Analisis dan Refleksi Mahasiswa Calon Guru Terhadap Implementasi PPL Sebagai Sarana Pembentukan Profesionalisme Guru di SMA Negeri 3 Pematangsiantar
Full text linkPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merefleksikan pengalaman mahasiswa calon guru terhadap pelaksanaan Program Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL) di SMA Negeri 3 Pematang Siantar sebagai sarana pembentukan profesionalisme guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan reflektif. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 6 mahasiswa calon guru dari berbagai program studi kependidikan yang melaksanakan PPL pada tahun akademik 2025/2026. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi pembelajaran, dan analisis jurnal refleksi mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan PPL memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pengembangan kompetensi profesional calon guru, khususnya dalam aspek pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial, dan profesional. Melalui proses refleksi, mahasiswa menyadari pentingnya penguasaan materi, kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, serta pengelolaan kelas yang efektif. Faktor pendukung implementasi PPL antara lain dukungan guru pamong dan dosen pembimbing, lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif, serta keterbukaan pihak sekolah terhadap inovasi pembelajaran. Kendala utama yang dihadapi mahasiswa adalah keterbatasan waktu bimbingan, fasilitas teknologi yang belum maksimal, dan kesenjangan antara teori kampus dan praktik di lapangan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kegiatan refleksi sistematis selama dan setelah PPL memperkuat profesionalisme calon guru dengan menumbuhkan kesadaran diri, tanggung jawab, dan komitmen terhadap profesi pendidi

Full text linkThis study aims to examine the role of accounting practices in shaping the governance of goods and services pricing in the forestry sector by adopting a regional sociology of accounting perspective. This study is grounded in the view that forestry prices are not merely the result of technical calculations, but are socially constructed through accounting practices and power relations embedded within institutional contexts. The study employs a literature review method, using thematic analysis to identify patterns and mechanisms that shape forestry price governance.
The findings indicate that accounting practices actively frame forestry pricing through cost measurement, economic valuation, and reporting mechanisms that are institutionally legitimized. These practices represent and reproduce power relations among regional actors, particularly the dominance of the state and formal institutions, while also functioning as mechanisms of legitimacy that normalize forestry pricing policies as rational and objective, despite their potential to obscure social inequalities and ecological impacts. This study makes a conceptual contribution by positioning accounting as a power-laden social practice in understanding forestry price governance, thereby extending accounting research toward a more critical and context-sensitive perspective
Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Grafis terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa pada Pembelajaran PAI di SMP Negeri 4 Percut Sei Tuan
Full text linkThe low achievement of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 4 Percut Sei Tuan is partly caused by the use of learning media that are still predominantly verbal and do not facilitate students’ visual needs, so that the process of understanding concepts is not optimal. This study aims to analyze the effect of the use of graphic media on student learning outcomes in PAI learning at SMP Negeri 4 Percut Sei Tuan. The research method uses a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group model, involving students of grades IX A and B as research subjects, with instruments in the form of learning outcome tests and observation sheets for learning implementation, while data analysis is carried out through an independent t-test to compare differences in the achievements of the two groups. The results of the study showed a significant increase in the learning outcome scores of the experimental group that received graphic media-based learning, both in aspects of conceptual understanding, analytical abilities, and material retention, which is seen from the difference in the average posttest score which is consistently higher than the control group; this finding is supported by statistical significance indicating that graphic media contributes directly to the effectiveness of knowledge transfer, strengthening visual memory, and cognitive engagement of students during the learning process. Theoretically, this study confirms the relevance of the principle of dual coding and multimedia learning in the context of Islamic Education, while practically it provides a basis for teachers to optimize the use of graphic media as a pedagogical strategy that is able to improve the quality of learning and learning outcomes in a sustainable manner
Principal's Leadership Strategy In Improving Teacher Performance At State Senior High School 1 Singkep Lingga Regency, Riau Islands Province: english
Full text linkThis study aims to analyze the principal's leadership strategy in improving teacher performance at Singkep 1 State Senior High School, specifically through strengthening teachers' pedagogical, professional, social, and personality competencies. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results show that the principal applies transformational and collaborative leadership strategies, including competency improvement program planning, academic supervision, motivation, and strengthening work culture and teacher discipline. Pedagogical competency improvement is carried out through classroom supervision, lesson study, and training on learning tools; professional competency through workshops, MGMP, and scientific publications; social competency through collaboration between teachers and partnerships with the community; and personal competency through character development, role models, and professional ethics. The impact of these strategies is an increase in the quality of learning, work discipline, and teachers' ability to develop learning tools, as well as contributing to improving school accreditation. In conclusion, the principal has a strategic role in improving teacher performance through a structured, sustainable, and measurable competency improvement program
Menilai Kesetaraan dan Akurasi Qibla on Compass Aplikasi Miqat terhadap Metode Azimuth Geodesi: Analisis Galat Absolut, Bland-Altman, dan TOST
Full text linkThis study aims to evaluate the accuracy level of the Miqat Play Store application, tested in 36 mosques by comparing the results with the geodetic azimuth reference coordinates WGS84. The method used is quantitative observational, with measurements taken three times at each location using the Miqat application on various types of Android smartphones. The results of the analysis show a difference between the geodetic azimuth and Miqat with an absolute error between -0.7278° and 0.6523°, an average error of -0.19295° and a standard deviation of 0.1982°. Bland-Altman analysis showed that the difference between the two methods was within acceptable limits, with an upper limit (ULA) of 0.1956° and a lower limit (LLA) of -0.5815°. The TOST equivalence test showed an average difference of 0.193°, which was smaller than the tolerance of ±0.5°, so the two methods could be considered mathematically equivalent. This study concludes that Miqat is suitable for use as an aid in determining the azimuth of the compass qibla in controlled environmental conditions and with good magnetic sensor calibration

