Get PDFTujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh brand wonderfull Indonesia dan persepsi wisatawan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali pada objek wisata Istana Maimun Medan. Banyaknya responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu 71 responden yang diperoleh dengan Rumus Slovin, sedangkan Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Accidental Sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dalam bentuk cross section data yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuisioner. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan Software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa brand wonderfull Indonesia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali, sehingga H1 diterima dan persepsi wisatawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali, sehingga H2 diterima. Hasil pengujian secara simultan membuktikan bahwa brand wonderfull Indonesia dan persepsi wisatawan secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali, sehingga H3 diterima

Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of integrated therapy on the learning abilities of children with developmental disorders. The research method used in this study was the literature method. The results showed that children with developmental disorders often have difficulty learning. This can affect their academic performance and overall development. To address this problem, experts have developed various types of therapy. One promising approach is integrated therapy. Integrated therapy combines several types of therapy in one programme. For example, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and behavioural therapy can be combined. The goal is to help the child holistically, not just focus on one aspect. Much research has been done to see the effectiveness of integrated therapy. The results are quite positive. Children who participate in this therapy generally show improvement in various aspects. They find it easier to concentrate, communicate better, and their motor skills improve. In fact, their social and emotional abilities also improve. Even so, there is still a lot to learn about integrated therapy. For example, how best to apply it to children with different disorders. Also, more research is needed on how this therapy works in the long term. Overall, integrated therapy seems to be a good option to help children with developmental learning disabilities. However, further research is still needed to maximise its benefits
Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Picture And Picture Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Kelas IV MI Tuhfatut Tholibin
Get PDFThis research aims to describe the application of the picture and picture cooperative learning model to improve the learning outcomes of MI Tuhfatut Tholibin students for the 2024-2025 academic year in mathematics learning about plane figures. Mathematics is often considered a difficult subject. In addition, the use of learning models and media that are inappropriate and less varied, which causes low student attention and affects their learning outcomes. Therefore, more effective learning methods and media are needed to improve learning outcomes. One solution that can be implemented is the use of a picture and picture type cooperative learning model. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK). The instrument used in this research is data on student learning outcomes carried out in cycle 1 and cycle 2. The results of the research show that the use of the picture and picture type cooperative learning model in mathematics learning can improve the learning outcomes of class IV students at MI Tuhfatut Tholibin. This is shown by an increase in student learning outcomes from pre-cycle to cycle II. The average class score obtained in the pre-cycle was 55.5 and classical completeness was 33%. In cycle I, the average score obtained by students was 71 while classical completeness was 66%. In cycle II, the average score obtained by students reached 91 while classical completion reached 100%. In conclusion, the use of the picture and picture cooperative learning model can improve student learning

Get PDFThe elderly is an advanced stage passed in the process of life in every human being which is characterized by a decrease in the ability and function of the body. Elderly people who experience balance disorders are a common problem. The problem that will arise from balance disorders is the risk of falling in the elderly. This study is Quasi Experimental with a pre test and post test control group design, aiming to determine the effect between the provision of tandem walking exercises and elderly gymnastics on reducing the risk of falls in the elderly. This research was conducted at Batara Hati Mulia Foundation, Gowa Regency. The sampling technique in this study is Purposive Sampling, which is the determination of samples of all members of the population used according to inclusion criteria, namely the elderly aged 60 years and over. The number of samples of 20 elderly people was divided into 2 groups, namely 10 elderly in the treatment group who were given postural control exercise and elderly gymnastics and 10 elderly in the control group were given elderly exercises. The measuring instrument used is the Time Up and Go Test (TUG). The results of the study based on paired sample t-test in the treatment and control groups were obtained (p < 0.001) for a decrease in the risk of falling which means there was a significant effect on reducing the risk of falling in the treatment group with a decrease of 6.5 seconds and the control group by 4.8 seconds. Based on the results of the independent t-test for reducing the risk of falling, a value of p <0.001 was obtained, which means that there is a difference in the risk of falling between groups, it can be said that the provision of postural control exercise is better in reducing the risk of falling than the provision of elderly gymnastics. Factors that influence the effectiveness of employee performance are gender differences and the ability to work in a team. This research aims at analyzing the effect of gender and teamwork on the effectiveness of employee performance in Harapan Sehat Hospital Meulaboh. This research uses qualitative data that is the respondents’ answers on the research instrument. The population of this research is all employees of Harapan Sehat Hospital Meulaboh which totaling 132 people. This research applies saturated sampling as the technique which means that all the population become the sample of the research. The data analysis is conducted by using partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (F-test). The results of the study show that: (1) gender has a significant effect on the effectiveness of employee performance; (2) teamwork has a significant effect on the effectiveness of employee performance, and; (3) gender and teamwork simultaneously have a significant effect on the effectiveness of employee performance

