    Peran Pendidikan Islam Dalam Membentuk Karakter Bangsa Pasca Kemerdekaan

    This research aims to analyze the reality of Islamic education in post-independence Indonesia which plays a role in building the character of the Indonesian nation, focusing on developments, challenges and future prospects. The research method carried out is through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) regarding the literature sources used. from an indexing machine with a publication period between 2014 and 2024. Based on the results of literature analysis, post-independence Islamic education contributed to the development of national character. Islamic education currently has challenges that need to be considered, namely problems of resources, infrastructure and teacher quality which are serious obstacles to the effectiveness of Islamic education. Apart from that, issues related to the curriculum being less relevant to community needs and community recognition of Islamic education are also challenges that need to be overcome. Despite having challenges, Islamic education has good prospects.  By improving the quality and relevance of education through technological integration, policy changes, and international cooperation, Islamic education will become global in the future

    Curriculum innovation is a crucial aspect in preparing young people to face the demands of the 21st century world, which is characterised by rapid technological progress and globalisation. The study of this research uses a literature method, where literature is taken according to related references to identify various curriculum innovations that can improve students' competence in critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, and communication. The results showed that the integration of technology literacy, character education, and project-based learning are key elements in the modern curriculum. The successful implementation of these innovations depends heavily on the readiness of educators, continuous training, and support from educational institutions and the community. Comprehensive policy support and adequate resources are also needed to create an education system that is adaptive and responsive to global change. This study provides insights into strategies and best practices in curriculum design that are relevant and effective for the 21st century, with a focus on developing the skills needed for the future

    AKUNTABILITAS DAN TRANSPARANSI KEUANGAN DESA: SINTESIS TEMATIK LITERATUR

    Village financial management requires transparent and accountable governance practices as villages play an increasingly significant role in managing public funds. Although numerous studies have examined this issue, existing findings remain fragmented and partial. This study aims to systematically synthesize research findings related to accountability and transparency in village financial management. A Systematic Literature Review approach was employed by searching journal articles indexed in Google Scholar and published between 2021 and 2025, resulting in 25 articles that met the inclusion criteria. Data were analyzed using a thematic analysis approach supported by ATLAS.ti software. The synthesis results indicate that transparency and accountability are central issues in village financial management; however, in practice, they are still often understood and implemented in an administrative and formalistic manner. The quality of village financial governance is shaped by the interaction between the use of technology, particularly village financial information systems, the capacity of village government personnel, and the effectiveness of supervision and community participation mechanisms. The findings also reveal that limited personnel capacity, weak supervision, and low levels of community participation constitute major obstacles to achieving substantive accountability. This study underscores that improving transparency and accountability in village financial management requires a systemic and integrated approach that goes beyond administrative or technological aspects alone and emphasizes the strengthening of institutional capacity and public participatio

    The Gender Equality in Education According to Quran : Analysis of Women's Educational Access Rights

    The issue of gender equality in education remains a multidimensional problem encompassing theological, social, and cultural aspects. Although Islam normatively affirms the spiritual and intellectual equality between men and women, empirical realities within many Muslim societies continue to reflect patriarchal biases that restrict women’s access to education. This study aims to analyze the concept of gender equality in education based on the Qur’anic perspective, emphasizing women’s rights to acquire knowledge. Employing a qualitative approach through thematic interpretation (tafsīr maudhū‘ī) and the sociology of education framework, the study finds that the Qur’an regards education as a universal human right, not limited by gender. The persistence of inequality stems not from Islamic teachings but from socio-cultural structures and patriarchal interpretations of religious texts. Within this framework, Islamic education should function as a means of liberation, in line with Paulo Freire’s critical pedagogy, by fostering critical consciousness against social and gender injustices. The findings imply the need for reformulating Islamic education curricula with a gender-equitable perspective, strengthening teachers’ gender awareness, and developing contextual Qur’anic interpretations. Such reforms are essential to transform Islamic education into an instrument for building a civilized, egalitarian, and socially just society

