    Kajian Literatur Tentang Manajemen Kinerja Untuk Meningkatkan Produktivitas Organisasi

    This review examines the existing literature on performance management and its impact on improving organisational productivity. Various studies show that the implementation of an effective performance management system has a significant influence on employee motivation and performance, which in turn increases organisational productivity. Important elements of effective performance management include clear goal setting, regular monitoring, constructive feedback, and rewards and incentives. In addition, employee involvement in the performance management process was also cited as an important factor in increasing their sense of belonging and commitment to the job. The review also highlighted the role of effective leadership and the utilisation of technology as important elements in successful performance management implementation. The results of this literature review suggest that a holistic approach that includes all these elements can significantly improve organisational productivity

    This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach and is categorized as field research. The data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, and documentation. The sources of data in this study are divided into primary and secondary sources. The primary data sources consist of tourism managers, including local community members and business operators, while the secondary data source is the village head. The data analysis techniques used in this research include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The validity of the data is ensured through triangulation. Based on the research findings, it is concluded that the development strategy of Tanjung Api Beach tourism in improving the community’s economy in Sebubus Village from an Islamic economic perspective has contributed to increasing income through trade and business opportunities in the tourism area. It has also led to a shift in professions, with some community members transitioning from farming to trading. In the tourism development process, visitors are prohibited from engaging in activities that violate Islamic principles. The development of Tanjung Api Beach tourism has had a positive economic impact, particularly on residents living near the tourism area

    Penanggulangaan Kemiskinan di Kabupaten Luwu Utara menggunakan Pendekaatan Deep Interview

    This study aims to determine the process and success of poverty alleviation carried out by the North Luwu district government. The data used in this study are cross-section data. The method of determining respondents is by using purposive random sampling which is snowball sampling. The research method used is a case study method with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods are observation and direct interviews. The data analysis technique uses QDA (Qualitative Data Analysis) which is divided into 4 important processes, namely, data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions (verification). The results of the study show that the main cause of poverty in North Luwu district is due to lack of income to meet basic needs such as food, housing, education and health, to meet these needs will always be related to spending. The largest expenditure comes from non-food expenditures, namely in housing and household facilities or the highest of all components of non-food needs of a household. Therefore, the government provides "house renovation" assistance through the BSPS program to poor people who have uninhabitable houses. In addition, other assistance such as BPNT, PKH and PBI are also given in cash to people who are categorized as poor in North Luwu Regency

    Transformation Of Conflicts Based On Oral Tradition In West Kalimantan (From An Islamic Law Perspective)

    West Kalimantan is a region rich in cultural diversity and traditions, including in terms of conflict resolution through local cultural approaches. One of these cultural treasures is the oral tradition, which serves as a medium for mitigating and resolving social conflicts that arise within the community. This study aims to examine the forms of conflict that occur in West Kalimantan, explore Islamic values regarding conflict resolution, and analyze the role of oral traditions as a means of conflict transformation from an Islamic legal perspective. This study uses a socio-legal approach with a descriptive qualitative method, where data is collected through literature review and interviews with traditional leaders, religious scholars, and local communities. The findings of this study indicate that conflicts in West Kalimantan are often related to social issues, cultural identity, and resource disputes, but they are successfully mitigated through oral traditions such as customary advice, pantun (traditional poetry), and customary deliberation, which are rich in values of justice, reconciliation, and brotherhood. These traditions align with the principles of Islamic law, which emphasize the importance of ishlah (peace), 'adalah (justice), and ta'ayush silmi (living together in peace). Thus, oral traditions not only function as cultural instruments but also as social legal mechanisms rooted in Islamic values in transforming conflicts into sustainable peace

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan di Pondok Pesantren Darul Amien Banyuwangi dalam pengembangan sikap tanggung jawab santri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan ustadz sebagai pengurus pesantren dan santri, observasi mengenai kegiatan sehari-hari di pesantren, serta dokumentasi mengenai tata tertib dan program pesantren. Untuk menganalisis data menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan di Pondok Pesantren Darul Amien Banyuwangi untuk mengembangkan sikap tanggung jawab santri melalui pembiasaan harian yang produktif dan teratur, peran ustadz/ustadzah sebagai teladan yang memberikan contoh langsung, pemberian tanggung jawab kepada santri, serta penerapan tata tertib yang tegas dan terdapat sanksi bagi yang melanggar. Penelitian ini berhasil mengungkap strategi pesantren yang efektif dalam pengembangan sikap tanggung jawab santri yang bisa diterapkan di pendidikan Islam lainnya

