Fundamentalisme dalam Islam: Fenomena, Penyebab dan Dampak
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the phenomenon of fundamentalism in Islam from historical, ideological, and contemporary social perspectives. Using a qualitative approach with a literature review method, the research identifies two main dimensions of Islamic fundamentalism: as an expression of piety that seeks to preserve the purity of religious teachings, and as a reactive ideology with the potential to incite violence. The emergence of fundamentalism is driven by multiple factors, including responses to modernity and secularization, identity crises, failures in religious education institutions, and socio-political disparities. The most critical impacts of this phenomenon are social instability, narrowing of scholarly discourse, and the radicalization of youth. This study is expected to contribute to academic discourse on contemporary Islam and serve as a reference in formulating religious moderation strategies in pluralistic societies

Aturan-aturan ini berasal dari adat, kebiasaan, dan kesusilaan, dan kelaziman yang diterima dan dijalankan oleh masyarakat tertentu. Di era modern ini, pengaruh globalisasi dan modernisasi mulai merambah ke masyarakat adat, termasuk masyarakat Dayak. Meskipun demikian, hukum adat Dayak masih tetap relevan dan memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam mengatur kehidupan masyarakat, terutama di daerah-daerah pedesaan yang masih menjunjung tinggi tradisi. . Penelitian ini akan memberikan wawasan yang lebih jelas tentang bagaimana hukum adat berfungsi dalam konteks sosial dan budaya setempat. Pentingnya kajian ini terletak pada upaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat, terutama komunitas adat, tentang mekanisme penyelesaian masalah yang berkaitan dengan perkawinan hamil. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Normatif Empiris. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, Pengumpulan Data dilakukan dengan dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa, penerapan hukum adat di Desa Emparu Baru bukan hanya sekadar alat untuk mengatur kehidupan sosial, tetapi juga merupakan bagian dari upaya melestarikan dan menjaga identitas budaya Dayak yang sudah ada sejak lama. Hal ini menciptakan hubungan yang erat antara masyarakat, alam, dan warisan budaya, serta menjaga keselarasan hidup dalam komunitas yang sangat menghargai tradisi dan nilai-nilai adat merek
Pengaruh Visual Merchandising terhadap Perilaku Pembelian Impulsif Konsumen Ritel di Bojonegoro
Get PDFVisual merchandising has long been considered an essential marketing tool in the retail world. In this study, the researcher wanted to find out how much influence visual structuring had on customers' impulse buying behavior. This study takes Najah Fashion as a case study and involves customers as a sample. The methods used are descriptive to help understand this concept more deeply, as well as to provide information that can help the company make decisions. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed to determine the effect of visual merchandising on impulse buying. The research sample consisted of 100 purposively selected respondents in Bojonegoro. The study found that impulse buying significantly contributed to sales across various product types, with 46% of respondents stating that they had made unplanned purchases after being exposed to certain visual elements. Among the four visual merchandising factors examined, promotional signage at the store entrance proved to have the greatest influence on impulse buying behavior, with a regression coefficient of β = 0.956 and a significance level of p < 0.05. This indicates that promotions strategically displayed at the entrance area have a strong appeal in encouraging consumers to make spontaneous purchases

Get PDFThe learning process of Islamic Religious Education and Ethics in elementary schools requires innovation that can improve the quality of education, one of which is through the application of the Inquiry Learning (IL) model. This study aims to examine the effect of the Inquiry Learning model on teacher competence, student interest and motivation to learn, and the achievement of learning outcomes in grade VI students at UPTD SDN 06 Guguak VIII Koto. Although many previous studies have examined the application of IL, there has been no research that specifically links IL with improving learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education and Budi Pekerti in elementary schools. The methodology used in this research is quantitative and qualitative approaches through Classroom Action Research (PTK). The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes, with pre-cycle learning completeness of 44.44%, cycle 1 of 55.56%, cycle 2 of 66.67%, and cycle 3 of 88.89%. The application of the Inquiry Learning model proved effective in improving students' competence in the field of Islamic Religious Education and Ethics, as well as increasing their learning motivation. This research has important implications in the application of the IL model as an alternative to improve the quality of learning in elementary schools

Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the philosophical thought of Islamic education from the perspectives of essentialism and reconstructionism as an effort to address the challenges of modern education. This research employs a qualitative method with a library research approach, where the subjects are the concepts of essentialism and reconstructionism, and the object is their implementation in Islamic education. Data were collected through literature review from books, journals, and relevant scientific sources, then analyzed descriptively using content analysis techniques. The results show that essentialism in Islamic education emphasizes strengthening core values such as morality and spirituality to shape individuals with strong religious awareness, yet it faces challenges in integrating classical values with the rapid development of science and global culture. Meanwhile, reconstructionism focuses on renewing the understanding and application of Islamic values to make them more contextual and relevant amid complex social changes. The combination of both approaches creates an Islamic education paradigm that is not only strong in religious doctrine but also adaptive in responding to the demands of the times and encourages positive contributions to global societ
The Resilience Of E-Learning Based Merdeka Curriculum Training Effectiveness For Islamic Religious Education Teachers In Improving Learning Quality At Man Landak
Get PDFAlthough existing literature on e-learning in PAI (Islamic Religious Education) often highlights its effectiveness, available insights remain limited regarding the resilience aspect of training programs, especially for teachers implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in resource-constrained 3T (frontier, outermost, and underdeveloped) regions. Thus, the purpose of this research is to analyze the resilience and effectiveness of e-learning-based training for the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka in improving the quality of learning by Islamic Religious Education teachers at MAN Landak. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that e-learning training significantly improves the pedagogical and professional competencies of PAI teachers. The training has proven resilient to changes in educational contexts and contributes positively to learning quality, as evidenced by increased student engagement, diverse teaching methods, and improved learning outcomes. The study highlights that such training demonstrates significant resilience to change, leading to improved PAI learning quality. Specifically, the e-learning program not only enhanced teachers' technical skills but also cultivated a new learning culture, fostering reflective, innovative, and continuously self-developing teachers prepared for 21st-century educational challenges. Furthermore, the e-learning method was found to be highly effective, especially within the Merdeka Belajar framework where practice is integral. This was evidenced by high student learning interest and increased engagement through practical application, which provided meaningful and in-depth learning experiences. Get PDFBantuan langsung tunai merupakan bantuan uang kepada keluarga miskin di desa yang bersumber dari dana desa. Dalam pelaksanaan penyalurannya, pemerintah desa berdasarkan pada Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 201/PMK.07/2022 Tentang Pengelolaan Dana Desa Tahun 2023. Kebijakan penyaluran bantuan langsung tunai dana desa disalurkan sebagai bentuk kepedulian pemerintah dan diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat miskin, khususnya di Desa Tempatan Kecamatan Sebawi Kabupaten Sambas.
Dalam pelaksanaan penelitian pada bantuan langsung tunai dana desa tahun 2023 di Desa Tempatan Kecamatan Sebawi Kabupaten Sambas jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat penelitian lapangan (field research).Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Normatif Empiris yaitu mengkaji peraturan perundang-undangan pada konteks ini adalah Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 201/PMK.07/2022 Tentang Pengelolaan Dana Desa, serta melihat fakta-fakta yang ditemukan di lapangan, yaitu dari Pemerintah Desa Tempatan dan Masyarakat Desa Tempatan Kecamatan Sebawi Kabupaten Sambas. Untuk memperoleh data peneliti menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa implementasi kebijakan bantuan langsung tunai tahun 2023 menurut Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 201/Pmk.07/2022 Tentang Pengelolaan Dana Desa di Desa Tempatan Kecamatan Sebawi Kabupaten Sambas, dalam penentuan dan penetapan kriteria keluarga penerima manfaat bantuan langsung tunai dana desa tahun 2023, tidak sesuai dengan Pasal 36 Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 201/PMK.07/2022 Tentang Pengelolaan Dana Desa, serta Pelaksanaan pendataan bantuan langsung tunai yang dilakukan oleh ketua RT masih berupa pengamatan tanpa pendataan langsung. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi bantuan langsung tunai dana desa antara lain kepemimpinan Kepala Desa Tempatan yang sangat menonjol dalam pelaksanaan bantuan langsung tunai dana desa, serta ketidaktahuan masyarakat tentang kebijakan yang dibuat oleh Kepala Desa Tempatan

Penanaman Tauhid yang lurus dan utuh perlu diseriuskan dalam kediupan, utamanya dalam pembentukan akhlak karimah. Dalam hal tersebut, tauhid memiliki urgensi penting sebagai pondasi yang mampu mengubah manusia menjadi seseorang yang memiliki sifat-sifat mulia. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis peran tauhid dalam membangun akhlak karimah generasi zilenial di era digital. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui teknik analisis pustaka. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa pembentukan akhlak generasi Z dengan pendekatan tauhid mampu memperkuat landasan spiritual individu, meningkatkan kualitas akhlak, dan membentuk pribadi yang berintegritas sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. HISTORICAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE MU‘TAZILITE THEOLOGICAL SCHOOL OF THOUGHT
Get PDFThe paper examines the historical development of Mu'tazilite theological school of thought which arises from speculative method and influences of Greek thought that sparked the discursive tradition of early Islamic intellectual history. This was essentially brought forth by the textualist and rationalist school and their classical debate that had formative influence in the rational school developed by the Mu'tazilites in the early centuries. The paper studies the history and development of Mu'tazilite theology and their conceptual and doctrinal impact on modern neo-Mu'tazilite works. The study is based on classical works that provide underlying textual and interpretive history of Mu'tazilism. It uses qualitative method based on documentary survey and content analysis. Data were collected from related primary and secondary sources and analyzed using descriptive, normative, historical and theological approaches in order to make accurate findings. The finding shows that the Mu'tazilites ideology was historically developed to counter the alleged philosophical influence of deviant sects of the heretics, Magians, Manichaeism, atheism, naturalists and materialists by refuting their philosophical premises. This contributes to the formative development of kalam or speculative theology thanks to the flowering of Mu'tazilite theology and their rational expression that helps to foster higher ethical and religious norms and theological ideas and its consequential influences on contemporary contexts that espouses neo-Mu'tazilite outlook calling for the return of reason and their enlightened movement
EVOLUSI AKAD MUDARABAH: Tinjauan Historis dan Prospek Penerapannya dalam Sistem Perbankan Modern

Using a literature review method, with a research focus on the evolution of the mudarabah contract over time and its prospects for application in the modern banking system. Historical analysis shows how mudarabah has adapted to the changing socioeconomic and financial regulatory challenges over time, as well as the evolution of its practice based on the principle of profit sharing and Islamic commercial ethics. The results of the study show that innovation and adaptation in Islamic financial products, including mudarabah contracts, have strengthened their relevance in the modern era, indicating significant growth in global Islamic banking. This article closes by discussing the prospects of mudarabah contracts as ethical and sustainable financial instruments in the modern banking ecosystem, given the increasing demand for responsible and fair financial alternatives, as well as the important role of financial technology in expanding the reach and efficiency of sharia financial transactions
