Dinamika Kependudukan dan Ketenagakerjaan: Tantangan dan Kebijakan Berkelanjutan untuk Indonesia
Get PDFThis study examines population dynamics and employment in Indonesia, along with the challenges in formulating sustainable policies. Using a qualitative method with a literature review approach, this research analyzes various documents from BPS, Bappenas, previous studies, and other sources that explore population and employment issues. The findings indicate that Indonesia needs to strengthen investment in vocational education, develop sustainable urbanization policies, and encourage the transition of the informal sector to the formal economy. Additionally, creating elderly-friendly cities and expanding social security are essential to improving societal well-being. The success of these policies largely depends on the synergy between the government, the private sector, and civil society in fostering inclusive development programs. This study contributes to policy recommendations for addressing population and employment challenges in Indonesia. However, its limitation lies in the general scope of data, suggesting that future research should conduct empirical studies based on regional data to assess policy effectiveness more specifically
Kebijakan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam Pembelajaran di Perguruan Tinggi
Get PDFThe rapid development of information and communication technology has made artificial intelligence (AI) a crucial issue in education and learning. Higher education institutions face challenges in adopting AI into the learning process to enhance the quality of technology-based education. This study aims to analyze policies and regulations, implementation, and evaluation of AI utilization in higher education learning. The method used is a literature study with data collection techniques based on primary and secondary sources relevant to artificial intelligence. Data analysis was conducted using a descriptive analysis method. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of generative AI in learning presents both opportunities and challenges. On one hand, generative AI technology can assist the academic community in accessing information and improving learning efficiency. However, improper use may negatively impact academic integrity. Therefore, appropriate policies and regulations are necessary for higher education institutions to address challenges and optimize AI integration in the learning process

NU terus berupaya untuk menyesuaikan dakwahnya dengan kondisi sosial yang semakin hari semakin mengalami perubahan dan tentunya dengan tantangan yang beraneka ragam. Oleh sebab itu pentingnya untuk mendalami dan menyelidiki lebih dalam lagi bagaimana peran NU dalam menjaga keberagaman dan toleransi beragama ditengah masyarakat yang semakin maju di era globalisasi ini. Tulisan ini akan menjelaskan konsep peran Nahdatul Ulama dalam menjaga keberagaman dan toleransi beragama melalui metode penelitian studi kajian literatur. Adapun hasil penelitiannya bahwa Peran NU dalam Menjaga keberagaman dan toleransi beragama dengan menerapkan lima prinsip aswaja dalam kehidupan masyarakat yaitu Tasamuh (toleransi), Tasawuth (moderat), I'tidal (keadilan), Tawazun (keseimbangan), dan Amar Ma'ruf Nahi Munkar (mengajak kebaikan dan mencegah keburukan). Selain prinsip tersebut peran ulama NU juga sangat penting sebagai pelopor dialog antar umat beragama dalam rangka menjaga toleransi dan ulama membawa kontribusi konstruktif dalam meredakan ketegangan dan membangun jembatan pemahaman di antara umat beragama

This article comprehensively discusses the challenges, opportunities, and implementation strategies of Social Studies education in the Society 5.0 era by integrating Islamic values. This study employs a qualitative literature review method with thematic analysis of various relevant sources. The discussion results highlight the importance of developing Social Studies education based on the values of monotheism (tawhid), social justice, and Islamic digital ethics as the foundation for building a competitive and morally upright generation
The Challenges and Opportunities of Digitalization in Islamic Religious Education Institutions
Get PDFThis study examines the challenges, opportunities, and resource readiness in the digitalization of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) institutions at SMA Negeri 1 Bulik. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the main challenges include limited infrastructure and the digital competency of teachers, while students' enthusiasm for technology presents significant opportunities. Human resources exhibit varying levels of readiness, requiring intensive training. Digitalization has not yet been optimally integrated into the curriculum but holds great potential to support interactive learning. This study contributes theoretically by emphasizing the role of students as actors in digital transformation and offers practical recommendations for improving education policies. The findings pave the way for further research to explore the broader and deeper impacts of digitalization
Implementation Of Religious Moderation In Islamic Higher Education Institutions In The Indonesia-Malaysia Border Region
Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the forms of religious moderation practiced within the environment of the Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Islamic Institute of Religion in Sambas, West Kalimantan. As an Islamic higher education institution located in the Indonesia-Malaysia border region, IAIS Sambas has a unique diversity of students coming from various religious and cultural backgrounds. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method, where data is collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis related to institutional policies and activities. The research results show that the implementation of religious moderation at IAIS Sambas is realized through various programs, such as the establishment of interfaith dialogue forums, the integration of pluralism and diversity values into the curriculum, the organization of community activities on religious holidays, and scientific research and publications that support the dissemination of the concept of religious moderation. In addition, this institution actively collaborates with local communities and religious organizations to strengthen social harmony in society. The implications of this research indicate that the approach taken by IAIS Sambas can serve as a model for other higher education institutions, especially in areas with high religious and cultural pluralism, in creating an academic environment that is tolerant, inclusive, and conducive to religious harmony. Thus, this research contributes to the strengthening of the concept of religious moderation as a tool to prevent conflict and build a harmonious society amidst diversity

