Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Menghambat Perkembangan Bahasa Anak
No full textThis research aims to identify and understand external factors that hinder children's language development, as well as develop effective strategies to overcome them. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which was chosen because it allows researchers to explain these external factors in depth and detail. The research results reveal that parenting patterns, the order or number of children, the surrounding environment, and social settings are the main external factors that hinder children's language development. In conclusion, implementing appropriate strategies, such as optimizing parenting patterns, paying attention to the order or number of children, creating a supportive learning environment, and adapting to social settings can optimize children's language development, facilitate better communication, and understanding of their social environment

Get PDFPenelitian ini dilatar belakangi untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah (PERUMDA) Tirta Muare Ulakan Kabupaten Sambas, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah (PERUMDA) Air Minum Tirta Muare Ulakan Kabupaten Sambas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 33 responden pada Perusahaan Umum Daerah (PERUMDA) Air Minum Tirta Muare Ulakan Kabupaten Sambas. Adapun pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji F) serta uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Variabel dalam penelitian ini yakni variabel independen adalah gaya kepemimpinan (X1) dan kompensasi (X2), sedangkan variabel dependen dari penelitian ini adalah kinerja (Y). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai thitung>ttabel (5.596>1.697) atau dapat dilihat dari Sig(0.000), ttabel (3,821>1.697) atau dapat dilihat dari Sig(0.001), Ftabel (95.024>3.320) dan nilai Sig(0,000)

This research examines the perspectives and implementation of such innovations, highlighting the importance of a contextualised approach that considers the needs of learners as well as the relevance of Islamic teachings in the modern context. The research findings show that the success of the innovation depends not only on improving teaching materials, but also on teaching methods that encourage students' active participation and enhance their understanding in technology and global competence. However, the implementation of this innovation faces challenges such as limited resources and resistance to change. Overcoming these obstacles requires collaboration between educational institutions, communities and support from governments and organisations. Thus, innovation in the Islamic education curriculum can play an important role in shaping a generation that is strong in faith and adaptive and competent in facing global challenges

In the literature review, Islamic law encompasses a set of norms derived from Allah SWT, and buying and selling is one form of contract regulated in Islam.
This research methodology employs a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted descriptively, with the researcher utilizing primary and secondary data sources to understand the practice of rambutan trading in Semanga Village. The data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research findings indicate that the practice of selling ripe rambutan on the tree is carried out to avoid losses due to the oversupply of harvests and continuously declining prices. Additionally, difficult access roads to the orchards and a lack of labor for harvesting the fruit are also challenges faced by farmers in Semanga Villag
Rekonstruksi Tawassul Ghairu Masyru’ Perspektif Salafiyah Wahabiyah (Studi Analisis Kritis Kajian Ushul)
Get PDFThis Research aim to analyze and critcisis masyru' from the perspective of Salafiyah Wahabiyah. The purpose of this study is to analyse the concept of tawassul Salafiyah Wahabiyah, criticise their istinbat method on tawassul ghairu masyru', and reconstruct this type of tawassul. This research is a qualitative library research. This research uses the ushul normative approach. The results of the research are as follows: First, the concept of tawassul from the perspective of Salafiyah Wahabiyah is divided into two, namely tawassul masyru' (permissible) and tawassul ghairu masyru' (not permissible) whose law is haram. Secondly, Salafiyah Wahabiyah is in the error of istinbath on tawassul ghairu masyru'. Third, the reconstruction process has straightened out the error of Salafiyah Wahabiyah's istinbat by placing tawassul ghairu masyru' in the realm of fiqh and turning it into tawassul masyru', whose law is permissible, even musth}ab to the great Prophet Muhammad Saw. Based on the results of the research, the religious thought of Salafiyah Wahabiyah on the problem of tawassul ghairu masyru' cannot be used as a reference for Muslims