    This study aims to analyze the transformational role of majelis taklim in enhancing the religious understanding of the Muslim community. Majelis taklim, as a non-formal Islamic educational institution, has a strategic role in shaping character, deepening religious knowledge, and strengthening Islamic practices in daily life. For clarity, this abstract is written in a more concise and structured paragraph. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method in majelis taklim that are active in the Karawang area. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation of activities. The results show that majelis taklim function not only as a means of religious learning but also as a forum for spiritual, social, and moral guidance for the community. Through a transformational approach, majelis taklim are able to change the mindset of their members from merely acquiring religious knowledge to practicing substantive and contextual Islamic values. The addition of terms such as transformative learning, religious awareness, and community-based Islamic education clarifies the scope of the research. Factors supporting success include the charismatic leadership of ustaz/ustazah, the relevance of the study material, and the active involvement of the community. The implications of the research indicate that majelis taklim need to be strengthened as agents of socio-religious transformation through the development of a study curriculum that is relevant to the needs of modern society. The research recommendations emphasize the need for capacity building training for teachers and strengthening collaboration between majelis taklim and other religious institutions to expand the impact of education

    Digital Instructional Leadership Strategies Of School Principals In Strengthening The Quality Of Islamic Education In Elementary Schools

    Digital transformation in Islamic education requires school principals to exercise instructional leadership that combines technological skills with Qur'anic values. To clarify the research context, this study was conducted at Salman Al-Farisy Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) as an institution that has comprehensively implemented educational digitalization. This study aims to analyze the principal's digital instructional leadership strategies in strengthening the quality of Islamic education in elementary schools. Islam-based terms such as pedagogical tazkiyah and Qur'anic values in this study are operationalized as a process of internalizing digital ethics and manners that are systematically integrated into digital learning. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, then analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model. To clarify the triangulation process, this study compared data from principal interviews, digital classroom observation notes, and platform-based instructional supervision documents. The results of the study show three main strategies: (1) strengthening teacher competence through Islamic value-based digital literacy; (2) optimizing learning technology that integrates Qur'anic content and evidence-based digital instructional supervision; and (3) strengthening digital collaboration between teachers, students, and parents through school communication platforms. These findings expand the theories of Islamic Pedagogical Leadership and Professional Digital Competence by introducing the concept of spiritual digital instructional leadership, which is leadership that places technology as a means of internalizing values and pedagogical tazkiyah. This study confirms that the success of the digitization of Islamic education depends on the principal's ability to create a harmonious integration between technology, pedagogy, and spirituality. As an implication, this study offers recommendations for Islamic schools to develop religious digital literacy and a digital evidence-based instructional supervision system

    Analisis Hukum Foto Prewedding Perspektif Sad Adz-Dzari’ah

    The phenomenon of prewedding photography has become increasingly popular among Indonesian Muslims and has emerged as part of a new cultural practice in the sequence of events leading up to marriage. However, this practice has drawn both support and criticism from the perspective of Islamic law, particularly concerning the potential breach of sharia mandated boundaries between two individuals who are not yet in a legitimate marital bond. This study aims to analyze the legal status of prewedding photography through the lens of the kaidah Sad adz Dzari’ah, the principle of preventing actions that may lead to harm (mafsadah) or violations of sharia. It is a library research employing a qualitative approach, based on a review of classical and contemporary fiqh literature as well as an analysis of several relevant community cases.The findings indicate that the practice of prewedding photography can be classified as a form of dzarī’ah—a means that has the potential to give rise to immoral situations such as khalwat (seclusion), tabarruj (excessive display of adornment), and ikhtilāṭ (free mixing of genders)—and is therefore, in principle, prohibited under the kaidah Sad adz Dzari’ah, unless it is conducted with strict observance of sharia boundaries and appropriate supervision. These results underscore the importance of a critical and cautious mindset among Muslims when adopting popular cultural practices that are not yet fully compatible with sharia principles

    This article aims to provide an in-depth examination of the role of the Indonesian Council of Ulama (Majelis Ulama Indonesia, MUI) in shaping, influencing, and directing the discourse of contemporary Islamic astronomy (‘Ilm al-Falak) in Indonesia through its fatwa-based decisions on falak-related issues. The main issue addressed in this study concerns how MUI, as a religious authority in Indonesia, serves to bridge the gap between scientific developments, divergent perspectives and methodologies among Muslims, and the community’s demand for uniformity in religious practices—particularly regarding the determination of the beginning of lunar months, prayer times, and the direction of the qibla. Practically, this issue is significant for understanding the relationship between religious authority, scientific advancement, and societal needs. The research employs a normative legal method, adopting uṣūl al-fiqh, astronomical, and socio-political approaches. The data sources consist of seven MUI fatwas on falak-related matters, encompassing themes such as the determination of lunar months, qibla direction, and prayer times. The data were analyzed using content analysis. The findings of this study highlight three significant roles of MUI in the discourse of contemporary Islamic astronomy in Indonesia: (1) formulating and establishing guidelines on falak-related issues; (2) acting as the primary mediator in resolving methodological and interpretative differences among Indonesian Muslims regarding falak matters; and (3) integrating religious understanding with scientific perspectives in the field of ‘Ilm al-Falak. Consequently, MUI’s role is crucial in maintaining coherence and legal certainty in Islamic law concerning falak in Indonesia, although there remains room for more intensive collaboration with academic scholars and modern astronomers to achieve broader consensus

    Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Sambas Nomor 2 Tahun 2015 tentang Pengelolaan Sampah, khususnya dalam menertibkan pembuangan sampah pada usaha toko sembako di Desa Kartiasa. Permasalahan sampah di wilayah ini semakin kompleks seiring pertumbuhan penduduk dan pola konsumsi yang meningkat. Realitanya, meskipun Perda telah mengatur secara tegas, tingkat kepatuhan pelaku usaha toko sembako masih rendah, yang berdampak pada pencemaran lingkungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis sosiologis dengan metode kualitatif, melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan Kepala Desa, Petugas Kebersihan, pelaku usaha toko sembako, serta masyarakat, dan didukung oleh observasi serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian, dianalisis dengan teori efektivitas hukum Soerjono Soekanto, menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Perda ini masih belum efektif. Faktor-faktor penyebabnya meliputi: 1) faktor hukum itu sendiri, di mana sosialisasi isi Perda belum menjangkau seluruh pelaku usaha; 2) faktor penegak hukum, karena penegakan sanksi masih lemah dan belum memberikan efek jera; 3) faktor sarana dan prasarana, karena fasilitas TPS sangat terbatas, tidak layak, dan jadwal pengangkutan tidak konsisten; 4) faktor masyarakat, karena kesadaran dan pemahaman pelaku usaha masih rendah; serta 5) faktor kebudayaan, di mana kebiasaan membuang dan membakar sampah sembarangan masih melekat. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa faktor penghambat lebih dominan daripada faktor pendukung. Faktor pendukung seperti adanya payung hukum yang jelas dan niat masyarakat untuk hidup bersih belum mampu mengatasi kendala-kendala fundamental

    Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat bagaimana Peranan Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Sambas Berdasarkan Peraturan Bupati Sambas Nomor 97 Tahun 2021 Tentang Kedudukan, Susunan Organisasi, Tugas, Fungsi Dan Tata Kerja Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Sambas Dalam Optimalisasi Penerimaan Pajak Daerah di Kabupaten Sambas. Penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dan menggunakan pendekatan yuridis empiris yaitu untuk mempelajari secara intensif tentang Peranan Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Sambas Berdasarkan Peraturan Bupati Sambas Nomor 97 Tahun 2021 Tentang Kedudukan, Susunan Organisasi, Tugas, Fungsi Dan Tata Kerja Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Sambas Dalam Optimalisasi Penerimaan Pajak Daerah di Kabupaten Sambas menggunakan teori Peranan atau role menurut Bruce J. Cohen yakni Peranan nyata (Anacted Role), Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan Aparatur Badan Keuangan Daerah Kabupaten Sambas, Wajib Pajak dan Pihak yang terkait. hasil penelitian menunjukan Peranan Badan Keuangan Daerah diaplikasikan kedalam beberapa kegiatan yakni melalui Sosialisasi Pajak Daerah, Pelaksanaan Ekstensifikasi Pajak Daerah, Pelaksanaan Intensifikasi Pajak Daerah, Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Pajak Daerah, Pemberian Insentif dan Penghargaan, Pemanfataan Teknologi Informasi (TI) serta Digitalisasi dan Perluasan Kanal Pembayaran. Sedangkan kendala dalam Optimalisasi Penerimaan Pajak Daerah di Kabupaten Sambas terbagi menjadi 2 (dua) yaitu sisi internal yang meliputi  Tupoksi Organisasi yang sangat berat, Sumber Daya Aparatur yang masih minim dan belum kompeten, Kegiatan Pengawasan Pajak Daerah masih kurang, Sanksi yang kurang tegas, dan Masih terdapat data pajak daerah yang belum valid sedangkan sisi eksternal meliputi Kesadaran wajib pajak masih tergolong rendah,  Rendahnya literasi tentang pajak daerah serta Masyarakat masih kurang familiar menggunakan teknologi digital dalam transaksi perpajakan
