    Perguruan Tinggi Agama Islam (PTAIN/PTAIS) memainkan peran penting dalam menghadapi arus laju globalisasi. Dalam era yang ditandai dengan keterbukaan informasi dan interkoneksi global, PTAIN/PTAIS berfungsi sebagai pusat keilmuan yang menyeimbangkan antara modernitas dan nilai-nilai agama. Melalui pendidikan yang berkualitas dan berlandaskan etika, PTAIN/PTAIS mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dan bermoral, yang dapat berkontribusi positif dalam berbagai bidang. Selain itu, PTAIN/PTAIS juga berperan aktif dalam penelitian dan inovasi yang berfokus pada isu-isu sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan, memberikan solusi yang berkelanjutan untuk tantangan global. Keterlibatan PTAIN/PTAIS dalam kerja sama internasional memungkinkan pertukaran ilmu pengetahuan dan pengalaman, sehingga memperkaya kurikulum dan metode pengajaran. Dengan demikian, PTAIN/PTAIS tidak hanya menjadi lembaga pendidikan, tetapi juga menjadi agen perubahan yang aktif dalam menghadapi dan menavigasi arus globalisasi, sambil mempertahankan identitas kebudayaan dan keagamaan dalam masyarakat yang semakin heterogen

    Siswa SMP dan SMA dikategorikan sebagai remaja karena berusia 13-18 tahun. Remaja adalah fase transisi dari usia kanak-kanak menuju usia dewasa. Peristiwa ini menyebabkan perubahan fisiologi, kecerdasan emosi dan sosial. Akibat tidak stabilnya kondisi remaja yang dipengaruhi perubahan tersebut maka kenakalan remaja rentan terjadi karena pencarian jati diri. Kenakalan remaja adalah bentuk penyimpangan hukum, agama, dan norma sosial yang merugikan diri sendiri atau orang lain. Metode penelitian dalam artikel ini menggunakan analisis isi terhadap 5 artikel relevan yang berhubungan dengan kenakalan remaja di Kota Pontianak. Bentuk kenakalan remaja yang ditemukan diantaranya perundungan, pornografi, ketidakpatuhan terhadap aturan sekolah, perkelahian antar siswa dan ketidakpahaman akan heterogenitas siswa. Pendidikan agama Islam berperan untuk mengembangkan kepribadian siswa tentang cara bersikap yang sebaik-baiknya agar tidak merugikan diri sendiri dan orang lain. Sehingga siswa diharapkan dapat mendapatkan jati diri tanpa harus melakukan segala bentuk kenakalan remaja

    The purpose of this study was to describe the planning of religious education learning evaluation at SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kubu Raya Regency in 2024. The research method used was qualitative research method. Data and data sources consist of primary and secondary data obtained from interviews, observations, field notes. The primary data sources are respondents who respond or answer researchers' questions, both in the form of oral and written questions given to teachers, principals, school supervisors and students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya Year 2024. While secondary data sources in this study are in the form of documents or records related to the research that researchers are doing. The results showed that; First, the planning of religious education learning evaluation at SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya Regency using the CIPP Model (Context, Input, Process, Product) includes several systematic stages. At the Context stage, a situational analysis is conducted to understand the needs, objectives, and learning standards that must be achieved. The Input stage involves identifying available resources, such as teacher qualifications, facilities and learning materials, as well as gathering information about the curriculum and teaching methods. Evaluation begins with the identification of needs and standards of success to establish the learning context. The input stage involves reviewing existing resources, curriculum and lesson plans. Then, in the process stage, the implementation of teaching is observed and monitored to ensure conformity with the plan while measuring active student participation and the effectiveness of teaching methods. Finally, in the product stage, student learning outcomes are thoroughly evaluated using a variety of assessment methods, with analyzed results providing feedback for continuous improvement. The CIPP model ensures a comprehensive evaluation from process to educational outcomes for the improvement of learning quality

