    Pendekatan Sosiologis terhadap Penolakan Pornografi

    This study examines the rejection of pornography in Indonesia by exploring the Islamic legal, social, and moral dimensions that shape public perception. Pornography is regarded as a form of moral deviation that contradicts prevailing religious, cultural, and legal values. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach by analyzing Islamic normative sources, legal regulations, and societal perspectives concerning the issue of pornography. The findings indicate that the public’s rejection of pornography is grounded in Islamic teachings that emphasize the importance of preserving dignity and morality, supported by the roles of family, education, and media in fostering ethical values. Therefore, the control of pornography in Indonesia requires synergy between legal, moral, and religious approaches to safeguard social integrity and national ethics

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menjelaskan epistemologi serta interpedensi antara makrokosmos, mikrokosmos, dan metakosmos, serta bagaimana ketiga dimensi kosmik tersebut diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Penelitian ini enggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif berbasis studi kepustakaan, penelitian ini menelaah konsep-konsep kosmologi Islam yang menempatkan Tuhan sebagai metakosmos, alam semesta sebagai makrokosmos, dan manusia sebagai mikrokosmos yang saling terkait epistemologis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa epistemologi Islam tidak hanya bersumber dari akal dan pengalaman empiris, tetapi juga dari wahyu sebagai fondasi utama pengetahuan. Integrasi ketiga realitas kosmik dalam pembelajaran PAI menghasilkan pendekatan holistik yang menghubungkan kecerdasan qauliyah (wahyu), kauniyah (alam), dan insaniyah (potensi manusia). Pendekatan ini mendorong peserta didik untuk memahami relasi Tuhan–alam–manusia secara komprehensif, sehingga pembelajaran PAI tidak hanya membentuk aspek kognitif, tetapi juga spiritual, moral, dan ekologis.     Implementasi Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019 dalam Penanganan Permohonan Dispensasi Nikah di KUA Kecamatan Kaligesing

    Law Number 16 of 2019 establishes the minimum age for marriage for both men and women at 19 years old. However, the practice of marriage dispensation still frequently occurs. The Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) of Kaligesing faces challenges in implementing this regulation, as it must balance national law with local traditions that still consider early marriage to be acceptable. This study aims to examine how Law Number 16 of 2019, which amends Law Number 1 of 1974, is implemented in handling marriage dispensation applications at the KUA of Kaligesing Subdistrict, Purworejo Regency. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, based on data collected through field research as well as literature references. The findings indicate that the implementation of Law Number 16 of 2019 at the KUA of Kaligesing Subdistrict has been carried out effectively in both administrative and educational aspects. Nevertheless, social, cultural, and economic obstacles remain, leading to the continued occurrence of early marriages. A more holistic approach is needed through enhanced legal education, strengthening of religious and family values, and a reassessment of marriage dispensation policies to achieve the goal of child protection

    Relevansi Filsafat Hukum Islam dan Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah dalam Menjawab Isu Modern

    Islamic law is understood as a manifestation of divine will that is normative and transcendent, while also being realized through revealed texts, scholarly interpretation, social practice, and legal institutions. The concept of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah emphasizes that the objectives of Islamic law are to preserve five fundamental human interests: religion, life, intellect, lineage, and property, as well as secondary and complementary goals aimed at enhancing the moral and ethical quality of society. This teleological approach allows Islamic law to remain flexible, adaptive, and responsive to social, political, and cultural dynamics. Islamic legal philosophy is also relevant in addressing contemporary issues, including human rights, democracy, and the development of digital technology, through the integration of ethics, the principle of public interest (maṣlaḥah), and maqāṣid-based ijtihād. Accordingly, Islamic legal philosophy functions as both a conceptual and practical guide that bridges divine values, rationality, and contextual needs, ensuring that law remains ethical, progressive, and relevant in the construction of a just and civilized society

    Pendekatan Linguistik Dalam Tafsir Al-Qur’an: Kajian Konseptual Tentang Definisi, Lingkup, dan Urgensinya

