Menggali Potensi Optimal Anak Usia Dini: Tinjauan Literatur
Get PDFThe strategy of exploring the optimal potential of early childhood involves a holistic approach that includes physical, cognitive, emotional, and social aspects. These strategies include providing developmentally appropriate stimulation through educational play activities, supporting exploration and creativity, and building positive interactions between the child and the environment. It is also important to create a safe and supportive environment, provide balanced nutrition, and ensure strong emotional support. An individualised approach that takes into account each child's unique needs and interests helps maximise their optimal development. The study in this research uses the literature method. The results showed that Genetic factors, stimulative environment, good nutrition, and psychosocial support were identified as key elements that contribute to child development. Genetic factors provide the biological foundation for growth and development, but full potential can be realised through positive interactions with the environment. An environment rich in stimulants and diverse learning experiences, as well as adequate nutrition play an important role in optimal cognitive and physical development. In addition, families play a crucial role in providing emotional and social support for children's development. Through a holistic approach that considers these various factors, parents and caregivers can help children achieve optimal development in the early years, which will lay the foundation for future development. The results of this review emphasise the importance of multi-faceted involvement in the early childhood care and education process to ensure the achievement of their full potential
Menavigasi Tantangan dan Peluang Pendidikan Multisektoral di Era Digital: Kajian Literatur Terkini
Get PDFThis article presents a review of recent literature on the challenges and opportunities in implementing multisectoral education in the digital era. Digital transformation has great potential to transform global education systems to be more inclusive and personalised, despite challenges such as unequal access to technology and digital skills. The study highlights the importance of collaboration between sectors, including education and industry, to create relevant curricula that support labour market needs. Strategic partnerships and the utilisation of digital platforms and data-driven solutions can drive innovation in teaching and learning methods. To maximise this potential, a concerted effort from various stakeholders is required, including supportive policies, investment in technology infrastructure and continuous digital skills training. The results of this study are expected to provide guidance for stakeholders in developing education strategies that are adaptive and responsive to the digital era

Capital Conversion Analysis in the Transition from Conventional to Islamic Banking: A Case Study in West Nusa Tenggara
Get PDFThis study examines the capital conversion process in the transformation of Bank NTB from a conventional bank to an Islamic bank, focusing on the regulatory, institutional, and operational aspects involved. Using a qualitative literature review method, this study explores the institutional restructuring and financial implications of the conversion process. The results of the study indicate that despite a temporary decline in financial performance indicators during the transition period, Bank NTB Syariah managed to record an increase in asset growth, third-party funds (DPK), and financing in the following years. This study concludes that the success of the conversion is highly dependent on strategic planning, organizational synchronization, and the effective implementation of Islamic economic principles. This study contributes to the literature on institutional transformation in the Islamic banking sector in Indonesia
Penggunaan Alat Kontrasepsi dalam Perspektif Ahkamul Fuqoha: Analisis Metodologi Ijtihad dan Fatwa LBM NU
Get PDFThis article explores the Islamic legal perspective on the use of contraceptives, particularly through the lens of Ahkamul Fuqoha and the decisions of Nahdlatul Ulama’s Legal Advisory Council (LBM NU). Employing a qualitative method with a normative-theological approach, this study is based on comprehensive literature analysis. The findings indicate that LBM NU formulates legal rulings on contraception using a collective ijtihad (istinbath jama’i) methodology grounded in the objectives of Islamic law (maqashid al-shari’ah). Contraceptive use is considered permissible (mubah) if not permanent and aimed at protecting health, family welfare, and adhering to Islamic ethical guidelines. This reflects the adaptive nature of Islamic jurisprudence in addressing contemporary social challenges in Indonesian Muslim society
Revitalisasi Pendidikan Kuttab Di Era Digital
Get PDFKuttab education, as a traditional Islamic educational institution that has played an important role in educating generations of Muslims since medieval times, is now facing great challenges in the digital era. Advances in technology and changes in people's lifestyles have had a significant impact on the way of learning and teaching. This study aims to explore the revitalization efforts of Kuttab education in the face of digital transformation, focusing on curriculum adaptation, information technology utilization, and community involvement in the education process. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with literature studies, interviews with educational practitioners, as well as direct observation in several Kuttab institutions that have begun to integrate digital technology in their learning process. The results showed that the revitalization of Kuttab in the digital era does not only involve updating teaching materials, but also the need to develop digital competencies for teachers and students. The use of digital learning platforms, Quran-based applications, and distance learning are some of the innovations that support the effectiveness of Kuttab education in this era. This study concludes that Kuttab education that integrates digital technology has great potential to expand access to quality Islamic religious education, while maintaining the traditional values that characterize Kuttab education
Analisis Marketing Mix 7P dalam Peningkatan Minat Nasabah terhadap Produk Tabungan Haji di Bank Syariah Indonesia
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of Tabungan Haji products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Magelang Sudirman, focusing on its effectiveness in increasing customer interest. The research background highlights the substantial financial requirements for Hajj pilgrimage and the need for early financial planning, especially given the long waiting lists. Bank Syariah Indonesia provides Tabungan Haji as a solution to facilitate this need, ensuring financial readiness and fund protection under the supervision of OJK, DPS, and LPS. This qualitative descriptive research employs interviews, observation, and documentation as data collection methods, with data analysis using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model. The results indicate that BSI KCP Magelang Sudirman effectively utilizes the 7P marketing mix (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence) to attract customer interest. The product strategy emphasizes quality, benefits, and flexible Sharia contracts (Wadiah and Mudharabah). The pricing strategy offers affordable initial deposits and minimal balances. The strategic location and digital access enhance convenience. Promotional activities, including socialization and personalized visits, build awareness and trust. Competent and well-trained personnel ensure high-quality service. Streamlined manual and online processes simplify transactions. Finally, comfortable physical evidence, such as well-maintained offices and comprehensive facilities, reinforce credibility. This integrated 7P approach significantly contributes to increasing customer interest and trust in Tabungan Haji products
Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Akhlak dalam Kitab Al-Qaul Al-Jaliy
Get PDFThis study aims to explore the moral education values embedded in Al-Qaul Al-Jaliy by Sheikh Muḥammad bin Ziyād ‘Ālam ad-Dīn dan Muḥammad bin ‘Alī al-Aṭrash and to analyze the methods of value transmission within the context of Islamic education. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach and content analysis, the research identified core values including sincerity (ikhlas), honesty (sidq), humility (tawadhu’), patience and gratitude, respect toward teachers and knowledge, as well as consistency (istiqamah) and responsibility. These values are conveyed through exemplary modeling, habituation, dialogue, and emotional bonding between teachers and students. The findings reveal that this classical Islamic text not only offers deep ethical insights but also provides a pedagogical framework that remains highly relevant in addressing the moral crisis in today’s educational landscape

This research also has the objective to comprehensively understand the concept of women's social interaction in the Qur'an, identify relevant verses along with their interpretations (tafsir), and examine its implementation in daily life. Using Quraish Shihab's thematic tafsir method, this study examines verses such as QS. Al-Ahzab verse 32 and QS. An-Nur verse 31 as primary references. This study will explain how women's social interaction should be according to QS. An-Nur verse 31 and QS. Al-Ahzab verse 32 and its implementation in daily activities. This study is important to serve as a lesson on how to behave properly in accordance with the Qur'an