    This research aims to examine the influence of leadership style, organizational systems, and work motivation on the effectiveness of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) in Jambi Province. The study focuses on understanding how leadership, organizational management, and teacher motivation can impact the operational success of Islamic high schools (Madrasah Aliyah) in this region. Using a quantitative approach, the research employs path analysis to assess the relationship between these variables. The results indicate that leadership style, organizational systems, and work motivation each significantly affect the performance and effectiveness of these institutions. The study highlights the importance of a well-structured leadership style and an effective organizational system in fostering an environment conducive to educational success. Additionally, teacher motivation is identified as a key factor influencing both individual and institutional performance. These findings provide valuable insights for educational leaders and policymakers aiming to enhance the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah institution

    This study aims to find out: (1) Determine the influence of investment motivation on investment interest in the capital market in FEBI IAI students. Sambas. (2) Determine the influence of investment knowledge on investment interest in the capital market in FEBI IAI Sambas students. (3) Determine the influence of investment motivation and investment knowledge on investment interest in the capital market in FEBI IAI Sambas students. The research method used is a quantitative approach, where the sample used is 30 respondents to students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, Sultan Muhammad Syafiuddin Sambas Islamic Religious Institute. The data collection used questionnaires, while the data analysis techniques used validity tests and reliability tests, normality tests, (multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multiple linear regression tests, partial tests (t test), simultaneous tests (F test) and determination coefficient tests (R2). The variables in this study are the independent variables are Investment Motivation (X1) and Investment Knowledge (X2), while the dependent variable of this study is Investment Interest (Y). The results of this study show that the Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on Investing Interest with a ttable > ttable tcount value (3,626 > 1,703) or can be seen from Sig (0.000 < 0.05). In addition, the knowledge variable also shows a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a ttable > ttable tcount value (6,292 > 1,703) or can be seen from Sig (0.001 < 0.05). Meanwhile, simultaneously motivation and knowledge have a positive effect on the interest of FEBI IAI Sambas students in the class of 2020-2022 to invest in the sharia capital market with a value of Fcal > Ftabel (58,600 > 3,350) and a Sig value (0.000 < 0.05

    Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan keterlambatan bicara (speech delay) usia 4-6 tahun di TK Darussalam melalui penggunaan media Big Book. Speech delay sering menghambat kemampuan anak dalam berkomunikasi dan berdampak pada perkembangan sosial dan emosional mereka. Media Big Book dipilih karena ukurannya yang besar dan ilustrasi menarik yang dapat menarik perhatian anak serta mendorong interaksi verbal mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus, melibatkan observasi langsung guna mengukur peningkatan keterampilan berbicara anak setelah penggunaan media ini.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan berbicara anak, yang ditunjukkan dengan bertambahnya kosakata, kejelasan pengucapan, serta keberanian mereka dalam berbicara. Penggunaan Big Book menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang interaktif dan visual, yang efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan anak dalam berbagai aktivitas berbicara. Media ini juga mempermudah guru untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung dan memotivasi, sehingga anak lebih antusias dalam berkomunikasi.Secara keseluruhan, penerapan Big Book terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan speech delay. Big Book juga direkomendasikan sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif yang dapat diterapkan lebih luas, baik di sekolah maupun di rumah, untuk mendukung perkembangan bahasa anak secara optimal.Kata kunci kemampuan berbicara anak usia dini, speech delay, media Big Book Abstrac This research aims to improve the speaking skills of children with special needs with speech delays aged 4-6 years at Darussalam Kindergarten through the use of Big Book media. Speech delay often hinders children's ability to communicate and impacts their social and emotional development. Big Book media was chosen because of its large size and attractive illustrations that can attract children's attention and encourage their verbal interaction. This research uses a classroom action approach with two cycles, involving direct observation to measure the improvement in children's speaking skills after using this media. The research results showed a significant increase in children's speaking abilities, which was indicated by increasing vocabulary, clarity of pronunciation, and their courage in speaking. The use of the Big Book creates an interactive and visual learning atmosphere, which is effective in increasing children's involvement in various speaking activities. This media also makes it easier for teachers to create a supportive and motivating learning environment, so that children are more enthusiastic in communicating.Overall, the implementation of the Big Book has proven to be effective in improving the speaking abilities of childr en with special needs with speech delay. Big Book is also recommended as an interactive learning medium that can be applied more widely, both at school and at home, to support children's language development optimally.     Pengaruh Green Accounting dan Kinerja Lingkungan terhadap Sustainable Development Goals pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Barang Konsumsi Tahun 2021-2023