Get PDFYusuf Al-Qardhawi's thoughts have high relevance in dealing with the problems of modern life, especially in the context of the Qur'an as a guide for society and individuals, democracy, Islamic faith, bank interest, Islamic economics, and consumption. However, in-depth studies related to his thoughts are still not systematically integrated in the academic literature, so research is needed to fill this knowledge gap. This research uses descriptive qualitative method to deeply analyze various works and thoughts of Yusuf Al-Qardhawi based on primary and secondary sources. The results showed that Yusuf Al-Qardhawi emphasized the importance of the Qur'an as a comprehensive guide for the life of the people, with a sharia-based approach that rejects bank interest and encourages a just Islamic economic system. In his view on democracy, he integrates Islamic values to support justice and public participation. In addition, his thoughts on consumption emphasize a simple and ethical lifestyle as part of sharia. The implication of this research is to provide an academic and practical foundation in the development of contemporary Islamic studies as well as the preparation of regulations that are relevant to the needs of modern society

Get PDFThis research aims to determine the feasibility of booklet media for class X high school biodiversity material. The method used in this research is research and development. The procedure used is the development model according to Borg & Gall which is adapted to the needs of researchers. The Borg & Gall development procedures are potential and problems, data collection, product design and design validation. The validation instrument used in this research was the booklet media validation sheet. Validation was carried out by five validators consisting of two biology education lecturers and three high school biology teachers. The validation results were then analyzed using the Lawshe formula. From the Lawshe formula, we use a validation sheet which is equipped with assessment criteria which can be seen in the validated results and discussion section. This research shows that the booklet media on biodiversity material is declared valid. Therefore, this booklet media on biodiversity material is suitable for use as a learning medium

Get PDFThis research analyzed 61 employees of the Nagan Raya KCP Post Office using the Thomas-Kilmann instrument and gender Conflict Mode to explore the influence of educational level and gender differences on resilience and differences in perceptions in dealing with conflict. This research is quantitative research by taking data in the field. Based on this research, it is proven that when facing conflict, there are significant differences based on differences in gender and the level of education of respondents as shown by the indicators competing, collaborating, compromising, avoiding and accommodating, all of which have a significance value of <0.05. These findings indicate that the complexity of the relationship between education and gender can be the basis for a company's policy to formulate policies according to the company's needs and work environment

Adapun penelitian ini menunjukan Urgensi Khauf bagi kehidupan menurut Al-Ghazali adalah akan menumbuhkan sikap takut dapat mencegah seseorang dari kemaksiatan serta takut kepada siksa Allah SWT. Bagi umat Islam rezeki sudah ada yang mengatur. Sebagian masyarakat kemiskinan berpengaruh terhadap ketaatan beribadah mereka dan juga berpengaruh pada ritul-ritual ibadah sehingga ini berhubungan dengan khauf. Nabi saw. And correct and still need guidance and support from the teacher. This research has three research objectives, including the following: First, to find out the role of teachers in developing the religious and moral values of children aged 5-6 years through the method of getting used to the dhuha prayer in class B at TKIT Ya Bunayya in 2021-2022. Second, to find out the implementation of the development of religious and moral values in children aged 5-6 years through the method of getting used to the Dhuha prayer in class B at TKIT Ya Bunayya in 2021-2022. Third, to find out what factors influence the development of religious and moral values in children aged 5-6 years through the method of getting used to the Dhuha prayer in class B at TKIT Ya Bunayya in 2021-2022. This research uses a qualitative approach while this type of research is phenomenological research. There are three types of data collection techniques in this research, namely: Interview, Observation and Documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data display, drawing conclusions and verification. Then the data validity checking techniques used are triangulation (source triangulation) and member check. The results of the research are: First, the role of teachers in developing the religious and moral values of children aged 5-6 years through the method of getting used to the dhuha prayer in class B at TKIT Ya Bunayya in 2021-2022 is the teacher as a guide, planner, teacher, class manager, motivator, innovator, facilitator, and evaluator in learning. Second, the implementation of the development of religious and moral values for children aged 5-6 years through the method of getting used to the Dhuha prayer in class B at TKIT Ya Bunayya in 2021-2022 consists of several things, namely, learning planning, learning implementation and learning evaluation.