    Penelitian ini memaparkan definisi, ruang lingkup, urgensi, sejarah, tokoh, dan perkembangan kajian tafsir linguistik sejak era Nuzul al-Qur’an hingga abad ke-20 M. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana peran dan kontribusi pendekatan linguistik dalam memahami makna Al-Qur’an serta menelusuri perkembangan historis dan metodologisnya dalam khazanah tafsir Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis, yaitu dengan menelaah sumber-sumber kepustakaan klasik dan kontemporer yang berkaitan dengan tafsir linguistik, baik dari aspek teori kebahasaan maupun tafsir Al-Qur’an. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penafsiran Al-Qur’an dengan pendekatan linguistik merupakan bentuk penafsiran yang menggunakan perangkat ilmu bahasa untuk menjelaskan makna lafaz, struktur kalimat, dan keindahan susunan bahasa Al-Qur’an. Kajian tafsir linguistik meliputi aspek nahwu, sharaf, balaghah, al-alfazh al-musykilah, judzūr al-kalimāt fī al-lughah al-‘arabiyyah, dan wujūh al-qirā’āt. Dalam perkembangannya, kajian ini menunjukkan kemajuan yang signifikan: pada masa Nuzūl al-Waḥy, penafsiran linguistik dilakukan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW, kemudian dilanjutkan oleh para sahabat, tabi‘in, dan tabi‘ut tabi‘in. Hingga abad ke-19 dan 20, seiring dengan berkembangnya ilmu linguistik modern, tafsir linguistik mengalami perluasan kajian yang meliputi analisis fonologi, fonetik, sosiolinguistik, dan semantik terhadap bahasa Al-Qur’a

    Praktik Jual Beli Multi Level Marketing Oriflame Perspektif Maqāṣid al-Syarī‘ah dan Fatwa DSN MUI No 75 Tahun 2009

    The proliferation of scams disguised as Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) in Indonesia has raised public doubts about the legitimacy of MLM practices, including Oriflame, from the perspective of Islamic law. This indicates the need for a deeper study to assess the compatibility of Oriflame's MLM business mechanism with maqasid al-syariah and Fatwa DSN MUI No. 75 of 2009. This article is composed using a qualitative approach involving in-depth interviews and observations. Based on the research conducted, the mechanism of Oriflame's MLM practice begins with registering as an Oriflame reseller, promoting Oriflame products through social media, recruiting members or resellers, and developing downlines through training and sales tools. Oriflame's MLM practice involves reseller registration, product promotion via social media, member recruitment, and downline development through training. This system is halal and compliant with Sharia because it fulfills the maqasid syariah (hifz ad-din, al-nafs, al-aql, al-nasl, al-mal). In accordance with MUI Fatwa No. 75/2009, it meets 12 Sharia requirements, including real sale objects, halal certification, transactions without fraud/fixed prices, commissions from real sales/recruitment without ighra'/coercion, unpaid recruitment, downline development, and not being a money game

    MEMBEDAH RELEVANSI PASAL 33 UUD 1945 DALAM SISTEM EKONOMI MODERN: SUATU STUDI LITERATUR

    Studi ini bertujuan untuk menelaah relevansi Pasal 33 UUD 1945 dalam konteks sistem ekonomi modern yang ditandai oleh globalisasi dan digitalisasi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka sistematis dan naratif, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai literatur ilmiah, buku akademik, dokumen konstitusional, serta laporan riset yang relevan dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kesenjangan antara idealisme ekonomi Pancasila - yang menekankan penguasaan negara, demokrasi ekonomi, dan kesejahteraan bersama - dengan praktik kebijakan ekonomi nasional, khususnya pasca reformasi. Liberalisasi, privatisasi, dan dominasi pasar bebas telah melemahkan implementasi Pasal 33, sehingga diperlukan reinterpretasi dan revitalisasi kelembagaan agar prinsip ekonomi Pancasila tetap relevan. Studi ini merekomendasikan reformulasi kebijakan ekonomi nasional, penguatan institusi demokrasi ekonomi seperti koperasi dan BUMN, serta pendekatan hukum progresif untuk menjawab tantangan ekonomi digital dan ketimpangan struktural

    SIKAP BAHASA SISWA KELAS VII A SMP NEGERI 3 MANDOR TERHADAP BAHASA INDONESIA

    The phenomenon that emerged in this study was the language attitudes of class VII A students at SMP Negeri 3 Mandor toward the use of Indonesian, both inside and outside the classroom. Although Indonesian is used formally in learning activities, students still tend to prefer using regional languages in daily interactions, especially outside the classroom. This study used a case study approach with 15 class VII A students and one language teacher as subjects. Data collection techniques included a questionnaire to measure students' cognitive, affective, and conative attitudes, as well as in-depth interviews to obtain an actual picture of Indonesian language use in daily interactions. Data were analyzed qualitatively through data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results showed that students' level of Indonesian language mastery and use was relatively low in both contexts. In the classroom, students often did not pay attention to spelling rules and standard sentence structures, appeared less enthusiastic in oral discussions, and tended to be passive when given speaking assignments. Outside the classroom, Indonesian language practice declined; students often communicated using a mixture of regional languages and slang in casual conversations.     Arcaro’s Total Quality Management Principles As A Strategic Approach To Enhancing Educational Service Quality In Indonesia