Full text linkThis study examines the role of judges in implementing restorative justice based on Supreme Court Regulation (PERMA) No. 1 of 2024. The background of this research stems from the need more humanistic approach within the criminal justice system, particularly in handling minor offenses. The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of judges in the implementation of restorative justice and to identify the challenges encountered in its application. The study uses a normative-empirical method, collecting data through document analysis and interviews with judges at the Pontianak District Court. The results of the study show that judges have a central role not only as ratifiers of agreements but also as facilitators, supervisors of the penal mediation process, and assessors of the integrity of agreements. However, the implementation still faces obstacles such as limited understanding, lack of mediation skills, and inadequate supporting infrastructure. Therefore, continuous training and systemic improvements are needed to optimize the judge's role in achieving restorative justice

Full text linkMudharabah contracts in Islamic finance ideally emphasize partnership, transparency, and risk sharing. However, practices in time deposits often deviate from these principles. This study reflects on customers’ understanding of mudharabah at a BMT in Magelang using a phenomenological qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with active customers and limited observation. Findings reveal that most customers perceive themselves as passive depositors expecting fixed returns, while the institution holds dominant authority in managing the funds and determining the profit-sharing ratio. This creates unequal power relations and practices resembling conventional deposits. The study concludes a paradox between sharia ideals and practice, highlighting the need for financial literacy, transparency, and customer involvement to realize true partnership

The latest legislation is Government Regulation No. 35 of 2023 (PP 35/2023) concerningGeneral Provisions on Regional Taxes and Levies, which regulates the payment ofLand and Building Acquisition Rights (BPHTB)Acquisition of Land and Building Rights Tax (BPHTB) is also imposed onSale and Purchase Agreements (PPJB) made by and before a notary.The PPJB referred to is a paid-up PPJB, but this is still not in line withthe laws and regulations that require the payment of BPHTB on the Deed of Saleand Purchase (AJB) made by and in the presence of a Land Deed Official (PPAT)as a basic requirement for the name on the certificate of land and building rightsrequired by the National Land Agency. This research adopts normative legal research by examining literature and the legal norms contained in laws and regulations. The results show that regarding PP 35/2023 concerning General Provisions on Regional Taxes and Regional Levies mentioned above, there is still a need for legal clarity thatallows the notarial PPJB to be used as a requirement for the transfer ofownership of land certificates by buyers
Perlindungan Hukum terhadap Penyandang Disabilitas Korban Kekerasan Seksual: Studi Putusan Nomor 78/PID.SUS/2024/PN RAH
Full text linkLegal protection for victims resulting from a criminal act must be provided to every citizen, including people with disabilities. This study explains that the judge's decision is based on the facts revealed during the trial, with a specific example in the case of decision 78/PID.SUS/2024/PN RAH. This study uses a normative juridical legal approach. The approaches used in this study are the case approach, the statutory approach, and the conceptual approach. Decision Number 78/PID.SUS/2024/PN RAH substantively acknowledges the vulnerability of victims with disabilities by making powerlessness an aggravating factor and applying the criminal norms of Law No. 12/2022, thus emphasizing the perpetrator's responsibility. However, the decision does not outline crucial procedural accommodations such as legal and psychosocial assistance, disability-sensitive medical/forensic examinations, accessible communication, and examination room arrangements, resulting in a gap between legal recognition and the realization of the right to access justice and the practical recovery of victims. The imposition of fines has the dual potential of acting as both a retributive sanction and a restorative instrument if there is a clear allocation mechanism. However, because the decision does not regulate the management or restitution clause of the fine, the opportunity to fulfill distributive and restorative justice for the victim is missed. Therefore, the imposition of fines should ideally be accompanied by a restitution obligation, a transparent mechanism for fund management, and a guarantee of service referrals so that the financial sanction truly repairs the victim's losses, rather than simply punishing the perpetrator

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi kelembagaan LKS melalui analisis SWOT dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dianalisis menggunakan kerangka SWOT yang dikontekstualisasikan dalam maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan peta strategi yang selaras dengan nilai-nilai syariah untuk memperkuat peran LKS dalam mendukung pembangunan ekonomi nasional secara adil dan berkelanjutan