Get PDFThis study analyzes the application of the istishna’ contract in the Cash on Delivery (COD) system for online transactions from an Islamic law perspective. Using a conceptual and normative approach, this research explores the compliance of COD transactions with the pillars and conditions of the istishna’ contract, as well as the challenges in its implementation. The findings indicate that although the COD system can fulfill the elements of the istishna’ contract, several potential issues arise, such as unilateral order cancellations by buyers, unclear product specifications, and payment uncertainties, which may lead to injustice for sellers and delivery service providers. Therefore, clearer regulations in Islamic e-commerce are necessary, including an escrow mechanism based on the wadi’ah contract to ensure transaction security. This study highlights the importance of a more adaptive istishna’ contract model in digital e-commerce, ensuring balanced protection for all parties in accordance with the principles of justice in Islamic economics
Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran Kopi TM 100 dalam Meningkatkan Penjualan di Kabupaten Batu Bara
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the marketing communication strategies implemented by Kopi TM 100 in increasing sales in Batu Bara Regency. The approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research informants consist of one café supervisor and 14 active consumers, selected purposively. The results of the study indicate that Kopi TM 100's marketing communication strategies are still conventional, relying on word-of-mouth promotion, banners, seasonal events, and direct service. Despite its simplicity, this strategy is effective due to the café’s comfortable atmosphere, affordable prices, and positive customer experiences. However, limitations in digital promotion are the main obstacle, such as minimal social media activity, the absence of a customer loyalty program, and the lack of a dedicated marketing team. Findings also indicate that sales spikes only occur during specific periods, such as Ramadan and weekends when events are held. Therefore, there is a need to strengthen integrated digital strategies to ensure that marketing communication is not only effective locally but also sustainable and reaches a wider consumer base. This study recommends a community-based approach supported by digital marketing as the ideal strategy for local SMEs

Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to examine how teachers at SMPN 19 Singkawang City apply religious moderation principles in the Islamic Religious Education curriculum. A key component of fostering tolerance, appreciating diversity, and averting radicalism in the classroom is religious moderation. The socio-religious educational approach is the scientific technique used in this study, which takes a qualitative approach using the phenomenology method as its methodological approach. The study's findings show that teachers employ a scientific approach, group projects, discussions, and other techniques to promote religious moderation norm character development programs and role models. In addition, the role of teachers as role models is a key factor in building an understanding of religious moderation for students. The obstacles faced include limited student understanding of the concept of moderation and external influences that can affect their attitudes. Thus, effective strategies in implementing religious moderation values can help create a harmonious and inclusive educational environment. This study is expected to contribute to curriculum development and improve teacher competence in instilling religious moderation values in students

Conventional learning approaches, however, frequently get in the way of attaining the best possible learning results. In order to increase learning effectiveness and learning outcomes, this project attempts to create interactive learning materials of students in class X of Ushuluddin Private Madrasah Aliyah (MAS). This study uses a descriptive method based on facts in the field. Data collection techniques in a study are very important, in order to obtain data that is in accordance with the focus to be studied. Because the research data is qualitative research, the researcher chose a data collection technique using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the use of interactive-based learning media made students more actively involved in the learning process, which ultimately strengthened their conceptual understanding and improved academic achievement in studying Islamic Cultural History. The construction of interactive multimedia-based learning materials to enhance students' learning outcomes in Islamic Cultural History classes is the study's conclusion X MAS Ushuluddin integrating with text, images, audio, video, and other interactive elements, this media not only succeeded in creating a more interesting and motivational learning environment but also facilitated students' deep understanding of the material