    Global challenges in dealing with hunger, poverty, social inequality, environmental pollution, climate change, and several other important issues encourage the creation of the concept of sustainable development goals. This quantitative method research was conducted to determine the impact of green accounting implementation and environmental performance on sustainable development goals. The criteria selection process resulted in 33 samples from manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector that published complete annual reports and sustainability reports in 2021-2023. The company also received a PROPER certificate for three consecutive years as a form of commitment to preserving the environment. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis and a series of tests, namely the classical assumption test, the coefficient of determination test, and the hypothesis test. The t-test results reveal that green accounting is unable to influence sustainable development goals. Some companies are still not transparent in conveying information about environmental costs in annual reports and sustainability reports. Furthermore, the t-test results state that environmental performance is able to influence sustainable development goals. This is evidenced by the acquisition of a consistent company environmental performance rating every year

    Daya Dorong Pertumbuhan Ekonomi terhadap Pemerataan Kesejahteraan Sosial

    This study aims to analyze the impact of economic growth on equity and social welfare across the five provinces of Kalimantan. The research focuses on examining the relationship between economic growth and three socio-economic indicators: income disparity, poverty level, and unemployment rate. A quantitative approach is employed using annual panel data from 2018 to 2024, analyzed through the Fixed Effect regression model. The results reveal that economic growth has a negative and significant effect on income disparity and unemployment, but no significant effect on poverty levels. These findings indicate that while economic growth contributes to reducing inequality and expanding employment opportunities, it has yet to substantially benefit impoverished populations. Therefore, more inclusive and equitable development strategies are needed to ensure that the benefits of economic growth are broadly distributed among all segments of society

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendalami peran pesantren sebagai agen penguatan budaya lokal, dengan fokus pada strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat dan peran moderasi dalam menciptakan harmoni sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka.  Pada penelitian kajian pustaka, peneliti melakukan kajian terhadap beberapa teori dan konsep yang sudah ada untuk membentuk suat konstruksi simpulan.  Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan penerapan pendidikan karakter yang berbasis kearifan lokal di lingkungan pondok pesantren untuk memahami secara mendalam pengaruh pesantren terhadap budaya lokal dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini akan pesantren dalam memberdayakan masyarakat setempat. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang kontribusi pesantren dalam memperkuat identitas budaya lokal dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat

    ANALISIS PENERAPAN AKAD MUDHARABAH DALAM PRODUK TABUNGAN HAJI DAN UMROH PADA BTN SYARIAH KCPS KUDUS

    Islamic banking in Indonesia has experienced significant growth, driven by increased public awareness, supportive regulations, and product innovations such as hajj and umroh savings. This study analyzes the application of the mudharabah contract in hajj and umroh savings products at BTN Syariah KCPS Kudus, focusing on compliance with sharia principles and economic effectiveness. Employing a qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation, the study finds that the applied mudharabah muthlaqah contract complies with the DSN-MUI Fatwa, with a profit-sharing ratio of 45:55 and fund management through sharia-compliant instruments. However, low customer literacy and lack of transparency in fund management pose significant challenges. Economically, the product supports the growth of third-party funds (from IDR 3.8 billion in 2022 to IDR 4.5 billion in 2023), but the economic benefits for customers are less significant, as their primary motivation is hajj registration rather than profit sharing. The study recommends enhancing sharia education, transparency, and product innovation to optimize sharia compliance and economic benefits