    Total Quality Management (TQM) has developed into a key managerial approach for enhancing educational quality. Arcaro introduced five core TQM principles in the educational context customer focus, total involvement, measurement, continuous improvement, and commitment which serve as a comprehensive framework for organizational improvement. This study examines the applicability of Arcaro’s TQM principles as a strategic approach for strengthening educational service quality in response to 21st-century demands. This research adopts a library study design by reviewing 35 literature sources, including national and international journal articles, authoritative books, and previous empirical studies on TQM implementation in education. The sources were selected based on relevance to TQM theory, publication within the last ten years (except foundational works), and methodological rigor. Data were analyzed through qualitative content analysis, involving categorization, comparison, and synthesis of key concepts across the selected literature. The findings show that Arcaro’s TQM principles align strongly with contemporary national and global quality standards by emphasizing stakeholder satisfaction, collaborative participation, evidence-based evaluation, continuous refinement, and leadership commitment. These principles consistently emerge as a strategic foundation for improving educational service quality, although implementation may be constrained by factors such as limited institutional resources, bureaucratic structures, and resistance to organizational change. Theoretically, this study contributes by reaffirming Arcaro’s TQM as a relevant framework for modern educational quality management. Practically, it offers guidance for schools and higher education institutions seeking structured strategies to enhance service quality through stakeholder engagement, data-driven practices, and continuous improvement mechanisms

    Integrasi Ilmu Pengetahuan (Studi Kritis Tentang Konsep Islamisasi Ilmu Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas Dan Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi)

    Integrasi ilmu pengetahuan merupakan salah satu wacana sentral dalam upaya rekonstruksi epistemologi Islam kontemporer, yang direspons secara kritis oleh dua pemikir terkemuka: Syed Muhammad Naquib Al-Attas dan Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara kritis konsep integrasi ilmu dari kedua tokoh tersebut, dengan fokus pada persamaan, perbedaan, serta implikasi metodologisnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode studi kepustakaan yang bersifat kualitatif, menganalisis karya-karya primer dan sekunder, serta pendekatan komparatif-kritis. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sama-sama merespons hegemoni epistemologi Barat sekuler dan berkomitmen pada pengilmuan yang berakar pada worldview Islam, kedua pemikir ini menawarkan metodologi yang berbeda secara fundamental. Al-Attas menekankan proses “Islamisasi Ilmu” yang bersifat dekonstruktif dan bersifat mendasar (radikal). Bagi Al-Attas, Islamisasi dimulai dari purifikasi akal dan jiwa dari sekularisme, dualisme, dan unsur-unsur lain yang bertentangan dengan Tauhid, diikuti oleh pengisian kembali (infusion) dengan unsur-unsur kunci Islam (seperti Tuhan, wahyu, manusia, ilmu, dan agama) ke dalam kerangka ilmu kontemporer. Titik tolaknya adalah masalah ta‘rif (definisi) yang benar dalam bahasa Arab klasik sebagai medium konseptual Islam. Sementara itu, Al-Faruqi mengusulkan “Islamisasi Ilmu Pengetahuan” melalui sebuah rencana kerja (Islamization of Knowledge: General Principles and Work Plan) yang lebih sistematis-operasional. Metodenya bersifat lima tahap: penguasaan disiplin ilmu modern, penguasaan warisan Islam, penentuan relevansi Islam bagi disiplin ilmu, analisis kreatif dan sintesis, serta penyebaran ilmu yang telah diislamisasi. Pendekatan Al-Faruqi lebih bersifat integratif-akomodatif terhadap ilmu modern, dengan tujuan mengarahkannya untuk mengabdi pada nilai-nilai dan tujuan Islam (maqashid syariah). Secara kritis, konsep Al-Attas dinilai lebih filosofis-metafisik dan menekankan aspek bahasa dan kebudayaan, sedangkan Al-Faruqi lebih sosiologis-pragmatis dengan kerangka yang lebih terstruktur. Keduanya saling melengkapi: Al-Attas memberikan fondasi filosofis yang kokoh, sementara Al-Faruqi menawarkan peta jalan aplikatif. Namun, keduanya juga menghadapi kritik, seperti tantangan implementasi praktis dalam struktur akademik yang mapan dan risiko simplifikasi dalam proses integrasi. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa dialektika antara pendekatan filosofis-fundamental Al-Attas dan metodologis-operasional Al-Faruqi terus menjadi pijakan penting bagi pengembangan proyek integrasi ilmu pengetahuan dalam peradaban Islam saat ini
