the starting point of the method, which could avoid the criticism of conservatism and subjectivism. To do so, I will begin by analyzing the central characteristics of the method and its main faults. Afterwards, I will investigate the characteristics of prudence as a disposition to identify the adequate means to achieve a good end. With this in mind, I will apply prudence to the procedure, so that it will be carried out by an agent who deliberates well, identifying reasonable moral beliefs and, then, we must justify them based on their consistency with ethical principles and with the factual beliefs of relevant scientific theories. Finally, I will argue that this deliberative process is consistent with ethical pluralism and democracy, and can be taken as a kind of moral knowledge.O objetivo central deste artigo é propor a inclusão da expertise de um agente prudente no procedimento do equilíbrio reflexivo, adicionando uma disposição para identificar crenças razoáveis que seriam vistas como o ponto de partida do método, o que poderia evitar as críticas de conservadorismo e subjetivismo. Para tanto, inicio analisando as características centrais do método e suas principais fraquezas. Após, investigo as características da prudência como uma disposição para identificar os meios adequados para realizar um fim bom. De posse disto, aplico a prudência no procedimento, de forma que ele será executado por um agente que bem delibera, identificando crenças morais razoáveis e, depois, deve-se justificá-las a partir de sua coerência com os princípios éticos e com as crenças factuais de teorias científicas relevantes. Por fim, defendo que este processo deliberativo é consistente com o pluralismo ético e com a democracia, podendo ser tomado como um tipo de conhecimento moral
Crisis de los cuidados y crisis de la democracia
Get PDFThe article discusses the political significance of the care crisis in its relation to the crisis of democracy. Firstly, based on the ethics of care and critical theory, care is characterized as a type of social and political practice. Then, it is examined the ethical and political problems which derive from a social organization of care according to market principles. Finally, the article addresses the question for a democratic solution to the current care crisis.Este artículo discute el significado político de la crisis de los cuidados en su relación con la crisis de la democracia. Desde las éticas del cuidado y la teoría crítica se caracteriza, en primer lugar, a los cuidados como un tipo específico de práctica social y política. En segundo lugar, se examinan los problemas éticos y políticos derivados de una organización social de los cuidados según principios de mercado. Se concluye abordando la pregunta por una solución democrática a la actual crisis de los cuidados. 
Um estudo sobre o antigo teatro da casa oficial na área montanhosa de Taihang, província de Henan do Norte, na China
No full textAs a particular type of ancient Chinese theater, talented theater of official house was mainly found in the Taihang Mountain area, in North Henan Province, which was formed in the middle of the Qing Dynasty. The appearance of it is related to the local natural environment, folk culture and agricultural productivity. Through field investigation, it is found that there are eight existing theaters in the Taihang Mountain area of North Henan Province; among which three ones are newly discovered that have not been documented by the academic circle before, as well as several traditional Chinese opera steles and wall inscriptions. This is the first time the academic circle discloses relevant data and information. These provide physical evidence the performance of the village opera in the Taihang Mountain area of the Qing Dynasty, in China. Especially the inscriptions on the steles and the stage wall can reflect some features of the local opera performance since the Qing Dynasty, such as the type, time, troupe, and so on. To some extent, the richness of these ancient theaters of official house, with the architectural styles of ancient Chinese opera, has a significant value related to historical material and cultural relics. The first-hand data obtained in the investigation will also provide the latest research materials on ancient Chinese opera and theater architecture.
L’antico teatro della Casa Ufficiale è un antico teatro esistente nell’area Montuosa del Taihang nella Provincia dell’Henan Settentrionale, il quale nacque nel periodo centrale della Dinastia Qing. L’aspetto dell’antico teatro della Casa Ufficiale è legato all’ambiente naturale locale, alla cultura popolare e alla produttività agricola. Ci sono otto antiche fasi della casa ufficiale nell’area Montuosa del Taihang nella Provincia dell’Henan Settentrionale, che forniscono prove fisiche per lo studio del dramma teatrale popolare nell’area Montuosa del Taihang durante la dinastia Qing. Le iscrizioni sulle stele e sul palcoscenico dell’opera tradizionale cinese riflettono alcune caratteristiche del dramma teatrale rappresentato dai funzionari fin dalla dinastia Qing in Cina. I tipi di opere eseguite sono opere locali, le quali rappresentano dei preziosi materiali per lo studio storico. Por que não somos só o nosso cérebro: em defesa do enativismo: en defensa del enactivismo
No full textIn the article “Why are we our brain: enactivism put into question” (this volume), Pereira and collaborators raise a battery of criticisms of enactivism, which is a family of approaches in the cognitive sciences that gives centrality to the body and to the autonomous action of organisms in explanations of their cognitive processes. The authors’ attacks target some central concepts of the enactivist proposal, such as practical knowledge, embodiment (or corporeity) and sensory-motor regularities. I argue that the criticisms by Pereira et al. do not proceed for different reasons: some assume what they want to prove, others give excessive weight to intuitions about fictional scenarios and, finally, others attack scarecrows that do not represent the enactivist positions. None of the points I raise in defense of enactivism are new, but I consider it important to make them explicit in order to make the debate on the philosophy of cognitive sciences clearer.No artigo “Por que somos o nosso cérebro: o enativismo posto em questão” (neste volume), Pereira e colaboradores levantam uma bateria de críticas ao enativismo, que é uma família de abordagens nas ciências cognitivas que confere centralidade ao corpo e à ação autônoma dos organismos nas explicações dos seus processos cognitivos. As investidas dos autores miram alguns conceitos centrais da proposta enativista, como conhecimento prático, corporificação (ou corporeidade) e regularidades sensório-motoras. Eu argumento que as críticas de Pereira et al. não procedem por razões diversas: algumas assumem o que querem provar, outras conferem peso excessivo a intuições sobre cenários ficcionais e, por fim, outras atacam espantalhos que não representam as posições enativistas. Nenhum dos pontos que levanto em defesa o enativismo são novos, mas considero importantes explicitá-los para tornar o debate sobre filosofia das ciências cognitivas mais claro
