Get PDFThis study evaluates the effectiveness of Project-Based Learning (PBL) techniques applied by lecturers in higher education based on a literature study. The research method in this study uses the literature method. The study results show that PBL is able to improve the quality of learning by encouraging active student participation, as well as strengthening problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills. However, the implementation of PBL also faces several challenges, including the need for lecturer training, greater time allocation, and adequate institutional support. Evaluation in PBL requires diverse and comprehensive assessment methods to measure student learning outcomes fairly and accurately. With good preparation and adequate support, PBL can be an effective and beneficial learning method in higher education
Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka: Tantangan, Kebijakan, Dan Dampak Terhadap Pendidikan
Get PDFThis study focuses on the implementation of the "Merdeka Curriculum" in Indonesian schools, which aims to provide greater opportunities for fostering students' creativity and potential. This curriculum is expected to enhance the quality of education amidst various existing challenges. Although the Merdeka Curriculum holds great potential, its implementation faces obstacles such as teachers' readiness and competence, as well as limited educational infrastructure, particularly in remote areas. Government policy support is a key factor in its successful application. This research employs a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with teachers, school principals, and education officials. Policy document analysis is also conducted to understand government strategies in supporting the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. The findings indicate that the Merdeka Curriculum positively contributes to students' creativity development. However, significant challenges include the preparedness of educators and unequal distribution of supporting facilities. Policies such as teacher training, the "Sekolah Penggerak" (Driving School) program, and strengthening educational facilities are considered helpful but still require further improvement. The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum demands serious attention to continuous teacher training and equitable distribution of educational resources. It is recommended that the government conduct a comprehensive evaluation of existing policies and increase investment in educational infrastructure to ensure the curriculum's success across all regions of Indonesia

Get PDFThis research was motivated by indications that the income of rubber farmers in Tempapan Hulu Village, Galing District was insufficient, apart from that, farmers' expenditure was greater, which gave rise to several problems related to the work ethic of rubber farmers regarding income in meeting the needs of families in the village.
The theories used in this research are: 1) work ethic, 2) income, 3) fulfillment of needs. The aim of this research is to determine the work ethic of rubber farmers on income in meeting family needs from an Islamic economic perspective. The method used by researchers is qualitative and the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The primary data source is 15 informants who are rubber farmers in Tempapan Hulu Village, Galing District. Where the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions and the data validity techniques used are triangulation and member checking.
Based on the research results, it shows that rubber farmers in Tempapan Hulu Village have a fairly good work ethic, although there are farmers' work ethic that is not good, such as not being able to say they work hard, lack discipline, are unproductive and lack insight and when viewed from an Islamic economic perspective, rubber farmers have both in terms of honesty, motivation, thriftiness and toughness, as well as in fulfilling family needs which are already good in terms of health level, education level and housing conditions, however, when viewed from the level of income and composition of expenditure, rubber farmers in Tempapan Hulu Village, Galing District only enough to meet primary needs only

The research contributes to a broader understanding of the historical legacies of Islam and Christianity, both separately and in relation to each other, highlighting the enduring consequences of their interaction on the development of religious traditions, intellectual thought, and cultural practices that continue to shape our world today. The author uses qualitative methods with literature study and documentation to collect historical information using historiography techniques. The results of the research show that this fluctuative relationship means that the relationship between the two religions cannot be fully generalized. There have been periods of cooperation and peace, but there have also been periods of tension and conflict between these two religions

Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknik dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data tersebut dianalisis dengan teknik analisis isi. M. Qurais Shihab menafsirkan tentang doa mustajab yaitu apa bila seorang yang berdoa, maka doa tersebut akan dikabulkan oleh Allah, hal ini terjadi jika seorang benar-benar mengharapkan pertolongan Allah dengan tulus dan tidak mengharapkan selain dari pada-Nya, dan hendaklah seorang harus melaksanakan perintah-Nya dan menjauhi segala larangan-Nya. Seorang juga harus percaya sepenuhnya kepada Allah bahwa doa yang dipanjatkan akan dikabulkan. Apabila permintaan tersebut belum juga dikabulkan, mungkin saja Allah menggantinya dengan yang lain

This is caused by some broiler breeders having insufficient skills in raising broiler chickens, there are also other factors that hinder chicken farming in Saing Rambi Village, such as poor water supply. However, if the strategy for raising broiler chickens can be applied well, this broiler farming business can provide quite high profits because it is quite popular with the public and many people consume chicken.
This research aims to determine strategies that can be applied in developing broiler chicken farming businesses in Saing Rambi Village, Sambas Regency using SWOT analysis. The method used by researchers is qualitative and the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The research setting was in Saing Rambi Village, Sambas Regency. The primary data source is 10 broiler breeder owners in Saing Rambi Village, Sambas Regency. Where the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions and the data validity techniques used are triangulation and member checking.
The results of the research can be concluded that the strategy for dealing with business development is to increase knowledge about managing broiler chicken farms, especially in controlling diseases and pests in chickens. Apart from that, what needs to be improved is competitive marketing procedures so that it can increase the amount of profit per period
Evaluasi Perubahan Segmentasi Kinerja Keuangan PT. KB Bukopin, TBK Sebelum dan Sesudah Akuisisi dengan Metode K-Means Clustering
No full textThis study aims to evaluate changes in the segmentation of PT KB Bukopin Tbk's financial performance before and after Kookmin Bank's acquisition. This study uses the K-means clustering method using secondary data in the form of financial data taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, IDX.co.id. The results of the k-means analysis showed that the change in BBKP segmentation from Category 4 (cluster E) in 2019 to Category 3 (cluster C) in 2023 showed significant changes in the company's financial stability and capital adequacy. This research reveals that post-acquisition strategies and policies have successfully made a substantial impact on BBKP's financial structure, as evidenced by a positive increase in the solvency ratio (DER) and capital adequacy ratio (CAR). However, the decline in return on assets (ROA) indicates that operational efficiency is required to improve profitability. The results of the comprehensive and ongoing evaluation show how important it is to thoroughly understand the impact of acquisition activities in the banking industry