Get PDFLighting and color are essential elements of interior design that significantly influence occupants' comfort, mood, and overall subjective well-being. Hajj dormitories, which serve as temporary accommodations for pilgrims and visitors, often face challenges related to inadequate lighting and color schemes that do not support comfort. These conditions may negatively impact user experience and reduce the overall quality of the living environment. This study aims to analyze the effects of lighting and color in Hajj dormitory rooms on the subjective well-being of occupants. Through observation and systematic analysis, the research identifies how lighting and color schemes influence users' psychological responses. The findings indicate that dim or non-adjustable lighting can reduce both comfort and functionality, while overly striking or monotonous color schemes may create an environment that is less conducive to emotional balance. As a recommendation, this study suggests implementing adaptive lighting systems that can be adjusted according to user needs and selecting more harmonious and calming color schemes to foster a more comfortable atmosphere. By applying the principles of Positive Design, Hajj dormitory interiors can be optimized to better support the physical and psychological well-being of occupants. These findings can also serve as a reference for designing other communal spaces to enhance overall user comfort and experience

Get PDFThis study discusses the struggle and progress of Islam from the time of the Prophet Muhammad to the period of the Rightly-Guided Caliphs, which was a crucial phase in the history of Islam. This study analyses various aspects of Islamic development, including the laying of religious foundations, the formation of early Islamic society, and the expansion of territory, using a literature review. The main focus is on the efforts of the Prophet in uniting the Arab tribes and building a socio-political system based on Islamic values, as well as the success of the Rightly Guided Caliphs in expanding the territory of Islam. This study also highlights significant developments in the aspects of government, science, and the application of Islamic values such as justice, deliberation, and tolerance. The results of the study show that this period became a strong foundation for the development of Islamic civilisation in the following period, with a continuing impact to this day

This study investigates the correlation between English language proficiency and academic performance, particularly coding skills, among Computer Engineering students. The research aims to determine whether a higher command of English contributes to better understanding and application of coding concepts, leading to improved academic outcomes. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, this study collects data from both language proficiency assessments and academic performance records, with qualitative insights gathered from student interviews and coding task observations. The findings highlight that English proficiency, especially in technical vocabulary and comprehension, has a positive influence on coding abilities and overall academic success. This research underscores the importance of integrating English language development within technical curricula to enhance students' competency in globalized technical environments
Transformasi Digital di Dunia Pendidikan: Integrasi Teknologi dalam Kurikulum Sekolah
Get PDFDigital transformation in education through the integration of technology in the school curriculum has a significant impact in improving the accessibility, flexibility, and effectiveness of the teaching and learning process. The study in this research uses the literature method. The results show that technology enables a more interactive, personalized, and adaptive learning experience by providing fun digital learning tools and efficient evaluation methods. Students can learn anytime and anywhere, while teachers can provide timely feedback and develop teaching strategies based on analyzing student performance data. However, challenges such as digital distraction, technology dependency and teacher training needs must be overcome to ensure maximum benefits from this transformation. A balance between technology and traditional methods and continuous support for educators are key to successfully implementing technology in education