    Inclusive and equitable education is an approach that aims to ensure that all students, regardless of physical, mental, social or economic limitations, have equal opportunities in the education system. The purpose of this article is to discuss the effectiveness and challenges of implementing inclusive education and its impact on education policy. The research method used is literature review. The results show that inclusive education brings significant benefits, not only for students with special needs but also for all students, by creating a supportive and diverse learning environment. Implementing inclusive education requires comprehensive and coordinated policies and support from various stakeholders including the government, educational institutions and communities. In addition, a paradigm shift and increased social awareness are essential to remove stigma and discrimination. Thus, inclusive education that is implemented effectively has the potential to realize a more equitable education system and socialize the perspective of diversity in the educational environment

    Kebijakan pemerataan guru dan kualitas pendidikan di daerah terpencil ini merangkum upaya dan tantangan pemerintah dalam mengatasi kesenjangan pendidikan antara daerah perkotaan dan terpencil. Kebijakan ini bertujuan untuk memastikan seluruh anak di Indonesia mendapatkan akses pendidikan yang setara melalui penempatan guru-guru berkualitas di daerah yang kekurangan tenaga pendidik. Tantangan utama yang dihadapi meliputi kurangnya insentif bagi guru untuk bekerja di daerah terpencil dan minimnya infrastruktur pendukung. Pemerintah perlu memberikan insentif yang memadai dan fasilitas yang layak untuk menjaga motivasi dan kinerja guru. Selain itu, peningkatan kualitas pendidikan juga memerlukan dukungan komprehensif dari berbagai pihak, termasuk kolaborasi dengan komunitas, penggunaan teknologi, dan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru. Pendekatan holistik dan partisipasi semua stakeholder diharapkan dapat mewujudkan pendidikan yang adil dan berkualitas di seluruh Indonesia

    Improving Students’ Reading Ability through the Power of Two Strategy and Google Classroom

    The lack of mastery of reading skills in learning English is a problem faced by the tenth-grade students Accounting class in SMKN 2 Singkawang especially to determine the main idea and evaluate specific details in narrative text. This research aim to find the effect of The Power of Two Strategy and Google Classroom to improve students’ reading ability. This research was conducted at SMKN 2 Singkawang, especially among the tenth-grade students of Accounting class. The researcher applied Classroom Action Research (CAR) by conducting two cycles and three meetings in each cycle. The data was collected from 35 tenth-grade students in Accounting class. In collecting data, the researcher used reading tests, observation checklists and field notes. For the data analysis researcher used quantitative and qualitative data. The instrument used to collect data was a reading test. The results of the research in the first and second cycles involved seventy-three and seventy-eight. The finding of this research showed that The Power of Two Strategy and Google Classroom were effective in improving student’s reading ability in enhancing student’s reading ability

    Upaya Meningkatkan Kemampuan Konsentrasi Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun Dengan Bermain Lego

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan konsentrasi anak usia 5–6 tahun melalui kegiatan bermain LEGO di RA Nurul Falah Sunyar. Konsentrasi merupakan kemampuan penting dalam menunjang keberhasilan belajar anak usia dini sehingga diperlukan strategi pembelajaran yang menarik dan sesuai dengan karakteristik perkembangan anak. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus meliputi tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 15 anak usia 5–6 tahun. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi menggunakan lembar ceklis konsentrasi yang mencakup indikator durasi fokus, ketekunan, ketepatan pemilihan, respon terhadap distraksi, perencanaan, serta koordinasi mata–tangan. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan persentase anak pada kategori Berkembang Sesuai Harapan dan Berkembang Sangat Baik dari 33% pada pra-tindakan menjadi 73% pada siklus I dan meningkat kembali menjadi 93% pada siklus II. Dengan demikian bermain LEGO efektif meningkatkan konsentrasi anak usia dini secara optimal
