    The success of an educational organization will be largely determined by leadership. All the behavior of an educational leader will give color to the educational institution he leads. An educational leader in managing education in the face of ASEAN free market competition, it is time to realize that applied management knowledge is no longer driven by worldly motivations, but shifted to spiritual motivations. Creating a comfortable class is a study of classroom management. Because classroom management is a series of teacher behaviors in an effort to create and maintain classroom conditions that enable students to learn well. In the classroom all aspects of learning meet and process, teachers with all their abilities, students with all their backgrounds and potentials, the curriculum with all its components; methods with all their approaches, media with all their tools, materials with all their learning resources meet and interact in the classroom. To improve the total quality continuously, a teacher has good personality, pedagogic, social aspects and has the ability to create a safe and orderly environment so that the dynamics in the class become comfortable (enjoyable)

    Using Principal Component Analysis To Measure The Readiness of Sorghum Entrepreneurs To The Marketplace

    People should be competitive in order to foster an entrepreneurial mindset and produce effective entrepreneurs. The factors that determine sellers in choosing a market place are the higher organizational readiness, external environment encouragement and perceived benefits. faith, Quality of e-marketplace site, Cost and Product Reputation. This research uses the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) methodology, to made the structure of the analyzed dataset to the measurement of readiness entrepreneur sorghum to the marketplace. In the early stages of this research, a questionnaire-based poll was conducted, and was designed based on a literature study from seven studies that have been reviewed. The seven studies on marketplace readiness factors were then integrated and mapped to produce seven marketplace readiness factors as the basis for assessing marketplace readiness at UES. Number of respondents are 127 consisting of entrepreneurs, employees and buyers. The conclusions that can be drawn from this research are from the initial seven variables in the dataset (Organizational Readiness, External Environment Encouragement, Payment, Delivery, Site Quality, Price, Product reputation), after data reduction using the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) method two new variables (factors) were obtained which were able to explain the total variance (cumulative percent of variance) of 83.81%. The two factors formed are named Organization and Technology. From the two factors obtained, a measurement of the readiness level of marketplace implementation is then carried out. The results obtained are Organizational factors in the category "Ready with the need for a little improvement", Technology factors are in the category "Ready to proceed"

    Welcoming the Presence of the Capital City of the Archipelago with Guidance on the Dangers of Drugs

    Guidance on the dangers of drugs is carried out with the aim of welcoming the archipelago's capital city by preparing a generation of drug-free successors. The purpose of this paper is to provide guidance on the dangers of drugs to prepare the nation's next generation. The research method uses descriptive-qualitative methods by borrowing quantitative procedures. The results of the study show that the guidance objectives have been achieved. It can be seen from the results of the pretest (73%, up 95%) and posttest (72%, up 96%), which show an increase in understanding. By increasing students' understanding, it is hoped that they will become the nation's next generation, who will fill the development needs of the archipelago's capital city. &nbsp

    Community Participation Management In Developing The School Plan At State Vocational High School

    This study examines the principal’s management in fostering community participation at Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Negeri 1 Merangin, motivated by low parental involvement and limited community engagement in school planning. Despite the presence of school committees and stakeholder forums, participation remains minimal, raising concerns about transparency and accountability. Addressing a research gap in leadership strategies for mobilizing community support in vocational schools, the study employs a qualitative approach with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity was tested using source and method triangulation, followed by analysis through data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. Findings show that effective community participation involves engaging diverse stakeholders, such as school committees, parents, alumni, religious and community leaders, youth leaders, village officials, and teachers, in planning and decision-making. Supporting factors include strong stakeholder collaboration, while the main barrier is a lack of parental awareness and interest in school programs. Strategies implemented include stakeholder meetings, majority-based decisions, and formalized decrees by the principal. Theoretically, the research contributes to the development of participatory management models in vocational education. Practically, it highlights the need for stronger communication and collaboration between schools and communities. It is recommended that school leaders enhance cooperation with key stakeholders, particularly the school committee and parents, to improve inclusive and effective school planning

    This study investigates the significant influence of music on cognitive development and focus training in early childhood. The research highlights that music—particularly through engaging children's songs—plays a crucial role in enhancing cognitive skills. The literature review encompasses various studies demonstrating the positive effects of music on children's attention and working memory. These cognitive functions are essential for academic success, as children with better attention spans and memory capabilities tend to perform more effectively in tests and classroom activities. Moreover, the study indicates that participation in musical activities fosters social interaction and collaboration among children, further supporting their cognitive growth. Additionally, the findings reveal that music can help reduce anxiety and stress levels in young learners. A calm and pleasant musical background creates a soothing atmosphere, enabling children to concentrate more effectively on their learning tasks. This stress reduction is associated with improved cognitive performance, as children become less distracted by anxiety and more focused on their studies. The study also identifies gaps in the existing body of research and proposes that integrating music into early childhood education curricula may offer a comprehensive approach to supporting cognitive development. By incorporating music as an effective learning medium, educators, parents, and curriculum designers can enhance children's overall development, ensuring they are better prepared to face academic challenges. Ultimately, this study seeks to enrich the understanding of music's role in early childhood education and its potential benefits for both cognitive and emotional growth

    Implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) Berkarya Melalui Sampah Di SDN Banua Anyar 9

    The aim of this research is to address observed issues in schools where the surroundings appear unclean with scattered litter. Poor management practices serve as a warning to take concrete actions towards creating a clean, comfortable, and waste-free school environment. Based on this, SDN Banua Anyar 9 implemented "P5 Berkarya Melalui Sampah" (P5 Creating Through Waste). Data collection methods included observation, file collection, and interviews with P5 project leaders and participating teachers at SDN Banua Anyar 9. Additionally, documentation included photos of student activities during the P5 implementation. The stages involved in applying the "P5 Berkarya Melalui Sampah" project at SDN Banua Anyar 9 were: 1) Introduction; 2) Contextualization; 3) Action; 4) Reflection and Follow-up. Results indicated significant student achievements in producing original works in the dimensions of faith and piety towards God, ethics towards nature including environmental preservation showing significant progress. In the creative dimension, producing original works and actions showed significant development. In the cooperation dimension, teamwork goals showed significant progress. The project successfully strengthened the student profile in Pancasila values through waste creativity at SDN Banua Anyar 9, evident in thorough planning, execution aligned with planning, and student achievements indicating substantial development

    Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur yang mengkaji strategi pendidikan inklusif sebagai upaya mengatasi kesenjangan pendidikan di berbagai negara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis berbagai pendekatan, kebijakan, dan praktik terbaik dalam implementasi pendidikan inklusif di tingkat global. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan sistematis terhadap artikel-artikel ilmiah, laporan kebijakan, dan studi kasus dari berbagai negara yang telah menerapkan strategi pendidikan inklusif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan inklusif telah berhasil meningkatkan akses dan kualitas pendidikan bagi kelompok-kelompok yang sebelumnya terpinggirkan, meskipun masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam implementasinya. Faktor-faktor kunci keberhasilan meliputi komitmen politik, alokasi sumber daya yang memadai, pelatihan guru, dan keterlibatan komunitas. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa inovasi dan adaptasi lokal yang telah dikembangkan untuk mengatasi hambatan-hambatan spesifik. Kesimpulannya, strategi pendidikan inklusif memiliki potensi signifikan dalam mengurangi kesenjangan pendidikan, namun membutuhkan pendekatan yang komprehensif dan berkelanjutan untuk mencapai keberhasilan jangka panjang
